I
went
for
a
herniated
disc
causing
muscle
knots
from
pain
&
spasms.
While
the
wait
is
a
long
time
in
the
office
-
longer
then
even
Clinica
Sierra
Vista
waits.
The
nurses
made
it
workable.
After
getting
2nd
visit
was
able
to
get
injection
for
“trigger
spots.”
The
Indian
doc
was
incredibly
out
of
touch
of
what
constitutes
pain
for
some
people.
Such
as
myself,
when
he
used
the
ultrasound
wand
to
locate
my
discs(?)
why
I’m
not
sure.
But
he
barely
had
gel
on
it,
&
was
pressing
directly
on
my
spine
-
where
my
muscles
are
knotted
from
my
L5
herniated
disc,
&
several
bulging
in
middle
back.
I
was
crying
&
near
vomiting
after
the
several
injections.
He
then
tried
to
act
like
I
was
a
baby.
I
had
to
yell
at
him
to
stop
talking
&
let
me
regroup
mentally
before
I
could
debate
him.
He
quickly
shut
up.
And
left
after
saying
if
it’s
that
bad
I
should
get
the
epidural
to
try.
😑
No
shizz
but
Medi-Cal
don’t
work
that
way.
3rd
visit,
yes
I
did
go
back
(eye
roll
for
my
stupidity)
the
nurse
this
time
was
asking
WHY
I
was
there….to
get
my
bloody
friggin
INJECTIONS!?
She
then
had
a
“I’m
smarter
then
you”
type
attitude
when
saying
I
couldn’t
get
an
injection,
as
I
need
PT
first.
I
would
not
have
gotten
the
FIRST
if
I
hadn’t.
I
had
to
go
to
doc
to
get
the
paperwork
to
prove
I
had.
Even
though
I’d
been
to
them
before.
Beware.
Their
two
office
bldgs
-
in
same
parking
lot
-
feel
like
they
have
separate
medical
files.
Or
no
access
to
yours.
If
I
didn’t
need
the
injection
to
bring
my
pain
to
tolerable
levels
—I
will
be
trying
out
epidural
next
time
—
I
wouldn’t
even
visit
them.
