This site is in nearly immaculate condition. Everything looks "shiny and new" but also very well designed. The staff was excellent - great attitudes made the environment extra welcoming. Dinner and desserts pretty tasty. Lots of beverage options 👌🏼

Very clean, fast friendly service and great atmosphere. We ordered a large pizza 1/2, great white, and 1/2 BJ'S favorite, so good plenty of toppings. I also ordered a wedge salad. I like the wedge salad fresh and plenty of dressing. Then we finished with a dessert cookie with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla 😋

Chicken Thighs ordered on July 16, 2022 10:30pm Every single chicken thigh was as raw as the one pictured, it is pretty obvious the chef didn’t use a thermometer. Our server Bradley took the item off our bill but did not seem too concerned with the problem. When I called and spoke to a manager the next morning about the alarming chicken, I was met with attitude. She flipped the situation around and questioned me for not speaking to a manager before I left the restaurant. She didn’t even muster up an apology.

(FRESNO LOCATION) Asked for well a done burger last night and got this, started vomitting this morning. Never going back, plus the staff is unironically unprofessional/lazy telling us that most of the menu isn't available. You have way better service and chefs who listen at mcdonalds than here.

Service was good but food was sooooo wack.. I used to go there pretty often a few years ago but the quality of the food has dropped. The chicken I had was pretty dry on top of that there was a little blood by the bone.. Brussel sprouts didn't seem fresh and were brunt. Didn't even feel like complaining, my daughter had the bjs cheese burger and said it was alright and would rather have went and ate at the malls foodcourt...will not be back any time soon!

5 stars for the take out girl she's doin the best with the least that was available to her tonight. By far the most disappointing service!!! We put in this order the night before to be ready tonight at 4pm We got there at 330 the order hadn't been started yet. Came back an hour later the order was not in still! Go the order out at 6pm Got home they did not put in my knots ... most importantly they burned dessert and still sold it to us knowing it had a burnt taste ...😤 Definitely let me down the food was all cold since we were waiting on the other half of the order! Food was delicious but cold!

My party of six arrived and were sat in ten minutes. It's a really nice, relaxed atmosphere coupled with sports TVs all around, and a large bar. Our server comes over and introduces himself as Eric, low and behold, that is my name, too. Turns out, we even share the same birthday date. He also informed me I could get a free dessert. Since this is my first visit to this establishment, I ordered the double bone mandarin pork chops. It is a double cut pork chop served with two sides, I chose mashed potatoes and green beans. The mashed potatoes were cool and dry, and the green beans were crisp and flavorless. BUT, that pork chop, OMG! It was so juicy, well seasoned, cooked to perfection, and glazed with a mandarin honey that was to die for. For dessert, I chose a white chocolate and macadamia nut pizookie topped with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream, served warm on plate. It was heavenly and a great way to end a delicious meal. Highly recommend paying them a visit to order the mandarin pork chop (after 4 pm) and tell them I sent, ya.

BJ's was able to accommodate our party of 8 with short notice. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Atmosphere was friendly and fun, even with animated conversations at every table and music playing, you could still hear your own table talk. I enjoyed this experience better than I anticipated.

First time coming here. Came with my family the environment was clean and open. Music & TV , plenty of seating. The waiter was friendly & helpful. I got the noodles , they were spicy & flavorful. I would get again. My family got the chicken/mushrooms and the salmon. They said good but could use more flavor for the price. $20 a plate.

It’s was okay, I asked for a root beer float and got a normal root beer. But I just told a waitress and she was very nice about fixing it. The service took a while, but it was very busy. We had the nachos and Brussel sprouts, they were good the nachos needed more cheese though. Overall it was okay.

The hostess doing the to-go orders was very friendly and nice. I appreciated her service. The rest of the staff were socially awkward or just ignored you. Our waiter was working too hard for a tip and kept walking up to us as we were biting our food. The avocado egg rolls were good. The turkey bacon burger was good. They could have provided more fries on the plate but inflation is impacting everyone.

Personally I always have pizza or soup from here and it’s always great. Last night I ordered for delivery through Uber Eats, and paying what I did, definitely regret it, NEVER again. My garlic knots were burnt and hard, nachos were a joke, more like chips and cheese, barely any sight of chicken, no guacamole and my baked ziti, burnt on the edges and cold. Guess I’ll stick to pizza from now on. Total disappointment from here.

The atmosphere was great and I really enjoyed it very well the service was great but what I disapproved was that, I need to wait for my server to pay even though I had the bill at hand and the cash register was open. The food was average the sandwich was to pink for my taste that I needed to send it back. I would recommend to go for the atmosphere, but not for the food.

Went there with my girlfriend and my friends and service was excellent and food was excellent! Wish I got our server's name but she did a great job!

My family and I went to have a birthday lunch there today. And we ordered the chicken fingers. The deep dish personal pizza, a wedge salad, a Caesar salad and a house salad. And two clam chowders. The chicken fingers were really good. The wedge salad was good, Except the onions were cut in huge chunks and specifically ask for light onions. The Caesar salad was good clam chowder were served. Luke warm and very chunky. Seems like they just poured it out of the can just wasn't good. Bonus the pazookies were very good and the ice cream was delicious. The waitress was really good. She just talks so fast. I could barely understood what she was saying. Decent experience.

Be careful when ordering milk or chocolate milk for your kids. Just ate here today and I noticed my daughter was not drinking her chocolate milk which was odd. then I noticed the inside if the lid had a brown fungus or something growing on the lid/ side of the cup. the smell was horrendous. Asked for manager but none came to see what the issue was. hoastist finally come by and all she could say when shown the fungus was "oh that's weird".

1st time, my husband & I ate here, and this will be the place we will continue to visit. The food was great and delivered to our table in a timely fashion. The service by Zack was AWESOME, and we will come back just because he made our experience enjoyable, and he anticipated ALL our needs and was quick. When you experience service like this, you want to come back! Thank you Zack!!!

We just celebrated my 30th birthday here! By far our favorite restaurant in town! Great atmosphere and amazing food. You must get the Pizookie dessert 😁 Thank you to our amazing manager Michael and our incredible server Anna!

5 star a for Anna I am probably saying that the white way haha. But last Monday when we went she was wonderful. She was so kind and very attentive. I would go away just for her.

Tried their "deep dish" pizzas since they had a half off promo for pick-up. They were not actually deep dish style but just very thick crust with the regular amount of toppings. Real deep dish means deep in toppings, not dough. Even at half price, it was way too much for pizza that is mostly dough. Also, it took 40 minutes for them to complete my order. Disappointed with them.

Came into the restaurant 2 nights ago. Atmosphere was great, everyone seemed really lively and talkative so it was comfortable for me. Was happy with how many options there were for food and drinks, the quality was far above average, definitely left with a happy tummy. To top it all off the girl that was helping me, pretty certain her name was Ashley, was on point! Her recommendations for food and drinks were on spot for me! Her positive vibe and genuine concern about me as a customer was key as well, never felt like I was waiting on her more so felt like she was always waiting on me. Would definitely love to come back and have a great experience again!

OMG!! I came here with my family and was instantly greeted with a smile from the hostess Kayden. She let us know it would be a 30 minute wait but it was okay because she kept us entertained by talking about cats (we are BIG CAT LOVERS) and we found out we both have black cats!!!! We are not from this area but i will be definitely coming back and hopefully Kayden will be working when we do!!!!

We’ve had multiple instances of having staff parties at BJ’s and I’m amazed how there is always some type of issue—particularly around the billing for happy hour beverages. One waiter says that since the transaction already went through there’s nothing he can do, but agrees to a second free drink to even things out. Then a different waiter charges for the second drink! Then we get told they won’t accommodate us anymore because they have other reservations (while the place is largely empty and they only have two servers—who’s fault is that?) The last one took the cake that we pulled a chair over from another table and got talked down to then intentionally ignored because they didn’t want to hear it. The rudeness all around was quite surprising and the complete opposite of what customer service is. On a side note I watched as a separate patron at the bar was continually ignored as he tried to settle up his bill while the bar tender kept filling drinks for the cute ladies at the other end of the bar. Just interesting all around. Our staff won’t be going back here ever again. :(

Great food, great service. There's always a little wait but it's worth it. Arthur was our server & he went above & beyond expectations. Very helpful, great attitude, & very personable. They now have a beer of the month club.

Honestly the only thing I enjoyed was the broccoli and cheddar soup. Had the tri-tip and rib combo. Waiter told me tri tip would be served med rare. Was well overcooked. More on medium well /well side. Ribs were decent. But the promise of med rare disappointed me. Could of been an off day. Edit. Thanks for the response.
