    Terribly slow service. Took 10+ mins to take our order while no one else was in restaurant, and only then after we complained. We literally took a car through the drive thru, to block them from helping drive-thru customers without helping us. Over 45 mins to recieve food, and then half the orders were still wrong. Employees rude and not willing to correct their orders, and refused to process refund. We explained what was going on to three other walk-in customers, and they all left before ordering. How can you screw up something so simple so badly?

    Idk if all BK's are going downhill, but this place is very low quality. They gave one tiny tomato slice, little onion bits, and chopped, soggy lettuce.This place is really sloppy and the service is poor. Anthony was rude, curt, provided a negative drive thru experience. I used to like BK a lot, but they are cutting too many corners.

    The employee of the month took my check in for my online order when I walked in to check in and out. I waited 15 to 20 minutes. Nothing came out. I checked in again and they said oh you need to check in. They didn’t have the food ready. 40 minutes had passed since the beginning of order.

    They don’t get your order correct at breakfast time, this is the third time I ordered the breakfast croissant 🥐 I ask for bacon, I get ham, I ask for bacon, I get sausage . Yea it’s a great deal the two for 4🥸…..but in this inflation nobody wants to not get what they actually ordered, *sigh* another chain restaurant I’ll be avoiding thinking I was gonna get a cheap quick bite to eat before work, not again …….

    Food is always good from this BK. Service is a little slow sometimes but I'll take the wait for better food.

    I'd prefer to not have my food served to me by someone thats confused about their gender. A man that sounds like a women with inch long flamboyant finger nails is disturbing and not okay. If you're born a man, be a freaking man. Disgusting! I'll never return here.

    I ordered an Imposter Whopper and Onion Rings. I received a charred piece of bark and cold french fries instead. The service was lower than horrible. This place should be closed forever. Everything I ordered was over priced and tasted nasty. I had to eat in since I was hungry. I told the staff I was dining in and they served me to go.

    The food is always cold and doesn't have any flavor. It's like BK knows you're going to buy it so they just put out whatever it is. I bought a big fish it was not big and had no taste. The only thing I tasted was the mayo.

    I haven’t eaten in Burger King for years maybe 15. Still tastes like Burger King which is good. My meat looked a little dry but fries were so good and hot. Cashier was very nice and polite.😁

    The problem is with the Burger King app. A friend and I went for lunch today, my app worked, but hers didn’t. She was almost in hysteria, and finally the clerk behind the counter helped her out by using her own phone and her own app so that my friend could get the three dollar whopper. I’m so sick of this technology that doesn’t work. They really need to fix the bugs. I use technology every day at work, so it’s not that I’m tech-illiterate! But these apps are so stupid sometimes!

    I've been attending this BK for roughly over a year and haven't made any reviews until now... Every single visit the last 6 months ( I come here twice a month) there is always something missing or wrong with my order, and I'm being charged extra every time. There isn't a point in calling to let them know because they don't answer. Kitchen staff needs to pay attention to the screen better.

    The service and staff were very nice, but the restroom was disgusting. Thank goodness I only went in there to wash my hands, only to find there was no soap to wash my hands with. I believe that especially in an eating establishment the restrooms should be spick and span clean and always have soap. Not toilet paper and urine all over the floor and toilet. So if they get that cleaned up, & keep it clean, it'd be fine.

    Wow, what a terrible experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I grew up eating BK, and when I got the coupons in the mail, I thought I would try this location again even though the reviews say, "Stay away." We were excited to see the coupon page with ghost pepper options, so we planned on getting burgers, fries, drinks, and some chicken fries. That was the great idea, and we were going to pay $20-$30. The bad news: Freestyle Coke machine is out of service, no drinks today. :-( Even though the coupon book had a whole side promoting the ghost pepper options, you can't use the coupons on the other side for ghost pepper burgers???? I offered to pay the difference, and "manager" didn't understand the math. :-) I was amazed as I was waiting for my chicken fries and how dirty this place was. The floor was disgusting. Even the parking lot was nasty So instead of spending $20-$30 I spent $4 and left disappointed. I should have gone to Wendy's!.

    The window attendant was extra nice, but they were out of half the menu. There were things on the drive thru menu that they don't even carry. It was disappointing and frustrating. I'd have given this site 1 star, but the guy working the window doesn't deserve that. He was great. Blame management and owners for not properly stocking and ordering.

    Ordered door dash just now and for the second time they forget my food. Second time my baby didn't get his toy in his meal.They forgot my hamburger and my son's nuggets side. I ordered my hamburger and onion ring side with a small popper. And then I got two sixteen piece nuggets for my husband and the baby's kids meal. Most of the baby's food was missing and I worked 10 hrs today didn't get to eat anything so I stupidly ordered from here and still don't get to eat because they can't read a ticket. I manage a restaurants and yes,we forget the occasional item. I get it, but this is more often than not and 3 items! It was a small order,how do you forget 3 of the items. I won't order from here anymore. Every time I order or go in, I have issues. I learned my lesson for good today.

    The server was wonderful. She was very polite and interactive and working very hard. She was quick and the food was hot. However, they charged me $0.66 for two pickles. When I asked about it she said she has no control because the computer decides. I'm sure I'll be back, but I won't be adding pickles anymore. I guess you can have it your way, but you got to pay for it. I'm sure they would not have discounted it if I had left the tomatoes off.

    Careful walking in the front doors the handles are busted. The staff is well let's just say all over the place can't tell which order is which and where it's going definitely don't recommend this place just this Burger King not all of them are bad.This one needs help..

    There restroom was horrible so dirty and when employee offered to clean it; he just did a quick sweep n flush which didn't make a difference so it got me thinking if the employees think that that is idea of a clean restroom then how clean are they when preparing food. I recommend showing a video to employees how to practice being sanitary.

    Fast food combos are getting so expensive but Burger King still offers a great deal for $6.31. Has a Burger, chicken nuggets, fries and a soda.
