It's Starbucks! The best part of Starbucks is the consistency. This is the McDonald's of coffee in the US. Every location will give you the same coffee and the same experience as the last. Not the "best" coffee in the world. We definitely get that from a small local shop. But this is one of the best places to just go hang out and have coffee with friends. I hold small one on one business meeting here if I need a casual place to talk shop.

They never called my name to let me know when my drink was ready. They just set it beside the straws, way back on the counter. I waited almost 15 minutes. I was standing right near the pickup area. I have never been treated like that in a Starbucks before. I didn't want to pressure them by asking for it...I just waited...and I didn't even see the drink sitting there, it was so far back on the counter. Then, finally, a young woman laughed and said "Oh, here's your drink."...it was all so "off"

Great experience, was not busy inside. What I liked the best is that what we ordered was available. Most Starbucks have been short on ingredients but this one wasn’t. At least on what we ordered. Waited over 15 minutes for a chai tea latte. People who ordered after me got their drinks first. Ridiculously slow.

I had a great experience each time I came in. One in particular was especially good because the store had a cup that my sister wanted, and it was sold out in the other locations the next town over. The barista wrapped it in tissue paper before putting it in a bag, which I wasn't even aware that they had tissue paper. Everyone was so kind in there. The drinks and food were just right.

My drinks are NEVER right. Been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for almost a year and every time it never fails, my drink is wrong. They either don’t put the full pumps of chai or if I ask for 7 pumps, they go above and beyond and add so many extra pumps it’s so bad it burns my tongue from the spices! This place needs consistency

Very fast service. Exactly what I expected from a drive thru.

I typically come to this location (Herndon/Golden State Ave) because it's closest to me. I always come daily, typically in mornings and sometimes afternoons now. When I come in the mornings, I sometimes get greeted by with "Welcome what can I get for you", my husband and I love that! We love the welcome from the nice lady who saids that. I also love how my "Morning Crew" knows my drink(s) (my java chip frapp special) & my husband's special iced decaf coffees. Once they see me on the camera screen, they greet me very kindly and always have a smile on their face when they open the window. I know sometimes other customers complain about the rising cost of products and believe me, im one of them. But it's not their fault for that, it's the inflation and CEO of Starbucks for that matter. The employees have a job to-do; & I definitely see the "Morning Crew" that I'm used to doing it! They are fast and efficient with getting thoes orders out the window as quickly as they can. I give them all a big 5 star.. Kinzey, Juan, Abby, Cassandra, and a few others I'm not sure of the names but faces for sure recognize. You guys are all awesome! I love leaving with a yummy sip of my frapp first thing in the morning and starting my day off from there. The afternoons can be a little nuts. There's a few times I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. I was not happy. I try to avoid the busy lines at certain parts of the afternoons now. I'm overall very pleased with this location and the employees I see and got to know more. The hours are nuts sometimes when they are short staffed. I miss when they used to close later after 8pm... 6pm is too early, due to short staff problems or actual shortage of products. I can most definitely say overall I'm always a happy customer who always comes back!!! 🥰

I usually only get black coffee, but today I was craving something cold and sweet and didn't want to have to go very far. This place right next to hoitel. I told the barista that I don't know much and just crazing cold and sweet and like mocha stuff. They offerred me the mocha cookie thing and it was darn good! I enjoyed it so much.

Very friendly staff and helpful. I usually get a coffee on my way to work so it helps that they open early. Coffee is always hot and made the way I like it.

Coffee seems premade. Its cold and doesn't taste 100. It's happened a few times different places. Also kinda feel persuaded into tipping at most places now rather than wanting to naturally tip for outstanding service

Multiple occasions when my drink has been wrong. I don’t always go back so I miss out on my money most of time. The drinks I order are not hard in my opinion and they are not all crazy orders they are simple drinks that come out wrong consistently, the last time I went back because my drink was wrong the girl even gave me a discount card to come back and that was just last week, so I came back today to order a different drink and again my drink is incorrect. I’m not sure if other people are experiencing this but I have been ordering the one drink for the last maybe 5 or 6 months and it has always tasted the same and just in the last 3 months things have changed. Every time I order it’s always a hit or miss. I guess I will try a different Starbucks from now on.

I’ve had this issue with this location over and over and thought I’d share. The staff is slow and I work in good service so I know what slow is. The looks like they are all new hires that fumble around and don’t seem to remember the order of drinks the my are making or how to make them. I usually wait anywhere from 20-30 mins and get attitude when I express I would like a refund because I’m late for work. 7 staff members can work as as 3 in the airport.

Went through the drive through. Had some new guy working there and I could hear him groan when I ordered a sandwich. When I got my stuff I told him thank you to which he said nothing in return. Then found out he gave me the wrong sandwich.
