do NOT do business with these people !!! customer service is terrible was told many times I would receive a phone call when my "special order" came in store . they never once called me I had to keep blowing up to get some type of information in return , to top it off they never answer there phone . special order comes in and nothing was done to it they returned the item back to me the same way they sent it out . all they did was apologize and tell me that if I wanted to have to have it sent out again I would need to purchase the warranty to cover any costs . I denied that for the simple fact being that when I went into the store to choose this item I paid entire cash payment and had paid extra to have it worked on . they didn't mention anything about that though . they suggested my best option was to receive a refund and since I paid cash I would need to wait for a phone call back because they had no cash in they're registers , due to no sales that day . basically they wanted me to let the 30 days come up so id be left with the only option of store credit . they took about a whole month with my product and did nothing with it . terrible !!! I asked for other options the only other was a check that I would have to wait for to come in to the store to them within about 3-8 weeks . clearly I denied that because I paid cash, I expect the same in return . I took the item to avoid any more hassle with this company. now I will have to find anther company to do the job for me and pay more out of my pocket . this company is overall BS , IF YOU WANT TO avoid HASSEL don't come here. I SUGGEST DON ROBERTOS JEWELERS ! very professional

Went to have 2 additional stones added to my mother’s ring. They wouldn’t even consider doing the work without a receipt. Luckily, my husband bought the ring at Zales so the clerk could look up the receipt. Said they had to send it in for work to be done. It would take at least 1 week to find out if the jeweler would/could do the work. Then another week to get it back. Couldn’t even give me an estimate. Left and went to regular jewelry store with jeweler on site. Never again will I go to Zales.

very disappointed. was told that getting my ring sized would take 1-2 week. now after 2 weeks, they are saying 1-2 more weeks! when i called back stating i want it sent back without alteration, i am told they are working on it now but it can still take up to two weeks. wth! when i ask to talk to a manager they say no one is available and will TRY to get someone to call me back. if i had known i would have to wait this long, i woulve never sent it in

My husband and I bought our wedding rings here 5 years ago and we love them! Everytime I come in for the inspections of my rings they are very helpful and delightful! Customer service is great! When I needed to resize my rings they did an excellent job letting me know what was process and if I had to pay anything out of pocket if the warranty did not cover it! Definitely recommend anyone to purchase their jewelry from Zales! Marcus was very helpful and great! Thank you!

The staff here are so very sweet and amazing! They do everything they can to find just what you're looking for. I went in today to get my engagement ring cleaned and look at the wedding rings they had available. I had been looking around for a nature-themed ring and was only finding what I wanted on dubious websites with less-than-stellar reviews. I wasn't expecting to find anything even close to what I wanted locally, but Amanda was able to point me to a nearly-perfect ring in my price range and also give me information for an upcoming event where I can either have the ring modified or exchanged towards a completely custom ring (if I haven't already grown too attached, that is). If you are in the market for jewelry, please stay away from this store. Horrible customer service and NO communication to the customer. I had to call several times to find out what was occurring with my ring repairs. I had to reach out to the corporate office (three weeks into the repair) and have a rep there get involved before I got a call back from the Fresno store. It was almost as if I was being ignored, Christian is not pleasant to work with and how a title of assistant manager is attached to him is beyond me! A whole month passed before I was able to get the ring but In the meantime, I had to jump through hoops to get someone on the phone at the Fresno store. To top it off when I went in to get the ring (a month later), Christian did not make any attempt to apologize or engage in any conversation. Again, ignored by the assistant manager who I would have felt would care since I have bought plenty of jewelry from them in the past. Ring sent in for repair but no repair done when sent back. Wrong pictures attached to the receipt number when emailed the confirmation. No communication, period. “Your ring will be in within a few days,” can only go so far. 33 Days later is not acceptable. Return customer I will not be!

If you're looking to get a class ring this is a place to go they'll help you out pick one you just have to make sure that when you order one that it's the men's class ring not a women's class ring there were some confusion but everything well and happy with their service

Great employee service we had browse their website found a ring that said it was in stock. We get there just to tell us it's not in stock. Which was ok we went to another store found a ring with more stones for the same price. Well guess what we didn't buy zales ring. So it was a true blessing in disguise.

Update: all I had to do was come into the store and they corrected the problem. Mi and Amanda were very helpful, they totally changed my mind about how I felt about Zales. These guys are liars I was told that I was going to get a interest free for one year, and my first bill came in and I see they are charging 17 percent interest. I am so upset because I have credit cards with way lower interest rates that I could of used, I am never buying from these people ever again.

The lady that helped me was great, but I went back to get the ring resized and the guy that was helping us was acting like a diva talking about his hair was to long then and that he couldn't find my file and asked for paper work and had this condescending attitude, just irrateted the hell out me and my girl so we just left. But the lady were great. P.s I did buy it there and the insurance if diamond's fell off or for resizing the ring and cleanings twice a year.

I went in to pick up an online order. I bought something from the Vera Wang Men collection. The website includes that Vera Wang packaging and certificate of authenticity would come with purchase. The associate, named Mai, proceeded to give me a standard Zales box and when asking about the Vera Wang packaging and authentication she didn’t want to accommodate either of missing items. I had to show her that the online details only to fish out a card of authenticity later. I purchased this as a gift for my partner knowing it will come with nicer packaging and not receiving those really leaves a bad impression in my shopping experience. Why have brands there if they are just going to be put in a generic box?

Tamara went above and beyond to give me great customer service. She sold me on a special that was going on for Zales and I know I made the right decision!

My grandmother and I came into zales to repair a necklace that was gifted to her and the service was phenomenal regardless of our simple need of a repair. Tamara went above and beyond to offer a check of warranty searching the number it was bought under. She took the time and patience to check every outlet so that we knew our options. Chris was also a very big help assisting us in choosing a new chain for the pendant. He was so kind, personable, and an overall joy to be assisted by ! He even offered a cleaning for the pendant and my grandmothers ring which truly meant so much to her.
