    Stopped in and took advantage of their triple meal deal. Shared with my partner and it was plenty for both of us. Love the various flavor options for the wings, but the fries... the fries... I'm addicted to the fries!! We got waters with our meal as the freestyle Coke machine was not working, but they did finally get it up and running as we were finishing our meal and the manager gave us cups to go.

    May 5, 2023 My boyfriend & I were craving chicken wings so we stopped here to eat. The place is small inside not a lot of tables to sit at. As soon as you walk in you order. We ordered plenty with different flavors & such. We were able to sit down to eat. I got full after eating about 20 of those delicious chicken wings. The staff was friendly, loved the prompt service & the atmosphere was chill. A little on the expensive side but was very delicious & filling

    I wanted to share my experience today with anyone who enjoys reading reviews. Most generally, I post positive, good reviews. This one however should be of concern for anyone visiting this Wing Stop location, First & Shaw in Fresno. Just so there’s no misunderstanding, the food quality and the speed of service were spot on; the overall taste and quality were very good. However, they only way to get in and out of the restaurant is through one door where there are tables on both sides of the entrance (inside) making it impossible to social distance. In other words, there is a sign on the front door asking customers to stand 6 feet apart. I was crammed into the entrance of this restaurant (approximately 4’ x 6’) with 2 other customers, actually 3 other customers until I got a little nervous and stepped outside. Then when the order for the guy standing outside on the sidewalk was ready, one of the cooks came to the counter and started screaming the customer’s name at the top of his lungs.........like the guy outside is able to hear? I don’t think so. I asked the staff about their social distancing protocols. Apparently, no one had the mental capacity to understand the question, much less answer it.

    The traditional wings I ordered were inedible. Had the texture of dry tough beef jerky The fries tasted like they were fried 3 hours ago then fried again. The wings same thing. This is the second time in a row this has happened. If you’re the owner or an employee reading this just remember your feeding people food.

    I rodered the chicken strips and every time I order them, they are 9/10 times over cooked, dry, and no meat! The fries are over salted, is like they threw the whole can of salt in there. The ranch we got was hot!!! Will not be coming here again.

    This wingstop has a habit of not putting enough sauce on their wings. The mild flavor was disgusting this time, and if you look closely at the picture, the wings were dipped heavily in oil.

    **I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING** Everything was dry. The lemon pepper had hardly any seasoning on them I couldn't tell them apart from the plain original. The original hot had nothing on them either-supper dry and I didn't see anywhere the option for a dry wing. I even double checked. The flavors were very disappointing. This was my second time ever having wing stop, I really liked it the first time so I went ahead and got a lot for the family. Waste of my money. Maybe they were having a bad day idk I'd avoid ordering again from here.

    Worst place to visit, ordered a sandwich which took 25 mins , and the fries were burnt, the cashier(woman) was rude af . I know customer service i come from that background too , but her attitude was so bad and unprofessional. Would never ever go back

    The customer service along with the wait times to order online were purely awful to deal with. I ordered a 20 pc combo online and had to wait about an hour and a half only to show up back at the restaurant with the wrong order in hand and find 3 different people complaining about receiving the wrong order as well. Of course we wanted to speak to the manager but how ironic that the manager begins to say smart remarks about lying about not receiving our whole meal and not wanting to give us our money back. It took up until us demanding to speak to corporate that she finally comprehended that we just wanted a refund instead of our cold food sitting on the side. I would strongly strongly recommend you not to attend this restaurant or make any sort of online orders from this location in particular.

    First and last time there Our food was hot. That's the 2 stars. The soda machine was clearly not working right. Everyone was dumping their drinks and trying again. Mine tastes like old, moldy yuck The chicken was HOT. I mean we could hardly eat it and when we did it was super over spiced. Tasted like salt. The corn, I got Cajun seasoning. Way way to much seasoning. We feel like we wasted money. We won't try again. We really don't recommend this place.

    Worst experience ever ! I order online at 8:38pm did not get my food until 9:54. Went to pick up my order at around 8:56pm waited about an 1hr for my food. Other people who order after me when I was there waiting got their food before me. Employee sucks. The girl was the butterfly tattoo was cursing out loud. I sat quietly for my food. I didn't want to complain about the wait time. When I finally got my food I decided to check. They forgot both my fries. And my ranch and veggie stick. On top of that I waited another 10 mins to get my fries and sauce. Other customer came back in complaining they were missing some items. As the man gave my fries, their was a few fries hanging from the side and when he handed it to me it touch the computer. Nor did he gave me a bag. I had to ask for one. Will never come back. You can tell they really didn't care about customer service.

    I have to leave the one star. We’re always waiting, and when we finally can order the attention is barely on us so the meal always gets messed up. When we try and call were-on hold endlessly. When we order online the order hasn’t been started until arrival. It’s very busy yes, but both me and my brother have tried applying for jobs simply to help out the love of our wings and get no response or even an interview. It’s almost like management doesn’t want to do better . Anyone, I’m currently at Carl’s Jr. across the street where the service is always great

    I ordered ahead for delivery. Food was ice cold on arrival and missing sauces. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times with no answer. Usually i love their food but this makes me think I need to look for other options

    Managers need to hire better employees! My husband went in tonight and placed an order that the employees never started to make! The person who took his order never gave the cook the ticket, my husband waited for an hour before he said something. Employees were rude about it and only offered a free drink and a brownie. It should've been a discount! Never again.

    They have bad service the cashier at first seem nice but they are rude when you tell them they got your order wrong. The wings are dry . I don’t recommend at all. They give you what ever they want I really don’t like this place last time I go there.

    Had wingstop delivered by doordash. The driver informed me that Wingstop hands them an empty soda cup and expects the driver to fill our drinks. People who work in restaurants are required to have a food handlers license. Drivers are meant to just pick up bags and deliver them. I don't want my drivers filling up my drinks! Absolutely unacceptable! Is this just laziness of the wingstop employees? Who decided this was acceptable? I've since talked to other drivers and learned it isn't just this wingstop. All wingstops do this apparently. It has to stop. It's gross!

    Called in about my order being wrong and I didn’t want to be rude about it but the manager was questioning me like I was lying. All of the wings were jammed into one box and it didn’t look freshly made. Never once have I had a problem here nor did I want to ever complain about anything. Been ordering at wingstop so I know how my wings should look like.

    Did an online order and went for go pick it up in 25 minutes because they said it would be ready. It wasn't ready when we went to go pick it up and we had to wait an additional 20 more minutes for our order to be complete. The wings were extra hard and the fries were burnt. However, Their store was clean!

    I swear it’s always something every time I order from this location. They’re always forgetting food and I have to drive back and then get attitude when I call over the phone to let them know I got home to missing items that were paid with hard earned money. Tonight the fries were given from the trash. Super cold and old fries. Idk what’s going on but I’ve lived near this location for a while now it’s always something missing or wrong order etc. super disappointed. Last time food was missing I witnessed one of the workers giving their friend free fresh food while I was waiting for my missing orders. So over it!

    Quick friendly service. Order ready in ten minutes. Ordered online. Food delicious 😋. Boneless lemon pepper, parmesan, wings. Fries good but a bit sweet. Loved the ranch.

    My boyfriend and I ordered some wings here and it was flavorful just to feed us both. We had four flavors with eight pieces and we were able to save enough just some for my mom. The flavors we had ordered were: mild, limited addition lemon herb, Korean spice, and Hawaiian. Personally I loved all of them, we ordered some fries, and for once the fries were flavorful not so much soggy just like some places I have tried before. Carrots were nice and fresh and cleaned. Atmosphere I'd give a one star since the floor was wet and I almost slipped so just to be cautious for next time employees to make sure the floor isn't wet.
