Waited 30 minutes for 2 bacon and eggs sandwiches and 3 McChicken breakfast sandwiches. Every car in line at the time, about 6, was told to park and wait for their food. Employees were friendly. The parking lot and street seem to be a common meeting spot for homeless and sketchy people, didn't feel safe while waiting for our food.

Super packed. We waited 30 minutes for our order. We had someone bring the order to our car but we noticed we were missing an item. The girl that brought us the food said she would bring it to us....we waited another 10 minutes. My fiance was frustrated from the wait time so he went inside to ask. He said they made the meal but didn't tell him anything about it. Then he noticed the girl that takes the orders out to the cars outside grabbed it and went outside. So he wasn't sure if it was for us or not. He waited another 5 minutes inside to see if they would tell him anything. Meanwhile, the girl showed up to the car and handed me our meal then left. My fiance showed up a few minutes later and asked if they brought it. I said yes. We went home. Once he opened the food he realized they gave us the wrong meal AGAIN. It was missing pancakes. Also we got like 9 hashbrowns and we ordered 4 hashbrowns. We received 4 burritos and I only ordered 2 burritos. Everything was off. It looks like nobody is checking the orders being made.

I ordered a 20 piece Chicken Nuggets one ten piece for now & the other for dinner & my famous Carmel frappe. The Drive up window Employee was very Friendly, Fast Service and the parking lot was clean...

Talk about fast...and YUMMY. You'alls got to eat here. Yeah I know it's McDonald's, but in a rush...it is fast...Good ..and inexpensive compared to BK .Jack in the Crack.. Rally's...Taco Bell...and others. Try it out and you will see what I am talking about ❤️

Well if you look past the fact the place is surrounded by homeless and then a rough neighborhood you have your standard McDonald's. So you order your food and get told to go to a stall to park because they're afraid of their drive to times being too high for corporate saying that they're getting fresh fries when you get your food your fries are still and have been reheated in the deep fryer but also has chicken nuggets to the point they're hard and my children can notice it. You think for getting 20 bucks an hour they'd be getting a little better quality instead of reheated over salted food

Very bad experience with one of the 20 an hour paid employees who actually yelled at me with my daughter and my client in the car even her shift manager and store manager had to put her in her place but she was still rude and disrespectful acting like she was going to rush my car very unprofessional and ghetto she should be grateful she has a job and yet wants to act like she's on the streets. Anyways won't ever go back not to ge treated anyway but with respect

Its usually okay. I should have insisted that I didn't have a special order. I just ordered from there and bit into my burger and it was soggy. I put it back in the bag and drove home thats when I saw it was still raw

Was pretty disappointed with my order, had ordered a quarter pounder and I've not seen an order messed up quite like this before lol. So first off, the patty was flat, like really flat and spread out. Second, the bottom bun was smaller than the top bun. Only went here because I was at smart and final and I didn't notice the app picking this place. Will likely just avoid this location in future and stick to the one in olive and 99.

The large iced caramel coffee that I ordered today was horrible. There was zero sweetness, very little caramel and hardly any ice. And the happy meal I got from my rewards was missing the French fries and the doing sauce that I ordered in the kiosk. I'm done with this location.

The cashier was very nice when I asked her if the mcflurry came with Chocolate sauce. She very politely said it wasn't but added it free of charge! That is great customer service... I will return

They need to hire people with common sense. And if your kiosks don't work, speak up. Also, get the druggies out of there. Some people just want to eat in peace without all the damn theatrics.

I only went through the drive through but they had two of the nicest people at the windows. I ordered an apple pie and a drink and as always I got my food super quick. To the two lovely people working tonight you're amazing! And I hope you both have a good night!

Went to this McDonald’s to get lunch for my family; I understand being busy and there being a line. That’s never a problem and I had a semi big order. I was told at the window that I would get my receipt in the bag (never got that) I ordered 4 large fries and my fries weren’t even filled half way. I ordered and paid for extra sauces I even asked at the window if the sauce was in the bag I was told yes it was in my first bag. I got absolutely zero sauces. Guess I should have helped up the line to make sure everything was filled and done right but, that shouldn’t be my job to do. Just a little frustrating to know when I get home everything I got and asked for wasn’t in my bag or done right.

Don't come to any McDonald's, especially this one, thinking that you know what they serve cause their employees like Alexa don't even know what's on their menu overhead. Ordered a number 7, which is supposed to be 2 cheese burgers but the picture shows them with fries and a drink (when asked after purchase I was told it does not come with fries or drink despite the fact that it shows it and has combo price and just the burger price) and even though I told the lady that they show right there 2 burgers in a combo she still only gave me 1 cheeseburger, then she completed the order and I showed her there's only the one cheeseburger when I wanted the full meal and she responds "oh uh I thought you only wanted one" and I told her no lady the number 7 is not only one cheeseburger, so after a long unnecessary process, cause this lady didn't want to get the order right, I had to order the full combo pictured in 2 separate ordered as separate items. People shouldn't eat here if they aren't going to be respectful when treated respectfully, we certainly won't be.
