    Sonic normally has good quality food, understanding its fast food. I like the tots... I do enjoy the special I get in the text messages. Their app is still clunky to use, not very easy to find things or order them as you would like. The Blackstone/Gettysburg site is usually clean and the drive-in kiosks are usually working. This is a great choice for a quick bite and fun dessert choices!!

    Food was ok, the service was good, and the area was rough. My daughter wanted pickle fries, but apparently, they have been discontinued. My chicken strips were surprisingly good for appearing to be twice fried. Homeless people everywhere. We got our food, ate there for a minute, then finished eating on the road because the police were making contact with a homeless woman, and things were starting to get loud. Figured we had better move along.

    Felt nostalgic on this the 1st day of the new year. Drove to Blackstone location, parked in the slot and ordered off the screen. I ordered the foot long coney island hot dog...have them add extra chili..it was pretty good..and it was 1 foot long..momma ordered popcorn 🐔 nuggets onion rings witch were great..and she had a chocolate shake..witch was also great ,,whip topping w/ a giant Is marachino cherry on top...

    First time I try Sonic and I feel it was the worse $50 I’ve spent except for the shake it was good. Sandwiches were sadly a really bad quality and presentation. Chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a while and they barely put any lettuce on them. I don’t think I will go back for food here.

    I order a blue raspberry slush not only do they get it wrong 50% of the time I get one today and it has specks of recess peanut butter cups in it, think about eating blue berries with peanut butter and Nutella in it (yeah it’s gross) not only did that happen I CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT and on the receipt it had didn’t even say I wanted the recess peanut butter cups and there were barely any (like 10% of one) arguably one of the worst times I’ve been there . Never going again instead going to the 7/11 that’s barely farther.

    I ordered the kids 3 wacky pack meals….the food was fine, but I was kind of at a loss for words when she handed me a big bag with everything in it…..sans the toys…. This is totally a first world problem and it seems silly to complain about, but it’s like going to Mc.D’s and everyone’s happy meals being in the same bag…. with no toys… it just doesn’t happen. (Also all the condiments/sweeteners that were meticulously added to each meal were completely ignored, so that was fun. Glad one kid was asleep) 😂 So idk what was going on on there but check your orders, and definitely download the app so you can get happy hour drinks all day. ✌🏽

    I cant rate the food because the day we went through the drive thru we had a very bad service. it was taking forever to get through the line finally get there and the worker struggled to take our order. we then noticed, this is why it's taking so long. finally get to window and they tried to give us food that wasn't ours, couldnt find our order. asked for manager and I chuckled and said "dont tell me your the manager."And she was.She apoligized and said she had just started her shift.if we wanted to place our order AGAIN.45 MINUTES LATER. GOODBYE

    Horrible experience, do NOT recommend. Went to drive up and park booth to order and was rudely told "drive thru only" very bluntly and quick. I am hard of hearing and said, excuse me can you repeat and was told even more hardly and loudly "DRIVE THRU ONLY!" so I continued through to the drive thru. When it was our turn I was not greeted but told (again harshly) "CARD or CASH ONLY, EXACT CHANGE ONLY AND NO BILLS OVER 20" then complete silence, then "you can order now". I attempted to order an Oreo shake and then was told "were not doing ice creams tonight". I then continued my order, paid and left. Got home to find my kids tots were all throw into the bag, mashed up and broken and their food was a mess as well. I will NOT be going back to this place.Totally disgusting behavior and not okay. I was not once rude or short with them and still said Thank you. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

    So I used to work here back in February if I could rate my work experience here it was horrible!!! Nothing short of anxiety the General manager is Rene and she wa so rude did not train me correctly and after my 3rd day they where already screams at me like I knew what to do. And the old lady that work there “Carolyn” was an absolute horrible co worker she was always yelling at me never helping me I was not comfortable asking questions. And to top it all off there “shift lead” wrote me up twice when she clocked in would check the computer transactions and write me up for short money? Not one but twice I quit in April and they still owe me a W2 please don’t eat there they are the worst and they don’t use gloves while preparing food they put there hands into the ice cream liquid as well witch there bare hands to dumb them into bucks. And the burgers you order sit already grilled for about a hour or two and cooked again when you order them. They don’t change the oil in there fryers either good luck

    Ordered chicken strips 4 of 6 were so hard unable to eat! Called ph number disconnected??? Wont go there again too bad good burger but this was not good.

    Every time we come here the workers are very short and rude. Tonight we ordered 3 drinks they messed up one of them, we went back up to the drive up speaker lady said our speaker closed and hung it up and made us wait in the drive thru for over 10 mins. We then get to the window I explain that the drink was missing something she just reaches out for the drink doesn’t say a work like sorry or anything throws the old one away brings us the new one and just says here. Horrible service they need some structure at this sonic.

    Today I chose to spend my hard earned $ at Sonic. It was dark. Restaurant sign, menu sign and drive up sign not lit. When I asked if they had a light for their menu sign so I can order. I was told, “If it’s not lit then no.” I had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu board. The person who I was surprise to find out later was the manager on duty. Took my order with a not so friendly tone. I did let her know it sounded like she was irritated. She said no. Then proceeded to take my payment. Failed to give me a receipt. Asked if I wanted condiments and walked away from the window. I could see her joking around with coworkers. Luckily they got the pleasure of a smile. In this economy what many customer service workers fail to recognize is… customer experience is key. Customers have an abundance of choices when it comes to fast food. Very disappointed in my customer experience. I will think twice before coming to this location.

    Pulled in to get some dinner around 9:30 PM. Despite having three or four other cars being parked, we were told by the worker on duty (via intercom) to pull into the drive-thru. Her tone was VERY snotty with us. Then, when we began to place our order in the drive-thru we were told by a man (also with a very snotty attitude) that there were items they were out of that we wanted. We were so upset at the combination of those two factors that we left. As we were pulling out, the drive-thru attendant fired a parting shot that I didn't catch. We will NEVER return to this location- the Management needs to deal with those attitudes. Having worked in Public Relations most of my life, I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about.

    We ordered a couple drinks and sandwiches, but after waiting literally 40 minutes and seeing other cars who arrived after us get their stuff and go, it became obvious they'd lost our order. In fact, while we were waiting, we saw employees trying to figure out where another order was supposed to go. Not sure who's training these people but yeah, skip this one.

    Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with one other car and decided to pull into a stall. I could see young kids working through the window. We sat for another 15 minutes and they didn’t even take our order. We left!!!!

    If I was able to give this sonic NO stars I would! The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I completely understand being understaffed but doesn’t mean to cut the customer off before they finish talking to tell us that the stalls are closed. the past couple times I have been to this exact sonic It has been nothing but unprofessional & seem to never have slushie mix I will not be returning.

    I like sonic food and the service is normally ok. But 1 star because they DO NOT HAVE BARHROOMS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!! AND guess what they blame covid..... listen, if all the other fastfood can provide bathrooms so can Sonic!! THIS has everything to do with lazy management. Why sonic? Why don't you provide a bathroom for your customers???????? Why ??? And don't blame covid because LOOK AROUND AT YOUR COMPETITION.............

    Where do I start. Wrong meal, wrong soda, no syrup in the sodas, no sauce and tots were cold. Will never buy from here again. And if you ever come here check your food right at the window. The server also shut the window so quickly I could not thank her or say anything about the soda I already took a drink of and notice there was no syrup. $25 for 2 meals was not worth it.

    Went there just for a hamburger and drink. Order was placed. After 27 minutes were told we couldn’t order from the stall. It was 5:45 pm. Had to order to the drive thru only. Waited 20 minutes in line, then drove away like everyone else in front of us. Never again. Everrrrrr!

    I give this Sonic three stars because of the rude cutoff while I was trying to order. The workers were not rude overall. Just cute me off during ordering. Slushie wasn't bad, but not too good either. Hot dog was good.

    Placed my order and had to repeat my self multiple times only to still have the order wrong. The food served is probably going to get someone sick the assembly line for the burgers is worse then McDonald's and they really don't care about the job or customer service. $28 of wasted money.

    I luv Sonic! They have the best Sonic Blast and the New Slurpee with Nerds drinks are so refreshing too! I prefer the lemonade or the grape flavors. And their staff is always nice and very helpful too.

    This is sooooooo bad!! Tbh I think its Fresno in general😐 idk..that's just my opinion...anyways me and my mom and my dad ate from here and our hotel is less than 3 mins away and by the time we got back to the room, mine and my moms food was cold...none the less they forgot my dads food so he had to go back and get it...and even they only gave him the burger not the whole combo (which is what he ordered)0

    We've always had good luck at this location when it comes to getting the correct food that we ordered. Sometimes, the lines can get really long but I'd assume that's because people like the service and food they get.

    We had breakfast burritos I had #14. Eggs and bacon and I added sausage. It was very Good.. my daughter had #15 which showed that it contained green and red peppers but none were in it . Mine was better than her's. Tater tots and a cold coffee came with it. Also ordered a order of french toast sticks. Split them between us. Very filling, tasted great. . They are busy with drive thru and drive ups And walk ups. But we wait very long to be served. Worth the price. We will return there.

    This is now my 3rd time attempting to go in for a slushee 1-2 hours before they close. Everytime I show up the excuse of their card machine is down has been given. This time it was different, they stated that their slushee and ice cream machines were down. It’s been a consistent pattern for 3 different weeks now where this place has refused to provide proper service. If that’s the case just close at 9pm! I’m pregnant and driving 10 min just to be dissatisfied with their customer service is very irritating and frustrating.
