We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and 1 patty wasn't even whole, it was 1 piece with a bunch of little pieces. I ordered bacon and didn't get any on my hamburger. The lettuces was old and the tomatoes was no good either. So I had to come home and cook anyways to fix our food to make it better. My daughter ordered Spaghetti and meatballs. She bearly got any sauce on her Spaghetti. Good thing we had some at home to put on top.

Visited Fresno for a job and stopped at Dennys to get a meal. I was very happy I stopped at this Dennys. Service was great and the food was awesome. The waitress was kind and the food came fast. I recommend this Dennys.

Service was fast and friendly for a busy night. We ordered a variety of dishes. The sirloin steak was great. The T-bone steak was very dry. Still taste great if hungry enough. The mash potatoes tasted great. The saute veggies were great.

Had a smooth, hassle-free service with a pretty decent meal

We had breakfast at the Denny’s on Shields and Blackstone in Fresno California. It wasn’t worth going there at all because the food was cold ! literally all our food was cold three orders of cold! Yuck ! The coffee wasn’t good either! silverware was dirty, the table was dirty. There was nothing special about this place. I could have made this food at home myself . The waitress was slow,? sweating all over 😓 Never came back to check on us till I put my hands up for attention!! Very disappointed with the service we received here. Wasn’t worth $60.00 at all nasty cold pancakes with old coffee and bad waitresses. The restaurant was messy and dirty, there was a trash can filled with garbage by the front door as you walk in I should’ve known that was a big red flag. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. 👎

Managers are full of themselves act more like their above being kind. They also have rats and cockroaches there. Terrible choice of managers they yell at their employees right in front of the customers.

It was a good meal with the wife , great service, our server was Erica and she did a great job with such a great smile and do recommend this,place , the only think I don't like about all Dennys is the smell when you walk in but I guess that's the smell from cooking different food and the clothes they cleaned with is not sanitized will but other than that I love the food 😀

Dennys is one of those rare places to grab food late night so for that it's great. Our server was great in the sense that he memerized our order (3 of us) without writing it down but forgot to bring the bacon on the side. The inside was clean to the eye but the bathroom hallway smelled like old mop water. Overall we had a good experience. 👍🏾

Evelyn our waitress was a delight. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was also perfect. Always great service at this Denny's!

My family and I have been coming to this Denny's for over 6 year's. Our experience has been amazing. We have tried other Denny's but this is our favorite one not only due to the customer service but also because of the atmosphere. Truly recommend!

I live in Bakersfield California I was there August 31 abt 11:30 pm after a concert at the save mart center. very pleased with the service from manager Eric and the entire staff very friendly attentive, acknowledge us as we walked in that, Food came right away. Everything was excellent surprise for them being busy service was great.… We ended up going to your restaurant prior. We were at another Denny’s on Shah wear we’re not at knowledge never seen it after waiting 15 minutes of waiting we left, another family of 10 also left. Very Rude ever have I experience that at a restaurant. Eric and his staff should go show them The definition of hospitality, customer service it’s all about. They need retraining badly.

It was 105 degrees outside, air conditioning was fantastic. I was there to get out of the heat and visit for four hours with my adult son. It was perfect. Wait-help was perfect.

We had a great server and the wait, although busy, wasn't too long. Sat at the counter and the food was great although i wasn't really impressed with the quality of the bacon. The peanut butter cream pancakes were delicious but not for calorie counters. Altogether a very good experience. Parking was a little crowded, but there's always more in the back.

Came here later in the evening, was not so crowded anymore. Ordered a burger with bacon, egg, onion along with fries on the side and it was really delicious even though it was soaking in fat. Only downside is that I asked for a plug to charge my phone and there was just 1 plug apparently at a certain table which was in use. For the rest, I really liked the service over here. Very friendly staff!

Eggs were scrambled hard when I asked for scaramble soft. Orange juice was not the best tasted like some orange mixture. Bacon was hard and thin. Need a better quality of sausage links. Pancakes were delicious.
