Came to visit my hometown and went to the theaters with my sisters to watch “The Lost City” I haven’t been here for so long since high school days. It definitely took me back…lol. We came on a Thursday so it was pretty dead.

The mall is empty inside with no shoppers and no stores. I am amazed that this place is even open. I came here as a small outing and this was a disappointment. The mall looks old and with the intent of making it look modern.

This place used to be the main get together and yes river park came in and then people left but after they remodeled, they definitely did a great job, there aren't many businesses anymore but the regal here is by far the best movie theater in Fresno, best seats also. So overall, to me, this place will continue to be a great place to visit. June 2023 and still best in town. November 2023 and still best in town.

Because of the hotter weather, I’ve been taking my walks on the second level, where there is not much traffic. The reason I’ve given four stars is because, despite the absence of businesses, the place is very clean and has so much potential to house new businesses, including retail, hobby and eateries. I’m a native Fresnan and, as such, I don’t want to give up on the places which historically contributed bringing notoriety to our city. With a hotel right across the street, potentially adding more mall stores would be a great place for people to visit during their stay. Good luck to the owners. Hoping that changes to the mall happen sooner than the completion of the high speed rail.

Moving to Fresno when I was 12 years old and visited Manchester was pretty nice back in 1999 the mall has so much more energy than it does now. The only thing keeping this place alive tbh is the Cinema, yes they have restaurants just outside and a few stores are open within the mall but this place needs a lot more. Good luck Manchester!

Seats and sound system were top notch. Concessions need work, they had only three stations open out of a lot more than that with deep lines at each station. Also certain menu items take "5-10 minutes" to prepare which after waiting in those long lines, kind of pushes things close to movie start time. Need to manage those concession counters better.

Good new clothing stores added to this location. There's plenty of parking and a bus station right outside the mall. A few new restaurants were added as well. Convenient location right next to a cinema, coffee and freeway.

Oh yeah, know when I say food their the business. Great but very price reliant, enjoy them while your still alive.

Such potential this acreage of business could be. It is such a solemn mentality that the owners of this center of economic means are just existing by the mediocrity of being.

Not too many people go there. It would be nice if they still had a food court other than that if you’re claustrophobic, that’s a perfect place for you to go.

At EUI schools The instructors are very good and they listen to you and me you know the answers if not to help you find the answers to help you with your work and everything I would recommend this school to almost anybody that wanted to go back to school to learn a trade I'm very pleased with it.

Manchester has had a major Beauty Lift on the outside of the entire building structure , it's a Big improvement and also helps that Cal-trans is a major part of their reason to have invested in the renovation , as well as Learn 4 life Crescent View Charter Schools main campus and other Accredited small Colleges that offer Certified short term business degrees or other various forms professional degrees you can study in a shorter period of time .

This place is such a disappointment. I remember in the early 90s and even in the 2000's this mall was the place to come and hangout. Now it's a ghost town. It looks like a North Korean mall where it's just for show. So very sad...

Nice and friendly polite staff food was delicious it was so good that I didn't even remember to take my whole entire family enjoyed this location and the most wonderful staff and the most delicious burgers freshly made fries with no salt and I must say a juicy piece of tomato on East burger with the onions and lettuce this place always gets an A-Plus

I went there to meet up with a person that I purchased a W.W.II Army helmet from. It was a bad place. Run down, dirty. I had the good fortune of seeing a group of large women fighting over something someone had said, repeated use of the N word, then screaming and swearing. Then, a short foot chase that ended a few feet away from the car they all eventually got into after breathing heavy and catching their breath. I only wish I had thought to pull out my camera and video the event. I am still laughing over witnessing it. I don't think I'd go back to shop.

Everything is different since sears left. New restaurants new stores in new spaces. I'm interested in what will happen in the old, empty spaces.

I had a terrible experience here. I rode my bicycle to Ross to buy a pair of gloves. I must've been in the store for no more than two minutes because they didn't have any that I liked. By the time I returned to their bicycle rack, my U-Lock had been cut in half and my bicycle was gone. I spoke to a representative from Ross, they said I need to file a police report.

Waiting for the rest of the mall to be completed. But so far so good. But if they don't bring Dairy Queen back then I don't know if I'll choose this mall over Fashion fair. So I'm anxiously waiting

I recently visited The New Manchester and was extremely disappointed. The stores were poorly stocked and prices were too high. There was also a lack of variety in the products available. The customer service was also terrible and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.

The Manchester Center has rather declined since first moved here over 20 years ago. It used to have more of a variety of businesses but now, it seems that these businesses have moved elsewhere. I think the only reason we are ever in the area is to go to the movie theater. I wish that some of the businesses that might have relocated to other areas would come back so we would not have to go to the other congested mall.

Unless you are going into a business like caltran all shopping on first floor. Second floor all businesses of some sort. Some stores on first floor limited hours, and not a lot of variety. I only go in to shop for female clothes for my friend and that is fine.

Some of it is very nice but the main and only shopping stores are designed and Ross and the parking lot is very dirty

  • 4/5 Fernando M D. 1 year ago on Google
There is plenty of parking, a wide selection of shopping, and a great variety of places to dine. The Fresno transit transfer station is also located there. Routes 1, 28, and 41.

I love the stores, Regal movie theater has the best chairs and the farmers market during the summer is cool😁😁

Came here to visit my girlfriend's parents for the holiday and went to look for Xmas gifts. This place was empty. There were about 10 stores open, and the rest were empty spaces. Looked like an abandoned mall. Nothing worth the trip. Would not recommend it at all.

There's not a whole lot of activity going on in this mall as far as I can tell. The surrounding establishments seem to get more traffic. I sometimes visit the theater, Starbucks, The Habit and the hair store Hairway 2 Heaven. There are few stores that are active but they is still a lot of work to be done here. If get a chance to come back and actually visit the inside I can give a better review.

Not really a place to shop anymore. Looks very lonely in there. Pretzels are still there and delicious. Also the City of Fresno is not open in there anymore.

How is this place still open for business??! I'm guessing they're paying more in pg&e than they have coming in and that's including every last of the 5 stores still there! Shut it down already!! Everyone was pretty friendly in hopes of you making an actual PURCHASE from their store. The guy at the t-shirt shop immediately racial profiled my kids as they looked at the shirt inventory at the entrance of store.

There isn't much there but what is there is intriguing enough for the visit. Only issue my group and I had was there's only one bathroom and the men's room was out of order at the time. That and it's mostly clothing stores so if you aren't looking to buy clothes, there aren't many other options for you. The coffee shop there was nice and the Habit has good food too so it's a nice place to stop by for a short while.
