Ordered a crunch wrap supreme. This is the contents through the wrap. Simply unacceptable. This is why I don’t eat out much anymore. All these restaurants have gone down hill.

The breakfast burritos with bacon and no nacho cheese have almost no egg in them. Quite frankly, they look kinda scary and not very good. I also asked for mild sauce and was given hot sauce :(

The customer service and quality has gone down noticeably this year. I was the only one in line and it took them 20 minutes to take my order. A young girl came up while playing on her phone. I guess she was going on break and couldn't be bothered to let anyone know I was there. The manager came out and took my order. He was great.

“We only accept cash”??? Who carries cash? I love Taco Bell and this is the closest to my house but there’s Always Some sort of problem and the cash thing has happened before. Feels shady as hell. I’ll drive a little further and skip this place in the future & save myself the aggravation.

Workers are slow and food takes a long time. Tried placing mobile order so it'll be ready when I arrived (10 min ahead of time before arriving) and my order of 2 dorito taco Supreme wasn't even ready

Even though the order went through and I got charged they didn’t gave me the food because they stop serving breakfast and I place the order at 10:38 and the app says to before 10:45

Rudest manager ever crystal, came in at 7:05 they weren't ready while I waited for them to be ready they were rude telling me I can't wait in the drive thru, when I asked if I'm allowed to look at the menu while I wait they told me I needed to leave and come back in 15 minutes. Definitely do not recommend this Taco bell drive 5 minutes to go to the other

I placed a $30+ order through the drive thru and was told AT THE WINDOW, that if I wanted to pay with ApplePay then I could park and go inside the restaurant. I have a child with special needs and cannot just park, hop out of the car and run inside (which is why I was in the drive thru). The employee asked if I had my wallet and then told me I needed to pay with cash or a card. I just drove away at that point. It’s 2024, if you don’t accept ApplePay in the drive thru like your competitors do, then don’t advertise that you accept that form of payment. Also, idk why this TacoBell is ran so poorly but it is. It’s convenient for me as it is next to my house but between not having flexible payment options, RUDE customer service and messed up orders pretty consistently, it’s just not worth my time or effort even going here anymore. I will say that I like the location though.

Do not waste your time at this taco bell. Very disappointed on the customer service very slow and took them 8 mins to make one burrito. They do not care at all. Will not ever be goin back to this location. Be aware!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Junior and Rebecca. I have been at this location multiple times where they have always gotten my order wrong mainly the beans, or they talk rudely. Rest of the workers seem to be fine. They need to replace these workers.

The dining area and restrooms were clean, my food was ready in like 2 minutes. Employees were attentive, food was hot and delicious. 10/10.

Food was cold. Taco shell was stale. The nacho fries were inedible. I don’t understand why give us food that looks and tastes like this. Tell us you are bad at your job and everything is gross at the moment and offer to cook something fresh.

It was better then some of the other Taco Bell's I've been to. Except the new grilled cheese french Fry's, a greasy mess.

Very disappointed with the amount of sauce they gave on the side. We asked for 3 creamy jalapeño sauces on the side and all of them were not even half filled less than that even. As a regular costumer at this taco bell location they normally give us sauces half filled but now they giving less than that. Come on taco bell do better, stop being cheap with the sauce.

Whenever I go here, my order is always wrong, and I have to end up going to a different Taco Bell now, because this Taco Bell is absolutely the worst. The service is horrible, the G, A, Y manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to train new employees because they always mess up my order so if you guys are trying to go here, save the trouble and go to the one on Armstrong bye Clovis High school because it’s way better and the service is 1 million times better
