Manager Samantha doesn't want customers. She yells and talks very rudely to us. We only wanted to understand how to order something the correct way because it's been incorrect 2 times before. If we're ordering wrong just help us understand rather than berating us and yelling at us.

The main reason I even review fast food places is in hopes to steer others towards the locations that are the best of these types of chains. With that, this location is 100x better than the one on Shaw and Peach. They're equally close to my residence and this is now my go to because S&P location is the worst TBell I've ever experienced. The staff is actually professional and they double check orders to make sure they dont make mistakes. If they ever forget to leave meat off of my items, they remake in a rush and all is well. This has only happened once and I've been to this location many times.

This location is nice and quiet. It is kept clean and the staff is helpful. Good food too!

Place is dirty, fair bit of trash. The dude at the counter was great, but they gave me the wrong items. Food was good enough though so I won't give them one star.

I opened this restaurant in 94. I'm glad to see the food is still made to the correct standards and fast. Customer service is outstanding like I left it in 96.

This past year Ive been going to this Taco Bell location again. Years back they had hard time finding respectable employees that worked well with all customers. For example one older blonde lady about 35 or so, when handling customers I can hear her slamming the slider window too hard while taking money and giving back change to customers in the drive through she did not like it there. I did go back later because someone else also worked there that was patient with most. Recently I have seen the prices here have gone up a lot compared to other cities. For one person it's easily 10.00 dollars. Good deals thing of past folks. Back then I also remembered waiting for my food orders in the dinning area, and some High School people, guys and ladies eating, well the ladies were joking and laughing so much which was nice to hear good times, but some of there guy friends got jealous towards the end and started to leave and on the way out the guys said the ladies names and mentioned they sounded stupid laughing. Anyway I thought that was bad company. I got my order and left later. Recently past year, in this Clovis area, Ive noticed a growing number of wanna bee gansters in this area. Both Black and white 4 door cars sometimes two doors too and with dark tinted windows, and they get territorial when they see other vehicles in front of them or headed where they're going, they like to cut others off and also they get to clingy to other motorists or intimidate to go way faster, and when its a red light near Taco Bell. They get territorial in the parking lot here too meaning they want to be the only customer they're buying. I feel like I'm in the Hood here at times. Plus the gangsters dirty up bathrooms walls in city bathrooms. Grow up people, civilised people with moral live here too. Thanks Taco Bell staff for your conveniences.

Waited almost 20 mins for 2 items with 1 car in front of me.. I asked the lady why it took so long and she said nothing and closed the window on me.. food was trash also. Super small portions

Wow I come to this taco bell all of the time and I’ll tell you what Wendy and Lacey are just incredible. You guys serve me to the extreme everytime I visit and I know it sounds crazy but I recommend all of my friends to this TacoBell just because of how they serve. I’ll say this if taco bell is as good as a think and the manager here as just as good as I know then there will be some time of money waiting at the end of the line for these girls. You guys on for Taco Bell! Amazing

I know Taco Bell is already the whitest way to experience Mexican food but this was a whole new level. Lots of cowboy cosplayers here, but I felt like if I told them Halloween was a few days away they would've ran me off the road in their lifted trucks Anyway food was great but the wait was 30 minutes and they forgot half the order. Wouldn't go again unless all other taco bells shut down

Most every time I go to Taco Bell I have crushed taco shells and at least one out of three tacos has almost nothing in it. I like Taco Bell in general but certain ones just don't seem to be run very well.

I wanted an enchuritto but was disappointed that it was a seasonal option. I asked for coffee because of the very cold water but was told coffee is only served until 11am. I asked for a fork and napkins but was given a spoon. Though the staff did their best to resolve my disappointments, having to "settle" didn't feel right.

Well, we dined in. Ordered on the hew kiosk. Don't know how it happened but the order was wrong.. We even checked it against the receipt and our receipt was correct. The human element was still slow and unresponsive. Still had to run for the border.. ( you know what that means) But it was Taco Bell, so we got what we deserved..

They are always nice the store looks clean. Drive thru is always fast no matter what time of the day it is. The food tastes fresh and is always hot.

It's a regular Taco Bell, food is what it is. The staff is always super friendly. Just be careful of your surroundings. Don't go for the view unless you're really wanting to tak in the hood.

Arguably the best Mexican fast food for the money. Check out the new additions to the Cravings Value Menu. Great location at Herndon and Clovis. Easy access.

I would hive clovis a no star but that's not an option. I love water. I got a water with my meal. The water taste horrible. I informed the supervisor and he said he knew and is recommending not drinking the water. That same water goes through the Fountain drinks but u can't taste it because of the flavorings. He said he understood and gave me a coupon for a free taco on the next visit. I called fesno county health department as soon as I left!

One of the friendliest Taco Bell associates helped me in the drive thru. Even though i had a mobile pick up he repeated the order back to me..fulfilled the order quickly at the drive through window and did it with a smile. Bravo!!!

I don’t typically write these reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Welmond. Probably the best customer service rep. I’ve ever dealt with! Super professional, nice and seems to really care about your order. Food was great, dude was awesome!!!

Herndon and Clovis Taco Bell is my regular GO TO place for fast food. I love treating my kids to a sushie. Today I want to give a shout out to the drive thru guy who did a good deed. 👍 You're Awesome!!!

It's Taco Bell... The food is always good. The drive thru staff were pleasant and fast. Now for the deep dive: 1. I can never figure out why I keep eating here. I can count on one hand the number of times I have not seen their food run through my digestive system in less than 30 minutes after eating it. I used to think the process would help me lose some needed pounds but after years of pass-through food, I have yet to see the results. 2. I should schedule eating here. I hate when I grab a bite here and head to a meeting or appointment and wind up having to find a bathroom beforehand. I'm thinking Friday nights, Saturday, or Sunday lunch only. Plenty of time to recover. 3. In all seriousness, this specific TB is a good place to go. The lines are long, bit that should tell you how many people are willing to return to this place. Be patient with the staff and they will treat you well.

Best location in town, my only complaint is that they never add the sauce and napkins to mobile orders. It specifically asks in the app how many you want so I never think to ask for any assuming it will be added. Never the case.

Just had the best taco bell in my 20+ years of being a customer. Food was hot and prepared perfectly. Thank you to whoever was working yesterday afternoon.
