    Service was very slow… had wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for our food while my daughters McFlurry melted. So I went inside and got a fresh McFlurry and found that my order had been sitting there for a while and it was cold… They were busy and that I understand but when your in the fast food business and you’re not fast… something is wrong

    I normally pick up a cup of coffee or breakfast on my way into work. The girl who's the morning cashier is awesome so is the rest of the team at this restaurant.

    We ordered through the App online to pick it up through the drive through. Then they said it was only for inside. They refused to give us our order at the window. It was almost 100 degrees outside. Then they proceeded to get the orders WRONG AND TOO SLOWWWWWW. PRIVATELY OWNED MCDONALD'S ARE A DISASTER EVERY TIME!!!

    Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been greeted very nicely by the employees there. I know it gets crazy busy sometimes but they try to do the best they can. Majority of them. The food is always been on point. I have not had a complaint so far and I hope it continues to stay that way since I go there very often. I’ve even seen Quinceañeras and Brides stop here for a quick snack so that should tell you something. Oh and their ice cream machine works unlike every other McDonald’s I’ve too.

    I'm dumping my fries because they are so cold and hard, like they make them a day before, also big mac sandwich has so much dressing that I almost end up throw it in to the garbage as Well. Location is full of homeless, even inside the restaurant. Cup lids had nothing and when I ask for one the employees just hand one as well and didn't bother to re fill the station. Nasty place to stop by. You may get sick by food poisoning here.

    I paid for my food and was instructed to park in #1 and the food would be brought to me. After approximately 15 minutes, I sent my passenger to check on the order. I had to drive back through Drive Thru to get my order. I won't be eating at McDonald's anytime soon. #Disappointed

    Employees are horrible, always make you wait until you complain then magically the food appears immediately. I doubt half of them graduated elementary school. But the food is by far the best of any McDonald's anywhere near

    I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a filet of fish fresh and a quarter pounder fresh. The filet fish was piping hot, however there was no tartar sauce so it was dry and not pleasant to eat. The quarter pounder Patty was dry and flavorless. In general this visit was very disappointing. They seem to make a lot of mistakes at this location.

    Normally this place is pretty fast hardly long lines in drive through the food is decent their ice cream machine actually works lol 😂 they messed up my order big time last night and I had to go back once I got home the manager took care of it but who forgets to put 40 chicken nuggets in the bag? Also the staff was arguing about who packed my order.

    The employees are great and they always get our order correct. The only reason for the three stars is because the location but they do great with deal with all the craziness.

    It's mcdonalds, but it's a McDonald's that gets my orders right, even when I make it "special". I recommend using the app to get the best deals and it helps to make the drive thru a real breeze even when it looks busy. They are fast and the quality is very consistent, can't speak for the bathrooms as I've never had to use it, but I'm sure they maintain good standards. Clean on the inside, and security in the premises is welcomed as they are also pleasant.

    Was just in this location eating my breakfast when the manager came up to me right in the middle of a bite and asked me to leave the store so an outside vendor could empty a change machine. Literally asked me to leave the store NOW. Didn't ask me to move to another part of the store-had to leave the building right in the middle of a bite. The vendor should have waited until I was done at the least or come in off-hours. Manager displayed total disregard for customers and ignored my complaints. If this is how they treat customers she should be fired. I am not young-have never seen anything like this.

    Any business has its ups and downs, and this restaurant is no exception, BUT right now this restaurant is stellar, service, EXCELLENT, cleanliness, EXCELLENT, getting exactly what you ordered, EXCELLENT. And I can honestly say these people go above and beyond when it comes to how much they truly care about their customers

    I've had an issue one time going through drive thru. I didn't get everything I paid for and ended up having to park my car at the drive thru window until they gave it to me. It took about 5 minute's.

    No atmosphere is good where bad manners are practised. After waiting for 15 min. the security person pushed a button and allowed a man that wasnt even around when my partner asked , in the restroon first, before her. When she came out she helped me with our 30.00.order to the car We had our hands full & I accidentally left my cane by the soda fountain. Now there is no answer it keeps hanging up after 9 rings or so Im a 70 year old disabled veteran that enjoyed a McDonalds burger. Even with the price gouging I still managed. But with this blatant disregard for respect, not even answering the fone, I believe Burger King will get our bizness. I hear they have an honest lost & found.
