Wow! This has been my usual go to for a great dinner with always outstanding customer service and this time around, that was not the case. The waitress didn’t check up on us as often as I usually would, and the attention to detail was hardly there. It didn’t help that when we received our food, one of the plates had a long hair in the pasta. This is unacceptable!! So disgusting and I will not be returning. I would expect much more from a fancy place like this!!! The pasta I usually get is delicious and this time I’m not sure what it was but the pasta didn’t taste fresh at all. The bread was so hard, not warm; and the water is from the faucet added with a lemon to try to hide this.

My family's recent visit to The Cheesecake Factory was a pleasant one. The waiter was quick to bring us water and bread while he patiently waited for us to peruse the menu. There are so many tasty options to choose from! After placing our orders, our dinner was served promptly. I chose the Lemon Garlic Shrimp with angel hair pasta and asparagus. It was delicious! For dessert, we shared a slice of turtle pecan cheesecake. It was a decadent and creamy taste treat!

This place is not that great at all... I havent eatin here in a long time and I dont remember it being that good before lol. I'm just glad we had gift cards to pay for our meal. The menue mainly consists or chicken... We started out with the calamari appetizer and cold and the batter just fell off the squid. I'm not sure what my wife ordered, some thing chicken and it was pretty tasteless. I had the chicken shrimp pineapple thing they have on the menue and it honestly wasn't that bad the ombiance was nice its a beautiful restaurant inside and parking was good because we had an early dinner. And our server was friendly Oh yeah and my wife says the drinks are good lol. Anyhow the reason I give this place 2 stars because I'd never go back there to eat again. I feel like the food is prepackaged and just heated up...

Crowded but always a nice atmosphere. The wait on busy days is generally about 20 minutes. The customer service is always on point. The atmosphere is jubilant in this particular Cheesecake Factory. The parking situation is a bit challenging at times as the the restaurant is literally situated in the Fashion Fair Shopping District and this district is nearly ALWAYS bustling with people. I included a picture of some sliders with an Arnold Palmer. The Arnold Palmers at this Cheesecake Factory are mixed just right as you can see the Lemonade separately from the Tea. After you stir them together the mix is fabulous. To me it is perfectly blended. If you are an Arnold Palmer drinker, definitely order one from here as you will enjoy 😉 it. This restaurant is good for a first date or just a night out on the town. Thank me later!

If we’re in a city that has a Cheesecake Factory we always stop by. We got the New York steak and steak diane with shrimp scampi. The mashed potatoes were made perfectly.I was disappointed my steak was cooked like beef jerky (hence the 4 stars) As always their cheesecake is always outstanding and the warm bread they bring you to snack on while you wait for your food to arrive is always outstanding. For our appetizer we ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was heavenly, it came to our table piping hot. This location was busy, but service was still impeccable. A side note, they now have an Iwave air purification that actively cleans the air.

Wow! This place is yummy! Starting with their appetizers. Their strawberry lemonade and their alcoholic drinks. The entrees were juicy, creaming and spicy exactly how we requested. The waitress was helpful and provided us with amazing customer service. I’ve been to a lot of different places and this one is on the top 5 for customer service. She was very attentive and help us with anything needed. Thank you for your service. Whenever we come back to visit this town we will be stopping again. Thank you once again!

Visit was great- server was pleasant and awesome! Super courteous and considerate. He was preparing for his meal break and relayed this detail by introducing his temporary replacement. Moving my meals to more nutritious foods- fish tacos really were tasty and filling. Side of sautéed spinach- my favorite along with black beans.

VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE! I am not from Fresno, so it’s a challenge to find vegan options when I visit town. Cheesecake Factory is always a safe bet! They don’t have a bunch of vegan options but they have enough to have a choice depending on your mood. I’ve personally had the Vegan Cobb Salad and the Impossible Burger. I know they have some vegan pasta options as well but I’m just not in the mood for Pasta when I go to cheesecake. The cobb salad is bomb and so is the impossible burger! It just depends on my mood. Both are pretty big portions. I always have to get a to-go container for cobb salad but the times I go with a bigger appetite I’ll take the Impossible Burger. They have vegan Thousand Island too! The service is usually great. They are pretty attentive, the only recommendation is checking in after a table gets their food. There have been a few times in particular when my table needs something after we’ve gotten all our food and the server is no where to be found. Other than that, they are really nice! Overall great option for big parties and they have vegan options. Expect to wait 20 mins-45 mins whenever you go.

I recommend the avocado egg rolls and the fried mac and cheese. I love the Bistro Shrimp it is my go to entre plate here, the steak Diane is also really good. The Thai chicken salad is also refreshing for a hot day. Don't leave without trying their Tiramisu cheesecake, very delicious. The only downside is the service is not consistent, something is always forgotten.

Enjoyed a great evening out last night celebrating a special event at The Cheesecake Factory. It was very busy for a Wednesday night but making reservations ahead of time got us in smoothly with no wait time at all. Our waiter Joseph was awesome! He took very good care of our party. He continuously checked on us. Made sure our drinks were refilled and any requests accommodated. Their basket of bread especially their wheat bread here is our absolute favorite! He made sure that kept coming! Joseph really made our experience a wonderful one. Our food tasted outstanding! Their cheesecake dessert of course is what they're known for and boy was it mouth watering delicious!! Highly recommend!

Had a delightful time with my sons celebrating my youngest boy's birthday 🎂! The food was delicious and the service was great. This is definitely a place to come to for special occasions. The food portions are very generous so I wound up bringing a doggie bag home!

I’ve had good experiences at different Cheesecake Factory locations in the past, but my last visit at this location was disappointing food wise. Food was definitely subpar to past experiences which was a bummer because the service was amazing! We were seated right away and our waitress was efficient, knowledgeable and attentive despite being busy. The chicken and waffles was the best dish but all dishes were very bland and lacking flavor. I would expect better food when spending 30-40$ per person.

My husband ordered the combo plate shrimp scampi, and Diana steak was not worth the price. The Diana steak 4 little pieces of steak medallions and asked for well done and was medium rare and chewy. He was very dissatisfied. I had to give him some of my chicken to satisfy him.

I had the French dip burger and it was amazing. The waitress we had, Jaylyn, was very professional. It was like she was reading our minds, lol. It's nice to have great service. It makes the experience so much more enjoyable. A+++

First time at this location. The service was outstanding & the food was awesome. Had the fried asparagus with spicy sauce & Mexican Tortilla Salad, it was enormous & I loved every bite of it. My other half had the avocado eggrolls. They were so filling that's all he could eat. Didn't have room for cheesecake, but we'll l be back. 😁👍

Went here for my 30th birthday and it was a bit underwhelming. Service was fine it was the proportions that threw us off. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms that was like $13 and only got like 6 small mushrooms for two people. The entrees were okay, the plating was a bit strange as they used a super long plate to serve the meal so I thought the presentation was strange. Food wise, my meal tasted decent. My boyfriend's pasta was mid. But what made this better was the CHEESECAKE. This place is for cheesecake. 10/10 The restaurant part is a 6/10 for me. Will be coming back to try the different cheesecakes!

I've gone about 4 times and every time my experience gets better! The food is fantastic and frankly I love the jambalaya. The servers and fast a friendly and never seem to get an order wrong. I love their selection of cheesecake. From my experience so far the Godiva Cheesecake is by far my recommend one for those chocolate and cheesecake lovers.

Good atmosphere they have many different seating options. They have a bar, booths, and tables. The lighting is low and can be a very intimate experience. It was my first time here. I would definitely recommend it.

12.07.2023 My first time at ckf, was impressed by the atmosphere furnishings and how tidy the place was. I ordered the bacon burger, it was done to my liking, great bun ,garnishes on the the side. Which I found to be really smart, and the perfect size burger. The fries that came with it were probably the worst fries I have had in recent memory. How do you make French fries that are chewy, please let me know. My friend jab the avocado tacos. Yes avocado tacos OMG the best! Made with a jicama tortilla shells, crispy avocado, tortilla slaw and cilantro. Lime on the side. I would go back just for those UNBELIEVABLE. So good. Downers, like I said chewy fries (it's not that hard guys), really loud music, even though the music was good. Pedestrian cheese cake (the "original") . I was really taken back by the pricing, especially for what you are getting. A big sticking point for me and would probably prevent a return trip. A shout out to our server, she was patient t with me for a first timer and answered all my question was attentive and very nice. Will update if I can remembers her name. She was awsome, best part of the meal. I'm Rog, peace out Update 12.11.2023 Went back to TCF today for lunch and had those wonderful avocado tacos again. (Which I figured out how to make them mysef). I also had a Sprite and my date had a Dr. Pepper. When the bill came, I knew how much the tacos were. No problem, but the bill was very high for tacos and soda, I didn't order any alcohol. TCF charged us $9.90 for 2 sodas.! $10.00 f'n dollars. This is how much ice was in the $10 sodas.i will never ever go back to this rip off of an establishment EVER AGAIN. TCF your prices are too high for food and drinks. I'm glad I didn't order a beer, probably $35.00, mixed drink $55-60? You are the worst place I have e ever seen for stealing from customers and very pedestrian cheese cake.

It's the best place to celebrate anything special. I really love it here. Such great food and great service. I feel like such a fancy person when I eat here. Let's say that my confidence can go up while eating here because it's such a nice place.

It's been a long time since we've been to the Cheesecake Factory but I'm glad we decided to celebrate a birthday here. Our meals were great but our macaroni ball appetizer wasn't served hot. Just lukewarm and we ate it anyway. We will definitely be back and give mention to that next time. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're near Fresno or Fashion Fair Mall.

12/31/2022 Went around 1 pm and was seated right away! The staff was super nice and friendly. - for appetizers, we ordered chicken buffalo nachos. Came in a jiffy (hot and tinder) ❣️ - for main dishes: crusted chicken spaghetti 🍝, cheese balls 🧀, and Mac&cheese burger -for dessert: Reese’s peanut butter cheesecake 🍰 Overall the experience was amazing! Thank you sooo much!

My experience here was great! I ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms and Corn Tamale Cakes appetizers and they were both delicious! It was happy hour so I decided to try the Strawberry Blossom and Pink Lemonade, and oh my goodness, I can't decide which one I liked more! Both were sooo good! Kim S was my server and she was very sweet and made some great suggestions! The atmosphere was lively and fun! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Three stars because the wait for food took 45 minutes and the food quality was subpar (ordered two pizzas, curry thai chicken and roasted artichoke with garlic sauce). The curry thai chicken was good and the pizzas were okay (very thick crust that was a bit soggy), but the artichoke was unbearable and we didn’t make it past 3-4 bites. Luckily our server (don’t remember her name but was great) noticed this and took the roasted artichoke with off the bill saying that the artichoke was out of season. The sugar and gluten free cheesecake with strawberries was great, nice and light — would recommend!
