😠 I can't stress this enough, the food here was really bad. I ordered sesame chicken, which looked like Japanese fried chicken or karaage. I also ordered beef fried rice, I don't really know where to begin. The best way I could describe this experience is, it was like someone read a Japanese cookbook... People often mention service, Japanese, roll, chicken, fried, restaurant,

I can't stress this enough, the food here was really bad. I ordered sesame chicken, which looked like Japanese fried chicken or karaage. I also ordered beef fried rice, I don't really know where to begin. The best way I could describe this experience is, it was like someone read a Japanese cookbook and then attempted to reproduce a recipe they vaguely remember. Lastly, none of the food even remotely resembled the food in the picture of the menu.

Ate with my friend Dee. Small place, cozy vibe, older feeling. Food was very tasty. Just very expensive. The sushi rolls are big and filling. The waitress was nice. Worth a try(:

Delicious unique fresh tasting rolls! You have to get it all! When it comes to Sushi the first thing I look for is freshness, that's key! This restaurant does it best. Flavors are amazing. The seaweed salad could use a little bit more vinegar otherwise amazing. The Yum Yum roll, the house roll, the Alaskan roll, Las Vegas roll, they're all great! Don't forget to get a bottle of sake for the table, it's a must! The service is amazing, great staff friendly owner very accommodating and hospitable. Love coming here time and time again.

I had been around in Japan and not even close to the real Japanese food. My high hope for this Japanese restaurant is down the drain. The chicken is dry and fried rice is cold. Roles of tuna are very small. The water is tap water with very small cut of lemon. I don't know why some people would give this restaurant a five stars.

Experience was amazing, loving customer service. I would recommend the dumplings because it has a good combination with the soy sauce and it has a crunch from the bottom being fried up. So so good! The miso soup has a home welcoming taste, it makes you feel welcomed and at home, I personally love that feeling. Would definitely go again. The calamari rings were crunchy and fresh. If you want to try something new this is your place to go!

horrible service , and food. the server was boring and needs to be retrained. Called himself flirting with my under age sister like a weirdo. Avoid this place and just go Japanese Steak House ! wayy better food and service for sure.

Was surprised to have the $15 menu price suddenly change to $18 when I got my bill and was told, oh sorry, we haven't changed the menus out yet... well how do you expect me to pay when that's not the price listed. Food was barely warm and lacked any flavor. The overall meal was a very small portion, esp for the price hike. Themeat very fatty and flavorless and "salad" plain iceberg lettuce with a side of sour "dressing". We Def will NOT be back- biggest waste of $65 for 3 meals-

Went there on a Saturday evening. Good ambiance and quiet. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. I ordered a Albacore Delight Roll, jalapeño bomb appetizer and chicken and beef teriyaki combo. The albacore arrived fairly quick. First impression, too much rice on the roll. Upon tasting, the roll had a vinegar housemade sauce that I did not dig at all. The fried garlic that sat on top was dry and hard, not crispy or light at all. The whole combo just left an unpleasant taste. The chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki sat on a sad soggy bed of boiled sliced cabbages. The sauce was mediocre at best. The beef tender but chewy and had a weird texture. The chicken seemed to be edible. Then the jalapeño bombs came. I was excited for this dish but greatly disappointed as it seemed to be stuffed with old tuna. The texture was mushy and unpleasant. Unfortunately, the food was horrible.

The staff here is always so welcoming and happy. I could die for their baked lobster roll, edamame, and beef fried rice. It’s Japanese style creates a very pretty atmosphere. I’ve lived here for 5 years and Asuka has been my constant favorite Japanese restaurant
