Drive through line can get very long at times but worth the wait since this is one of the best places to get coffee. If you're lucky you might even get your drink ahead of the line and you can pull off to the side and leave. 🤞

I would love to give them all five stars but I see their employees standing outside when it is freezing, or when it is hot, even when it’s raining to take peoples orders. I know we should be appreciative for the fast service but I would be willing to wait a few extra minutes if it meant that your employee could be comfortable inside and not having to stand in the rain next to moving cars that are splashing puddles on them.

It was my little brother's birthday, so I took him here for his birthday drink. We had the app downloaded and the barista turned us away saying they won't accept it. They said since we just created an account, we can't redeem the birthday drink on the same day. Which is totally false! So we went to another Dutch bro and they were able to scan our QR code and process our order as expected. This place is unwelcoming, unaccommodating, unorganized and the lot was very dirty. I would not trust a drink made from here.

Great Drinks but slow lines sometimes. I have seen fast lines a few times too. But I found fastest way is to pay w your debit card and they will bring it out as they make it and jump you up a few cars so you don't have to wait the whole time to go around. Friendly staff too.

I go to Dutch bros quite often, this one is the closest to my moms house. Honestly everyone is very nice and all, but this is the longest Dutch bros line I have seen so consistently. If you decide to go to this one be prepared to wait a LONG time.

Be prepared to wait for at least 15 mins at this location. All the times I've been here I've never seen them taking orders from the line. Usually it's not a problem, but because of this location the line wraps around the store and into the parking lot often making it difficult to exit when you finally do get your order. The broistas seem annoyed that you're even there. The drinks are amazing, but the order taking and delivery process needs serious improvement at this location. 4 stars sadly due to one of the carhops, her name was Maddie. She was super rude to start off with, didn't smile, had RBF the whole time like it was a huge inconvenience that she needed to do her job, she wasn't helpful in asking details about my order or even in giving me suggestions. I'm still new to Dutch and this gal, made me contemplate just driving off all together. I've never had this kind of experience before with dutch. I was kind of sad about it only because if I wanted that kind service, I would've just gone to a gas station or Starbucks.

I have to say I love Dutch Bros and I love going and to get my favorite drink! I went today with a friend and it was intolerable waiting for so long and seeing the girl taking orders outside car to car and I understand it is hot outside but when she got to the car in front of us she all of a sudden forgot about the rest of the line and she was with that one car for like 15-20 minutes and then she walked off and went inside then we get to the window and there were like 5 people inside and seriously there is nothing wrong with taking turns and getting the orders instead of standing around chit chatting! I was really disappointed and will be changing my Dutch Bros location from now on!!!!!!!!!

I came just a few days before Halloween and they did a great job decorating. However, the line was insane. Maybe 10 cars at some point. The staff was friendly and the service was 9 minutes, not bad considering the length of the line. Probably could open a second window, however the parking lot may not be built for it. Coffee was tasty and hot. I got an Americano and it had great flavor. Can't speak for the fancy sweet stuff.

This was the first time I was at Dutch Brothers. The line was long, but moved through quickly. The service was excellent and the coffee was very good

The coffee was delicious as always. It was quick service, even with a huge line. What I really appreciate is no matter what dutch bros I go to, my drink is always tasty and the same, unlike other coffee shops. Where I have to cross my fingers if it's going to be good or not. Dutch bros, I love their coffee. i feel that stuff makes you wired. But there are pricey now. I got a small and paid 7 something that's alot they hired their prices, but their coffee is better than Starbucks

I had the chocolate crunch, it was delicious! I loved the worker that helped us. Not from California so I have never tried dutch Bros, she was so helpful, gave us good recommendations and was patient. If we're ever back in town we'll definitely try them again!

This is the 2nd time my cold brew has came out watery no flavor and no cold foam on top. As well as when I get a freez you have to ask for whip cream on top.

always busy at this location during drive thru but the walk up has gotten just as busy too. it's closer to my house so it's my go to spot. love the variety of drinks, stickers and deals the app offers.

I’m a big fan of Dutch but when you want to play smart, this is what happens. Me and this red truck both pull up to the drive thru at 10:55pm on 11/30. (5min before closing) I want to say we made it before closing but there was just a line and nobody was taking orders outside. When it was the red truck turn at the window which was already at 11:10pm, he just stop and drove away. When I saw that, I knew the workers were not going to take my order. When I got to the window, one of the worker (a man) was saying that he was not going to take my order because they are close at 11pm and he “clearly” saw me pulled up right at 11pm. I even told him that I did not pull up at 11pm, I have a camera that “clearly” show me waiting in line before 11pm. But he insisted that it’s past 11pm and they are close and would not take my order. If you are close at 11pm and you knew you were not going to take my order AND the red truck order, I’m not sure why you guys would make us wait 10min after your closing time to just tell us you guys were not going to take our order!!! Come on Dutch!!

This place was busy like always, long waiting line for the drive thru, but to my surprise the line went pretty quick. And it was my first time going to dutch bros, I'm a Starbucks fan myself but this experience my have me go back one or two more times to try. 😉

The girl with the colored hair getting my order asked if I wanted to give a tip, and I said no. She still put 30% tip without telling me. I got overcharged and did the math.

I love this place. The locations on Ashlan and McKinley are my usual spots, and they always have the best service. The staff is amazing and so kind and friendly. The coffee never disappoints and neither does the food. Love Dutch Bros ☕️❤️

There is no food, not a place for atmosphere service is very good lo g wait in car but by the time you get to the window your coffee is ready. No dinning, No plated meals, No special dishes, Just coffee or teas with energy boost if liked.

I loved my drink. I think I expected more from the girl who took our order. But she wasn't rude so overall I say a good experience.

First time customer, so I drove up seen the line and thought this is going to be awhile. But no I was wrong less than 10 minutes I was at the window. Got my drink an it was so good. Will be back for sure.

The service is great. However when the line is long, it's a pain because the amount of space to accommodate. I'm just glad the line doesn't seem to take as long as Starbucks and the coffee is WAY better! My bf got me addicted 😅

Ordered about 9 large drinks, and they were able to manage and handle my order like the pros they are. Labeled every drink and made sure the drinks have lid covers so it will not spill during the car ride. Their customer service is spot on with good vibes 👌

Fast and organized line. This is hands down the best Dutch in Fresno/Clovis because it is the ONLY ONE who's line doesn't obstruct traffic or make it impossible for others to visit the other businesses in the parking lot.

Where my love for DB began. Back to my roots, as they say. I'm here visiting family and it's nice to be able pay this location a visit. I moved back to Oklahoma a few years ago and was so sad I wouldn't have access, BUT, that all changed recently and I now have a DB in Midwest City, OK. As I like to say, go Dutch, or go home! ®️

I chose this location out of convenience for my coffee and though the service was outstanding, my coffee was undrinkable. Trust that I am an avid and loyal Dutch Bros customer and I have been since I first tried your drinks in Oregon. I'm hoping this was just an off day at this location, but it tasted like the system hasn't been cleaned for awhile. Believe that one experience will not shake my loyalty to the brand.

I love that almost everyone here seems friendly and wholesome with the customers. They seem to move through the line in a timely manner, but don't make the customer feel rushed. The drinks are the same regular delicious drinks!
