I've suffered from chronic spinal pain for several years. I've been through the works, physical therapy, injections, massage therapy, chiropractic care, and 24 hr E.R. pain meds. I have been getting injections for the DDD in my neck and have gotten one lower back epidural this past Dec. My insurance is not accepted at my previous clinic as of the first of the year. I'm looking for a new pain management center but it WILL NOT be by this facility. Not recommended for chronic pain sufferers!

What a scam of a location! They are totally Ghetto! They only want to give steroid injections. They will not provide prescriptions for any type of pain relieving narcotics. They lost all privileges to have any prescriptions filled by CVS and Walmart pharmacies and probably most other pharmacies as well. The clinic is like an old rundown hotel or detox center. The rooms are substandard for any clinic. So if you need any kind of pain management help... this is not the place unless a steroid injection is what you actually need.

The clinic walk in does their job and all is okay, but their phone system is absolutely absurd! Complete tragedy! Failure on epic proportions! If they answered the phone it may or returned voicemails or had professional phone staff it may be worth the mental anguish you suffer from allowing the phone to ring over a hour on a normal basis.

Very rude doctor! Whole place is dirty and incompetent. Called my husband's prescription in to 2 different pharmacies that don't take our insurance then text him to tell him the script was denied. He denied the prescription before he left! Good luck to anyone who tries to call office. We will be reporting to medical board! Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Dr Sanchez is the best. I've been to a prior one and he said I need mild morphine and all they can do is keep me comfortable. Dr Sanchez took x-rays, mri and then treatment. I am on pain meds and now have patches and get in office injections but I'm able to still feel good about myself. He gave me hope. He listens and is sympathetic when I'm crying.

This place is a joke. The Dr barely talks to you about your issues and doesn't care about you let alone the office is disgusting and dirty and wouldn't even trust them with doing injections because of the thoughts of infection because the place and staff are that bad and could careless about you. Deserves a negative 5 stars.

I went for a herniated disc causing muscle knots from pain & spasms. While the wait is a long time in the office - longer then even Clinica Sierra Vista waits. The nurses made it workable. After getting 2nd visit was able to get injection for “trigger spots.” The Indian doc was incredibly out of touch of what constitutes pain for some people. Such as myself, when he used the ultrasound wand to locate my discs(?) why I’m not sure. But he barely had gel on it, & was pressing directly on my spine - where my muscles are knotted from my L5 herniated disc, & several bulging in middle back. I was crying & near vomiting after the several injections. He then tried to act like I was a baby. I had to yell at him to stop talking & let me regroup mentally before I could debate him. He quickly shut up. And left after saying if it’s that bad I should get the epidural to try. 😑 No shizz but Medi-Cal don’t work that way. 3rd visit, yes I did go back (eye roll for my stupidity) the nurse this time was asking WHY I was there….to get my bloody friggin INJECTIONS!? She then had a “I’m smarter then you” type attitude when saying I couldn’t get an injection, as I need PT first. I would not have gotten the FIRST if I hadn’t. I had to go to doc to get the paperwork to prove I had. Even though I’d been to them before. Beware. Their two office bldgs - in same parking lot - feel like they have separate medical files. Or no access to yours. If I didn’t need the injection to bring my pain to tolerable levels —I will be trying out epidural next time — I wouldn’t even visit them.

I complain so much to my insurance company and file so many grievances towards their company and one doctor in particular that the company instead of them doing anything towards the doctor they dismissed me Release Me from their care instead of them doing anything to resolve the problem the place is a horrible place and I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there

They are not nice, it's dirty and you can't talk to the doctor, he's to in a hurry. And I've tried calling and calling, and calling and nothing...impossible to get them on the phone.

Very rude NP, I’m a care giver of patient. NP refuse to listen to my client. She tried to tell him about her new medication. For high blood pressure & show him. He rudely cut her off. Started talking to his assistant nurse. My client continued explaining to him . She just started taking new meds last night. He replied he didn’t care about what she said he read notes on her chart reguarding her hp. He started venting about side effect of hp. She replied she knows side effects. She tried showing him her blood pressure machine. Ask him would he like to see it wasn’t high. Before she arrive to appt. It raised from bp machine nurse uses. It squeeze’s her arm to tight put her in pain causing bp to go up. She asked him would he like to take a look @ her bp machine to read history of bp. He continued to bad mouth her. Very disrespectful didn’t care for what she had to say. Didn’t bother to look @ new bp prescription she just started taking as of last night. Didn’t even have nurse note it in her records. I don’t even know how some NP still employed @ Dr. office. They force you to agree to respect them by signing a contract. Their disrespecting patient, if she wanted to she couldn’t defend herself she’s disabled. She’s in no condition to argue & be loud mouth w/ anyone. This has to be against the law. Verbal abuse & not listen to patient regarding their health. When he entered room he was angry she we where taking her bp w/ her own device. He said what is this started bad mouthing right away. Seems NP has anger issues they need to get person help. Before assisting any clients/patients. I’m concerned of NP mistreatment my client. He would allow me to speak cut me off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Won't write a simple note for change of footwear which my employer needs and will bring me great pain relief, but I can get 3 different medications.... Go figure
