This place is the worst. I tried my best to stay after being transferred from Dr.Favor but they make so many mistakes. They’ve cancel appointments with out notice, people who get there last are helped first, they have left me in the lobby and forgotten I’m there and once your in the back you have to wait two hours to be seen. It’s fair to say the front desk people don’t know what they are doing they can be rude and stereotype Patients. What recently bothered me the most is the medical assistant that gives shots, she was rough.WON’T BE RETURNING!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! They are unhelpful, unorganized, don’t know how to help at all! They don’t offer anything, don’t show you any care at all. Don’t even consider your opinion on your child’s needs! And dismiss every concern you have!!! They denied my child care when it was their fault for not telling me my insurance card was invalid AFTER THEY told me it was!!! Horrible. Switching docs ASAP!! Not good for young mommies!!!

If you want your child to be in pain, to live in pain, then go here. They have the worst service ever. Made an appt because my daughter (13months) was having a horrible cough for a week. They canceled the DAY OF because the dr was overbooked and my daughter's cough wasn't a danger. I begged for them to see her because it was their mistake for over booking and they strictly denied my request. So I took her to the ER and her throat was red and so swollen! She was diagnosed with croup and was given steroids. This place is horrible. Making an appt for physical takes a two month wait. This is not a place for your children if you are looking for walk-ins and good services. i have been to the ER 5 times with my daughter who is now 13 months because of their horrible services. I switched over to Dr Sang after this denial of seeing my daughter quickly after and he saw me right away, after the ER visit for follow up and performed an inhaler breathing test on my daughter right away and was able to clear her cough and swollen throat within a week. You would think they are a branch of the finest pediatric hospital so they’d be good but in all honesty, they are horrible.

Horrible. Staff puts you on hold for more than 20 minutes when calling. Made an appointment for my sons vaccines. Rushed over & requested time off from work. When I get there the guy in the front office says sorry we are not able to give vaccinations today. I wasted my time and gas since I live pretty far. He had said they attempted to call and let me know but clearly they lied about that since I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. They are supposed to call me back when vaccines are available but I doubt that will happen. They will lie & again have me chase them down to see if vaccines are ready and wait over 20 mins on hold to reschedule. This place has gone downhill. It deserves zero stars.

Does not stand up for Valley Children’s at all such a let down from the hospital, they don’t do walk ins they don’t have same day appointments. My son was referred to a lung specialist 2 years ago supposedly has not been seen yet! I took him to the Er Friday & Children’s hospital wanted a follow up I took him in. Dr. Sanchez didn’t even look or read the report! She said it was only an inflammation he had. I informed her he had pain when swallowing & she didn’t even look at his throat. She said it looked like he was starting to get an ear infection after I had already told her the ER VISIT notes stated he had ear infections & he was on antibiotics. She said if his cough persisted then she would do a tb test, mind you they did x rays on my son at Children’s! & if the fever persisted it could be valley fever. But they’d follow up in 2 weeks! I’m beyond frustrated! I miss Dr Favor who was his primary but retired. What is a Dr for if they aren’t helping!

We usually take my daughter to the Fresno Pediatrics location, but couldn't get her in ASAP so we were set up with an appointment for her here. My husband brought her for a 2 pm appointment and had to wait with her for an hour to be seen... in the car... in the rain. It was very inconvenient and disrupted our day. We had to cut her nap short to make it there (by 2 pm) and she was coughing and not feeling well. I am glad this isn't our usual location as this was a frustrating experience. Update: I increased the review from 1 star to 2 stars as I did receive a call from the office a short time after posting my review apologizing for the wait.

I called the Drs office concerned because my son was referred to a lab to get blood drawn for a routine tb test when his father took him in. (He’s 4 and needed his physical for school). I was told that since he had been given a vaccine with a live virus that a blood draw would need to be done instead. They assured me that it wouldn’t even be a whole vile and that the results would be same day. My son had over 3 viles drawn and results are 3-5 days out! BS answers after consistently being on hold to get through to anyone for over 10 minutes 2 times!

Our pediatrician cancelled our appointment due to staffing issue and Valley Children's set us an appointment at Dakota with Dr. Finnian Steele. He was great with our daughter and addressed all of our concerns. Spent an hour with us. Thank you Dr Steele and Dakota Peds.

I had my sons 2 month vaccination appointment today and they cancelled his appointment because I couldn’t bring my 2 year old. They gave me 15 minutes to find someone to take care of him. They just said because of covid they couldn’t have anyone else in there but at fresno children’s pediatrics I’m able to take my other kids not everyone have a baby sitter or someone that can stay with the patients siblings. I asked to speak to the office manager and all she gave me was an extension number and I can’t get a hold of anyone. 2 month vaccinations are so important how unprofessional for them to not give notice BEFORE the actual appointment. The front desk woman was being rude and to patients before for. I would think they would be more understanding of working parents, I made special accommodations to make it to this appointment just to be turned back I will definitely change providers but will also keep calling to talk to an office manager

I've had nothing but great experiences with this office. I get called to the back timely, only have a few minutes wait in the room, the staff are great with requests, and they are helpful when I've called with questions. Thanks Dakota Pediatrics 😊

My two children go here. The doctors and staff are amazing. Never had a bad experience.
