Found a new item her, Bun 🥐 croissant something & it was so good. In Surat it is not available. I request starbucks surat to bring it up. Rest in review is yeah superb place. Nice staff & service. It was a lovely time. Had choco based coffee & mango one. Both were so good. Mango was more awesome.

Coffee at its best. Lovely ambience. And out of many starbucks outlets, this is the one which offers many other items other than coffee as well. The staff is polite. Its a great place to just hangout with friends and kick in with some decent coffee.

This starbucks branch is great as it's close to marine drive and Surrounded by commercial buildings and hotels which makes it a perfect spot to meet up. Staff, service and atmosphere is amazing but it would be recommended to go at odd hours as the place gets full pretty quickly for meetups and formal meetings. Keep it up Starbucks team!

Starbucks in Nirmal Building Nariman Point is my favourite spot around my work place. Staff is very friendly and prompt. They remember your preferences. Would highly recommend their Lemon Loaf and Egg White and Chicken Sandwich in Whole Wheat Croissant.........

Surprisingly pleasant and relaxed place - not the usual busy Starbucks situation. Staff is professional and friendly, speak good English. Best part is I got my coffee exactly the way I requested from the first try - special thanks to Namrata and Mansi.

As any other Starbucks, this is slightly overpriced for a simple coffee. The ambiance us amazing and it was very relaxing experience overall.

The place is amazing due to its location ,as it is just situated near marine drive and the situation and sitting of the place give you a cozy feel. The Starbucks goes by its name. We had ordered there new variety of hota coffee mocha with crumble cookie which comes with whipped cream over the top. The coffee was amazing ,however if are going to try out this coffee, please go with out whipped cream option as it reduces the hotness of the coffee.

I recently tried Mocha cookie crumble at Starbucks recommended by Mansi from their monsoon specials and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend this drink for all the chocolate lovers!

A typical well-maintained Starbucks outlet located close to numerous commercial buildings so you can expect the staff to be very well experienced. They're fast and friendly. There isn't a lot of crowd, so you'll find a table easily. There is decent space to accommodate groups. The restaurant is clean and you wouldn't find unclean tables. I'm not sure about the parking nearby. It might be a little difficult to notice from the main road from certain angles so you'll have to look for it carefully.

Starbucks’s my personal favourite since the time it’s been launched in India, this outlet located behind hotel trident and at walkable distance from marine drive has different charm. This outlet is spacious, with lovely ambience and comfortable sitting area. Being at Nariman Point it’s always crowded with corporate staff with the clients or meetings hence one of the busiest outlets. During the visit , proper covid precautionary checks were done by the gatekeeper like temperature check, and the sanitiser was sprayed over the hands. Staff here is very customer friendly and humble. Staff suggested me a new drink as I was bored of Java Chip Frappuccino and it turned out to be amazing , apart from that I payed the bill amount after finishing my drinking and while payment they even asked me about the drink. Food likes sandwiches and cakes here are fresh and delicious. Starbucks never disappoints me and always a fan of thier Hot chocolate and Java Chip Frappuccino

Absolutely love this location! Staff is friendly and courteous, location is super clean and tidy and the customers are gracious as well. Definitely give a try to any of their specials at the location and I can guarantee you’ll have a good experience! Definitely my favourite Starbucks in the city ❤️

Great café with helpful staff and same old Starbucks experience. Though entrance was difficult to find, entry thing else is to notch as usual. Places to did for all kinds of groups, solo and working people. Coffee standard is same as everywhere.

Tried the Ginger latte today and was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Must try! A special shout-out to Namrata who was extremely kind through my visit and personally helped me with the Starbucks loyalty card and also suggested this beverage. Amazing experience and will definitely visit again!

Had Chocolate milk here. I ordered cold milk, they have hot one. But anyway, I was not paying. Not worth 390 rupees for this hot chocolate milk. But yeah, biggest brand. Price is obvious. Very nice ambience, calm.

Went to this Starbucks to grab a Frappuccino right after my business meeting last evening. I definitely must say I had an outstanding experience here and enjoyed my time here. The ambience was fantastic, tables and sofas were spotlessly clean and Pravin served me really well! He answered my queries professionally and courteously. I'm glad I had great peace of mind at this Starbucks; otherwise the other Starbucks generally have noisy, talkative crowd (especially during offer period) that makes me feel irritated instead of relaxed. Additionally in Mumbai and it's suburbs, the other Starbucks always have bread or cake crumbs all over the seats and tables are sticky there!! So comparatively the Nirmal Building Starbucks at Nariman Point, Mumbai is definitely top notch!!!

As per my visits in Starbucks Nirmal venue, my experience so far with each and every individual has been so good so far. But the store by itself is very nicely located and not so far from where I live. On each individual who is running the store, they have there hardships towards the store responsibly. I as a customer or a friend towards them I see that this store has a great potential to become number one in its own location, by there own manager and it's individual person who is working here. But it depends on each one of them.!!!!
