Came on Saturday night, we got seated within 10 mins. We ordered chips and salsa, a soup, qasadilla salad, house salad, molten cake. Everything was tasty. The waitress was super nice. Definitely coming again. Thank you 🙏

Our server was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. His name is Travis. Definitely a plus to this location. Food was made perfectly, filling and fresh. The ribs were delicious as well as the old style of corn. The meal is definitely filling. So go in with an empty stomach. The location was busy but the service was exceptional. We loved it.

My wife and I had lunch at Chilli's. My wife had the lunch special, and I had the grilled chichen/beef fajitas, and I was surprised how tender both the stake and chicken. The flavor was on point, as well as the presentation. I will definitely be going back for the fajitas. You can hear the sound of the searing of the meat. The chichen tenders were cold and had to send it back to re-heat. The service food service was quick, and they looked short staffed. It took some time to get our bill. The parking lot was very clean and easy to get in and out of. It right off the freeway and close the Kaiser.

I love the service. Only waited about 10 minutes before getting a booth which is understandable because it was around 3 pm. The portions were great and enough leftovers for later. 3 for me is a really great deal it starts at $10.99 for a beverage, appetizer, and an entree.

Everything looked good I ended up buying extra and taking it home had food for days

I was really impressed…. The food was very delicious, burgers, chicken, salmon, steamed broccoli, mozzarella sticks ….. Not to forget the margaritas !!!! The staff were very friendly and our server Sean was very polite and helpful !!!

I like this chilli's much better than the one on W. Shaw and Marty. Hostess for seating was a bit slow lacking on that, but once we got seated the server was fast got our orders in and food came right out in minutes which I loved. Food was very good. Portion size was awesome that you can share up to 3 people. And the alcoholic drinks were on point. All and all really good would come here again.

Hostess was nice ask me if I wanted to sit in bar area since it was just me. I sat in the bar area and notice the table I was at didn’t have menu. The hostess bought menu to be but no one ever came and ask for my drink. The hostess mentioned someone from the bar would. There were 4 people at the bar and one other person in the sitting area and myself. There were waiters walking past my table talking to bartender. I was at the table for 15 minutes because that how long my video I was watching was. No service so I left.

Met with a friend regarding family concerns. Our server was polite and respectful. The food was good and the price was reasonable. The restaurant has been well maintained and was clean

The manager (or some type of supervisor) was yelling at and criticizing an employee who appeared to be in training. Josh, you did fine!!! Our server (not Josh) got our order wrong multiple times. Most of the time a server was nowhere to be found. It's a chain restaurant, I don't have high expectations but this was a particularly poor experience.

A Chili's is a Chili's no matter where you go. The thing that I feel sets this place apart is the service. My wife and I usually meet up here for lunch since it's close to her work. When we do, the service is always fast and friendly, and the food is always delicious. We can always count on the customer service and food here being consistently good. The lunch values are always nice which makes this place an affordable option for lunch.

Our server was awesome. Michael I think was his name. The food was ok. Mashed potatoes tasted old. Steak wasn't seasoned but cooked properly. Wife had chicken Alfredo. I thought it was good.

Seated really quickly. Servers are very attentive and quite friendly. For the price quite tasty (if quite calorific). The restaurant is clean, and meals represent good value for money.

My wife and I always order take-out and we have special requests which complicate things; the team mostly gets things right, but if Sarah is there everything is perfect every time! The black bean patty is an amazing replacement for the meat patty if you are a vegetarian like we are and want a good burger. On the other hand, you can order the Cajun pasta with no meat for a great alternative to burgers! Also, try their desserts! It’ll be worth your time!

I ordered bone in wings, Buffalo. They tasted smokey, and they were super duper hard. I also got the pickle chips. I could not eat them either. The blackberry tea was very good. I will not eat there again. Way too expensive for 2 appetizers that I could not eat.

Upon arriving, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. Being it's a restaurant, it's fully understandable. Not even five minutes go by and my name is called to sit my party, we were surprised it was sooner than anticipated. Our server was Jackson(sorry if it's spelled wrong). He was quick, considerate, and attentive. He checked in with us throughout our meal, which was great. Food was good for the most part, just a slightly overcooked black bean patty, but it was still edible. The server deserves a raise with how well he was waiting on his tables, or at least a good tip from everyone he serves. Will happily be back.

The food was delicious but sadly wish the customer service wasn’t so slow we had an hour to eat and when our food finally arrived we unfortunately had to ask for it to go

Nice friendly family restaurant! I met a friend there for lunch at 12pm. The waiting time was minimal, and the service was excellent. The menu had both spicy and non-spicy choices. I requested my meal without butter, salt, or anything spicy. This is definitely a great place for diabetics and families. The rest room was very clean. I highly recommend the Chili's restaurant at Fresno and Herndon in Fresno, CA.

My parents 1st time... ikr! My dad loves mushrooms so I recommended the shoom burger. Me, I got the mini sliders which were a good size! Fries Krispy! Server was amazing & attentive. We were there when it opened at 11am. Was packed by 12.

Our server Travis did such an amazing job handling our unexpected, enormous party of 30 coming in after a memorial. He maintained such a positive and friendly attitude while providing exceptional service and really made our gloomy day a little brighter.

Greeted immediately entering. Waiter was ultra awesome & attentive. Floors were a little messy, considering the magnitude of children present that gets a pass. Food was so delicious no pics we ate so quick. The only missing star is timelessness, kitchen was ultra slow, we waited longer than typicall. Strawberry lemonade was terrific!
