Beautiful cafe on the Delaware River. Nice view of the river and French Town Bridge for the seating. The food was good. The service was friendly and prompt. We had a very nice lunch.

Cute Frenchtown and this café right at the NJ-PA border. We were already had lunch at home, but after a few strolls around this town, you get that “let’s eat something feeling”. It’s an old, rustic look ambiance, small-town vibe restaurant. They don’t have many options, but I guess it’s sufficient. I ordered, chicken kofta (Pita wrap)- chicken kabab with onions, cabbage, sauce, and greens – it’s good and really full. They have a seating arrangement at the side with glass windows looking over the Delaware river and bridge. It’s cute. Service - You can’t expect like “top service here”, this is a family-owned restaurant so be mindful. it was Saturday and the server did not get a break since the morning so there is no issue in waiting another 5 minutes.

Tasty french pastries. Spinach corasson and almond corasson with raspberry are delicious. Love it!

We stopped here for lunch. They have a lot of outdoor seating but we sat inside. It is very homey and comfortable here. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. The food takes awhile but it's worth the wait. I had the Grilled Cheese Monsieur sandwich which has ham, Swiss cheese, Béchamel Sauce on a Brioche bun. It was very good.

Food is pricy, but at least it was quality. Every time we come here we are happy we did. The fresh baked goods are never disappointing. Nice outdoor dining.

Popped in for coffee and a snack before hopping on the nearby trail. Tried the vanilla donuts and the "fluffy cloud". The fluffy cloud was amazing, it's a giant popover covered in cinnamon and sugar. Will go back and cross our fingers a tower of fluffy clouds are waiting for us.

Been here twice, once for coffee and a snack and once for lunch. Had a nice experience both times. Nice river view with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are nice and attentive, prices are fair, portions are above average. edit: This has become one of my regular stops while biking the canal. Very nice people running the place. I ride 25 miles to get here and back that’s how much I like it.

Frenchtown is a really quaint town full of charm. We had an outdoor lunch at this cafe with a wonderful view of the Delaware river and of course the bridge. The food was outstanding. I had the special of the day, Caesar salad with pork schnitzel with a maple cupcake for dessert. It was delicious. From my understanding they have different desserts everyday. This is a must go place for lunch.

A nice place to share. The Almond Croissant is delicious and even better if you sprinkle it with honey. The coffee was very weak (I like it strong) but it was good! Excellent location and environment.

I stopped by to grab a tasty orange donut as I hiked the D&R Canal Towpath. Very good donut that gave me enough energy for the final few miles.

Counter service only. Good food, a little pricey. What makes it special is the glassed-in dining area overlooking the Delaware River and the walking trail. Sort of like a Starbucks with a view

👍 I haven't been here since the early 2000's. I used to love their Mole. I didn't care for the Mole on this visit. The Sol Burrito is the better way to go. Wonderful place. Make sure to try it!
