If
you
are
in
the
market
for
jewelry,
please
stay
away
from
this
store.
Horrible
customer
service
and
NO
communication
to
the
customer.
I
had
to
call
several
times
to
find
out
what
was
occurring
with
my
ring
repairs.
I
had
to
reach
out
to
the
corporate
office
(three
weeks
into
the
repair)
and
have
a
rep
there
get
involved
before
I
got
a
call
back
from
the
Fresno
store.
It
was
almost
as
if
I
was
being
ignored,
Christian
is
not
pleasant
to
work
with
and
how
a
title
of
assistant
manager
is
attached
to
him
is
beyond
me!
A
whole
month
passed
before
I
was
able
to
get
the
ring
but
In
the
meantime,
I
had
to
jump
through
hoops
to
get
someone
on
the
phone
at
the
Fresno
store.
To
top
it
off
when
I
went
in
to
get
the
ring
(a
month
later),
Christian
did
not
make
any
attempt
to
apologize
or
engage
in
any
conversation.
Again,
ignored
by
the
assistant
manager
who
I
would
have
felt
would
care
since
I
have
bought
plenty
of
jewelry
from
them
in
the
past.
Ring
sent
in
for
repair
but
no
repair
done
when
sent
back.
Wrong
pictures
attached
to
the
receipt
number
when
emailed
the
confirmation.
No
communication,
period.
“Your
ring
will
be
in
within
a
few
days,”
can
only
go
so
far.
33
Days
later
is
not
acceptable.
Return
customer
I
will
not
be!
