We eat out 5-6 times a week. We have eaten at Red Lobster many times and are a rewards members. Our experience this time was less than satisfactory. Maybe we arrived at the wrong time. We waited and waited for our server, and then another server took our drink order. Our food was good, a little cool, not hot. My husband's steak was well done, not medium. Our server was overwhelmed when a large group came in and tried to get her existing tables taken care of, but we felt rushed to get the desert and our ticket paid. We will be back, but not at the 4 o'clock hour.

Amazing experience! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was quickly prepared and tasted delicious! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great seafood and a calm atmosphere.

First time trying lobster, it was delicious. I ordered the plate that came with a little bit of lobster, salmon and shrimp. If you want a little of everything, or not so much of one thing, that's the plate to go with.

Jaime our server was the best!! We celebrated mine and my twin sister bday and our older sister invited us to celebrate!! I gotta say Jaime made all the difference she knew the menu gave us recommendations 😋 she made the experience off the charts! I had a yummy 🦞 lobster forgot to take pics, one of my sister had shrimp Alfredo the other a Salmon dish and one had wine the other had a recommendation drink from Jaime and I did take a pic of the gorgeous drinks and the wine!! My ice tea was perfect just didn't like the paper straw. TY! Jaime hope to see u again for some more fabulous recommendations!! Food was great!!! And ask for Jaime !!she's awesome waitress!! Very knowledgeable and excellent service!!

Steaks were perfect temperature and the beers were fresh and cold. Fries were a bit overly salted but they still were fantastic. Everyone on the staff was super nice and parking is abundant.

It's okay. After Thanksgiving I was craving dressing so after seeing the we got yams, potatoes, cheddar Bay stuffing commercial for the 40th time I said let me try it out. It has lobster so it gotta be good. I'll leave my dressing craving for my family to make. I couldn't finish it. It wasn't nasty like honey baked hams is but it wasn't great. It's edible if you eat it hot. I ordered steak and that was good. Ordered the shrimp Alfredo and my son said that was good. I don't like the cheddar bay biscuits...just me but everyone seems to love them so try when they come with your meal. The steak was flavorful.

2nd time ever going. Nothing has changed from my first experience 20 yrs ago. The place is in need of better food especially for the price, the place felt like it was an old bar for people 60 yrs or older. However staff was good and the free biscuits were the highlight. Sorry, this is just my honest opinion.

My girl wanted to have a nice dinner to end the end of the year while. First the claim chowder was cold ask server to reheated no problem it happens, sec. We found a rubber band in our calamari took back idk how that happens but it did. Server was very sweet she tried here best but kept asking for items we needed. Other than that everything was ok.

Went to it after a movie with family, great food, great atmosphere, good service. It is pricy, but easily worth it. Would recommend for special occasions. Family member had the one pound of crab legs, he loved it.

$143.00 for bland lobster and cold crab. I brought my best friend here for her birthday lunch . We were so excited to come to Red Lobster because we both loved this place as kids. However we were extremely disappointed by the food and service. I ordered the duo lobster plate, which was supposed to have a Caribbean style tail along side a regular tail. It only had the original style and the lobster was cold, bland and overcooked so it had a rubbery texture. Plus the waitress got the sides wrong so . My best friend ordered the Crab your way which was also cold as if it had been sitting in the refrigerator. We also order the seafood mushrooms which were ok, but had too much of a seas food taste that it was a bit overwhelming. Mind you it took FOREVER to get our food. The worst part of the whole thing is I told the waitress that we were here celebrating my best friend bday. She said happy birthday, but no one came by to sing. Where a couple table over had a birthday and their waitress made it a point to have the crew sing to her. Over all very disappointed. Definitely would not recommend Red Lobster to anyone. It’s extremely overpriced and the food is tasteless and cold.

Had a wonderful time with my children and there mother. They were really on top of there orders. Waitress made sure we had everything we ordered and on top of refilling our endless shrimp meal. Keep up the good work.

Completely forgotten by our waitress. Our food was not brought out on time. Our food was reheated (since it was sitting on the counter for a while before it was brought out). Waitress never checked in with us to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The worst experience with customer service. We even had to get another waiter to help us get our check because our waitress was not to be seen. Worst experience.

Everything was great except the waitress we had. I come here all the time also have a rewards program. This is the first time I get this specific lady and her vibe was just off. She didn't smile much and felt like she had attitude. She would forget to bring us things and would take forever to come and acknowledge us. She only had about 3 different tables and we were one of them and she took forever to get to their tables as well. She's a Mexican lady with a tattoo on her hand. Not sure if she had a bad day but it was barely the beginning of her shift as we got their around 11am

Took my 9 year old son here for his first time. He loved it! Our waitress was really nice and courteous. Food was delicious! My son wants to come here a lot more often. His favorite was the lobster obviously He loves the crab too even though it takes some work to get to. I can't remember our waitresses name but that k you for a great experience for my son's first time.

Food was good, kitchen forgot to make an entree for our table. Everyone was eating except for my husband. When we asked for a Manager they did not come to our table until we were already paying. We had 2 servers who tried to make the situation better. One of them even went out of her way to make sure our experience was still great even though it started off bad. I would have originally rated them a 2/3 but because of that server they got a 4 star review, I wish I would had grabbed her name before leaving. Manager at the end did give us a gift card but I would have been happy with someone checking on us when we asked for one in the first place.

Walt's favorite fried shrimp and a sangria with pineapple. If you add yourself to the waitlist online, you can shorten your wait. We waited less than 5 minutes on a Saturday and there were tons of people waiting to be seated.

Every time we come here we usually don't have to wait to long to get seated but we come between lunch and dinner. The service has been always great & also the food. To me the staff really cares about the customer.

There were few people in the restaurant and the receptionist refused to provide a seat by the window even though all of the window seats were open. The normal music was broken so the atmosphere seemed strange. The food what's good, but seemed pricey at current market rates. I love the cheesy garlic biscuits.

Our dinner was very good. Our server was nice and very attentive. Once we got our food, she checked on us periodically, without over doing it throughout our meal. She was very patient with our boys- the youngest being 8 - as they each ordered their dinner for themselves. She brought our oldest his birthday ice cream, added an extra scoop and also gave each of the boys their own spoon so they could get a taste. My 15 year old son was very happy with his birthday dinner, which of course mad emy wife and I happy. We'll be back again soon.

We went in today for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great everyone worked together. Mark and Michelle were a great team. They gave us great service. From the host to the food runner to our server service was excellent. Food was amazing as well. We will definitely be back.
