This place is amazing in every way!! They have a very wide selection of jewelry (rings, earrings, watches, etc.) I came in looking for an eternity band and Cindy was quick to help me. She walked me through the entire store and showed me all of the beautiful rings they had to offer. I choose a beautiful eternity ring and had it custom made with yellow gold. Everyone in the store was so happy for me and nice. It came in very fast. I highly suggest this store for all of your jewelry needs!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Roger's so we came back for the wedding band. Such pleasant experiences. Especially since I like to take my time and try on everything. Our sales associate today was Jordan and his recommendations were thoughtful and professional. They make the process so easy. We will be returning to Roger's for any and all future purchases.

Candace was the jeweler we worked with and although we were offered a better price for a similar ring we bought from Candace as she was very professional and not “salesy” at all. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and every encounter is wonderful. They always offer to clean the rings I am currently wearing. No sales pressure, just a pleasurable experience. I really appreciated Mye and Serena’s personal customer service. They took the time to get to know me a little bit and made the perfect suggestions based on my personality and past experiences. They offered a “soft” credit check and in a few short minutes I was approved and walked away with my beautiful item. It was also comforting to have a personal Security guard assigned to Roger’s jewelers who kindly escorted me to my car. Btw, I highly recommend the hassle free warranty policy; accidents happen!

As me entering into Rogers by myself to ask if they could make horseshoe wedding rings for me and my fiance Larry was very helpful and said it could be done so I left and came back with Daniel my fiance Larry was very helpful in helping us to make our wedding rings be created from a picture that we had an hour imagination and then our Rings went to production they called us when the wax forms came in and Larry let us look at them and try them on send them to be completed we said they came back in good time we used our wonderful set of wedding rings on our wedding on February the 26th thankful that Larry made our wedding rings come to be as beautiful as they are top notch jewelry store Rogers is I want an alteration done on my wedding ring now that the wedding is over no problem Larry to the rescue he helps us to set it up so that it can be done and it will be beautiful when we get it finished thank you Larry for your wonderful service and making our wedding wish a dream come true

I had a great experience here! I came in looking for a ring for my niece's Quinceanera. Jennifer assisted me and listened to exactly what I was looking for. By the end of it, I walked out with the perfect ring and she offered to clean MY ring for free :) a couple days later and I still love what I purchased. Can't wait to give it to my niece :)

I went to Rogers Jewelry today to have some watch bands resized and to have batteries put in a few watches. Jennifer was extremely helpful. She agreed to use real jeweler tools and put the new chainsaw she got from nearby Lowe’s away. I was happy about that since one of the watches was my grandpas and I was concerned because it was a new chainsaw. Jennifer handles everything like a professional and even the goofing off by my son and I. A very friendly place.

The employees showed interest in what I had to say. I brought 3 watches in for battery replacement. It took 15 minutes or less and I was informed that my Mickey Mouse watch I was wearing was solar powered which I didn’t know, it was a gift to me from my niece. So I saved money by only having to get 2 watch batteries replaced. I’m a Disney expert and told Disney jokes and showed pictures of me as Captain Hook, told a bunch of Hook jokes and information. Laughs everywhere. Marisa was a jewel, laughed at every joke.

I purchased my wife's wedding ring from Larry at Roger's Jewelry store over 42 years ago, and I had both of my sons purchase their engagement rings from Larry, and now I just upgraded my wife's ring through Larry. Rogers Jewelry Fresno provides wonderful service to their costumers! I originally brought my ring in to be cleaned. I went to Cyndi and she was very polite and professional, she went above and beyond and not only had my ring cleaned, but also had my ring resized for me as I explained to her that it was a little big on me. She took the time to talk with me, understand my needs, and figure out the perfect size for my ring. I got my ring back and it not only fit perfectly, but it was cleaned and made look like brand new. I was very pleased with my service and with the staff here at Rogers Fresno. I will definitely be coming back to Cyndi for any future purchases needs with my jewelry.

Cyndie at Roger's in Fresno is amazing! She helped me pick out a beautiful halo with very good quality diamonds to go around my large diamond on my wedding band. I was a little nervous that it would change the look of my ring too much. She was kind enough to send me pictures before they fully attached it to make sure I loved it first..... and I did!! It was the perfect addition to my ring for my 15 year anniversary. Everyone there is kind and welcoming. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
