The apartments are overpriced and under maintained, they don't actually fix anything, painted the laundry room but won't fix or replace any of the machines (there's literally 1 washer working) Add on to my original review because this place only gets worse. I have lived here since twenty fifteen always paid my rent on time. Now because I won't sign a new lease for them to raise my rent yet agai they gave away my parking stall. Please people believe me when I say this place is trash! If you don't mind living with roaches it's the place for you.

Please listen to these reviews and do not move here! I was excited about having my first place that i ignored all the signs. My first week here was absolutely terrible, I cried because of how much of a mistake I made, the people around you have no respect they all loud, blasting music, having parties til 6 am, fighting , literal trash all over the place, had several altercations happen in the first 2 months in front of my door, people walking up and down the buildings strung out on drugs that I get on my cameras all hours of the night! People sleeping in their cars and the garages! I work from home and had my babysitter watch my kids so I can work and had to pay 540 dollars cuz her car was towed for 30 mins because they have absolutely no guest parking! People screaming and yelling at 6 am, this is all literally an everyday thing! Not to mention everything inside is poorly put together. The towel rack fell off the wall my first day here the tub handle fell off my daughters closet door came off the hinges the kitchen sink is lifting, my fence is broken from my upstairs neighbor jumping onto his balcony, bugs everywhere, my kids always have bite marks!

These are literally the worst apartments to live in. Don’t even think about having guest over as there is no guest parking here. During the summers the pools don’t even seem clean and the pond water stays dirty as well. My grandmothers car was stolen twice and her garage was broken into. These apartments do not feel safe. They need more security patrolling around !! Don’t move here ! They are also infested with roaches !!

01/05/24 Let me give yall an update on this place!! This place is 100% MONEY HUNGRY. Don't do it if your thinking about it think twice. We recently moved out and there trying to charge us $50 for a PARKING STICKER!! $50 Freaking dollars for a dang sticker how ridiculous is that. I explain to the lady that my vehicle that had the sticker caught fire and the sticker is no longer available and we still need to pay for it a STICKER!! Stephanie seems Miserable working there and is rude. Thank the lord he moved us out of this place. This Place Is Terrible. Don't rent here. You literally have to pay for everything. You have to pay $75 per month for a Garage that you can't even store extra items in ONLY YOUR CAR. Theres 1 parking per apartment so If you have two cars you have to park the other car outside the complex. Ac hardly works doesn't blow cold air and they take weeks to come fix on top of that they didnt even fix our Ac i have a 9 month old baby and a 2 year old. They treat you so good wen you come to check it out but once u are moved in they dont care about you. Cant wait to leave this place.

Slum Lords! For your own good stay as far away as possible. AC went out start of summer. They continued to tell me it's normal for a house to hit mid 80s to low 90s when set to 75. They (more then likely maintenance) broke my window, showed up unannounced attempting to let themselves in multiple times. Started a unlawful eviction. Stole my whole mailbox set when I was waiting on need court information about the case with them! Mine was the only one stolen in the back corner. Tenants have no protection in Fresno and their lawyer has the courts sued up according to our lawyer. After paying $2,000 to 'dodge' the eviction and rushing out of their on time. We find they filed it anyways!! Because we didn't attend court (not being aware of it still being set!) The court filed a eviction against us! All around wrong and the worst type of people from maintenance, to management, to JD rentals who owns it. Please protect yourself and never rent here!

Worst place to live! Do not move here! Mold in the apartment, water leaking in the apartment, the leasing office has no idea or a care in the world. Filth garages they give you. Also they only allow 1 car in the complex. Homeless people walking around all in the trash. Grounds are filthy. Maintenance has no idea what they are doing. Cheaply made apartments. Had a horrible experience here save your money and find somewhere else.

The worst place you could possibly live. For the amount you pay, it’s ridiculous here. It’s like I’m sleeping outside; there is bugs everywhere! In my clothes, near my babies things, and even in my pillow. You also only have access to one parking space or you risk getting towed. If this is your last option I get it , but I recommend you stay away.

STOP....first thing is they raise the rent 7% every year. They are infested with black widows and roaches, it is pet friendly and people don't pick up the poo so watch your step or you will track it into your apartment and DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS PLAY ON THE GRASS (do to animal waste) NO GUEST PARKING, they will lie to you. The pools are dirty we have never went into the pool. They have 3 laundry facilities and only use one so you have to go out to the laundry mat or wait and people will go through your clothes. Car's will be broken into and things from your patio stolen, the gates are always broken and no locks on the gate doors so anyone can walk in. I lived her for 2 long years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I was threatened several times by a staff member He told me I will have to pay $500 for each feral cat outside my apartment and he himself said this cats are while animals but kept threatening me that I still had to pay!!! I will be moving out due to this incident sense I no longer feel safe with such a horrible office staff member

These apartments are awful. The ponds always have scum and trash. The office people are mean. It is very ghetto with hobos starting fires, and gunshots. There was even someone naked on drugs laying in the road in front of my apartment. These apartments are hell.

What ever you do, don't listen to all these negative reviews!!! Ever since day 1 I have been treated with respect and I have been valued. The entire staff here at Fancher Creek apts have done an amazing job to make my experience with them enjoyable and stress-free. The apartments are very clean and I had not one issue with my unit. Also, Doty herself always has such a bright smile on her face and greets everyone that walks in with such a beautiful aura that just makes you feel pleased and happy to live here. I am so grateful I stumbled upon this gem and I am so grateful to have rented here. Thank you so much Leasing office!!

I personally like it here. While there may be a couple issues you might see. It's much worse everywhere else. It's expensive but it has three pools, a tennis court and is pet friendly. I personally think that people who can't afford the rent tend to complain because they made a mistake by thinking they could.
