    Tried to give them another chance. Still slow as ever driv-thru drinks not made well and customer service indoor is horrible when you request the drink be made properly. Not recommending. Taking business elsewhere. Slow as ever over 20-25 mins in the drive thru. No excuse for that. They should limit how many drinks you can order in drive thru and get more barista's plus equipment to make more drinks quicker. All the money they make they can improve in services.

    Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks I live by. Every time I go, I wait from anywhere between 15-30 minutes for a single drink. I am not even joking. Several times, I had to ask the baristas to remake my drink because it wasn't hot. I really wish someone could train the baristas at this location. It's like they do not know how to take payment, orders, and hand out drinks at the same time, or even acknowledge the wait time. If they need more help then please hire more help.

    Ordered today and cashier got my order wrong. She probably assumed that I also wanted grande since my friends ordered grande but I specifically said “Venti Pink Drink.” The coworker remade the drink and she ringed up my order again but no apology were made. I don’t mind that she gets the order wrong, it happens but no apology is unacceptable and unfair.

    Had a DoorDash order at 4:50 PM. I walked in and gave the barista the name. She said it was ready they had to pack it 520 mind you the store is slow not a lot of people 520 comes another person asked me what’s the name of my order a gift to him like oh we have to pack it so basically the other female forgot about me and had me sitting there for almost 30 minutes.

    Horrible service, they can't handle the fast pace, Sometimes being slower is better because you care what your making and want to do it right not Half Azz and just rush that's how they TRY & handle stuff, Always out of stuff Long drive thru line and never give good service it's like they hate the job....Ill never go back and I'll talk to everyone about that Starbucks don't deal with them.👎

    If I could do Zero stars I would. My issue with this location was very disrespectful. I did an online order and the app told me it would be ready in ten minutes. Okay understandable so I show up maybe a few minutes after the set time. I go through the drive, and there were two cars in front of me. No big deal I figured it the line would move in a reasonable amount of time. About ten minutes later I finally get to the speaker where the Young lady of the speaker says "give me one moment". I say "yeah no problem, I am here for a mobile pick up." She never said anything else besides that.. Well I go ahead pull forward because now my order has taken 20 minutes, once I finally get to the window, she says very rudely "what's the name?" I tell her and and she gets it for me and proceeds to hold her hand up at the window and tell me VERY rudely " next time we tell you to wait at the speaker box we expect you to wait just a bitttttt longggerrr!" Then slams the window! She did not give me all my items only one my drink so I wait at the window and she sees I'm there and turns away and then comes back to the window maybe 2 minutes later and I'm like you forgot to give me my pastry and she was like oh here and hands it to me very roughly. Now, I work in fast food and understand wait times and how some customers can be, however I would NEVER treat a customer that way especially when my customers were waiting for 20 minutes. I would apologize for the wait not make them feel horrible or bad for pulling forward for their items that were made and paid for already. I didn't catch her name but she had wavy brown hair and this was about 7am this morning. I hate that im even have to write this considering I understand food business and never complain, however I felt very disrespected by this young lady and it shouldn't have happened. Just thought I would write this to bring it to your attention. I tried calling the store. However they didn't not answer the call. 9-4-2022

    Seems to be a running problem with this starbucks. Their wait times are insane. The last 2 times I came here, I got my drinks super watered down because by the time I get to the window, the drink has been sitting there for probably 10 to 15 mins. Just today I placed a mobile order and was going to go through the drive thru as usual. Placed the order at 8 am on a Saturday. Got there at about 8:10am. Waited in line for about 20 mins before saying screw it. I parked to go inside to see if my order was sitting on the counter (to prevent it from getting watered down as usual.) Upon getting in there, was told it would be a 45 min wait for a drink I had already ordered a solid 25 mins ago at this point. I'm sorry but thats extreme. So walked away with them having already took my money but not getting my coffee I paid for because that is ridiculous. This particular establishment is probably the worst one to go to. Between the waiting and the parking lot.. it's trash. Not worth it

    This location seems to be busy every single time I go there... I don't know if it's due to staff shortages or if service is slow. However I can't complain about the drinks. Gotta have the Starbucks every now and then.

    This place is Trash. The workers are Rude and there House Keeping is a Zero. Ordered 2 drinks 1 person before us and still waited 25 minutes. Nobody in the drive thru. Customers come FIRST!!!!! NOT MOBILE ORDERS 😒 WE ARE THERE WAITING. This place is Dirty and we will never come back GO TO CUPPA JOY.

    anyways buddy but i love that they are because it's good business though i definitely would order thru app and pick up in store rather than drive thru because it takes longer in the drive thru.

    This store always does this. So it's cold, but l want the strawberry acaí reshresher without ice. When it's hot out, l get it with ice, but not right now. They always, always, always short my drink. This is the only store that does it, like really? I mean fill the cup up... Why are you being cheap? I didn't feel like arguing today, so I've just decided l won't be back to this one. I'll either go to the one in Vons, or drive alllllll the way to the Starbucks on Peach ave... 🙄

    Pretty good service. The only issue I have is the baristas not announcing the order names loud enough. 70% of the time I see people having to go up and read the cup names because a name wasn't announced. Other than that the people are friendly. Not gna whine about wait times but just know that sometimes it's gna happen

    I walked in and stood in line for about 5 minutes before someone took my order. That wasn't the issue, the issue was there was no welcome, no "we'll be right with you" just glances from the staff as I walked in and stood there, it was such an awkward and unwelcoming feeling.

    ALWAYS a 20 min wait to get my drink in drive thru or inside. The Barista taking orders always messes up the order & other customers steal drinks!!! They need to HIRE more staff!!! I’ll be finding another Starbucks to visit. 🤦‍♀️

    Excellent customer service! I place a mobile order late last night and I ordered my drink wrong. I called the store as soon as I noticed, Dom the shift supervisor, was quick the fix the problem and had my drinks ready before I got to the store.

    Not once, but twice has this happened to me. The Asian barista would not call out my name when my drinks are ready for pick up (mobile order). She just let me wait as long as possible. I’m Asian myself so I’m not sure why she’s giving me this kind of treatment.

    i never had an issue but today there was this tall white lady with a scarf on her neck that was so rude for no reason . i thought i was missing something and i had asked for it and she yelled at me infront bc of all these customers that start i asked for was in the bag super unprofessional. i understand the pressure and it being busy but no need to yell at paying customers.
