I honestly did not like the customer service here, the lady that helped me was looking at me from head to toe which had me feeling very uncomfortable. I was feeling very judged, it would be great if they practiced a little bit of mindfulness and keep their personal bias to them selfs. When I asked her about the difference in Gold she didn’t even seem to know her self. All she told me was that there’s white gold and yellow gold, I was asking her if she could explain the difference but she seemed to have little knowledge because she did not elaborate.

I’ve been doing business with them for 10 years and didn’t have a problem with them until today. I went in to repair my necklace which initially they said they were not doing to charge me for it , well today I go in to pick up my necklace and all of a sudden there’s a fee. I won’t be doing business with them again they lost a valuable customer

I've gone to several jewelry stores over the years and really like Don Roberto's. The quality is better and the designs of jewelry is nicer but my favorite location is this one (Kingscanyon/Chestnut). I have purchased several sets of earrings and necklaces here. I've been helped here by multiple people and everyone is professional and kind. My favorite person to deal with is Myra. She really knows her stuff and makes great recommendations. She helped me pick out the perfect set of earrings and necklace for my God daughters. She wasn't pushy at all but kindly persuasive lol. I walked away with excellent gifts and I will definitely be back. She already knows my ring size and style preferences so I can hint for an engagement ring with a flyer and her name on it 😄

Worst place, Everything expensive and they not even want to response for anything. I bought a bracelet and the first time I tried to use it it’s get broken I went there and there’s no warranty at all.. Never gonna buy anything from that place anymore

I received a damaged pair of earrings from Don Roberto's. They refused to return purchase citing State Health law, sent to repair. 4 months later, they looked the same. Back to repair & I never saw them again, staff 'lost' so I stopped payments. My credit still has Don Roberto's!!!

Wow. Words can't express how awesome this place is. Best place at the best price. The customer service alone is so phenomenal; I dare not try another jewelry store. The manager is nothing less then amazing and the staff are very much well trained. Why shop anywhere else??? 😎

Don't ever go to McDonald's on wandering and Kings canyon they serve you raw food from this morning I had lunch expect my food warm but the meat was rotten in the middle the meat was cold not warm but also hungry I just ate it didn't want to complain to my mom and make a big thing about it came home threw up got diarrhea went to the hospital I just got home now never going there again

I was on my way there to purchase a good necklace and a ring . But I decided to read the reviews. Glad I did. I guess I won't be going there. Thank goodness for reviews

Spent over 3,500 on 3 rings. 2 were together in a women’s set. I wore them for maybe 2 days after getting them. It’s been 7 months and I went to sell them since they’ve been sitting and was told they have no value and are fake.

Customer service was great and my experience purchasing jewelry for the first time was very enjoyable and very smooth, the employees were all very nice and made sure I felt at home, the manager Myra was very helpful and made setting up an account very easy, 10/10 visit overall

I went there trying build my credit I’m 18yrs old don’t know how the process of credits work but me being a young mom trying to build credit to help me later on in the future just found out they don’t report my credit and I’m basically screwed , so here I am trying to pay it off for them not even going to report it , also didn’t tell me what bank i went through, made me put a huge down payment down
