This was a fantastic place for jewelry repairs. Brought in my necklace for a broken clasps and they already had multiple options of either a replacement similar to the original clasp or something stronger. I went with the stronger option of a lobster claw clasp and was able to pick it up in a couple hours. Now I'm pretty sure the only reason why they said a 2-3 hours was due to them actually matching the clasp color to my necklace and even have a after service of cleaning my necklace at no charge. This is definitely a place to come for repairs, replacement, or looking for some nice jewelry.

I have never use a jewelry repair before but I did a quick Google search and saw the reviews for this place so I thought I would give them a try. It was a top-notch experience from beginning to end. I reached out to the business after hours on Instagram not expecting a response until the next day, but they responded within 15 minutes. I took my necklace in and it was done within two days. They were very professional and my necklace was fixed perfectly. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

This was my first time going to Oscar I’ve done my research before hand to look for someone that has great customer service and trustworthy some shops out there are rude and can’t really trust them when it comes to the jewelry. Let me tell you this Oscar was great super nice talk to me welcomed me and just all our made me feel comfortable. Some places they put a lot of pressure on you by starting you down while you look around but not them. Great customer service plus the customers that were in there while I was there super nice just a great community I see why people love it there. Great prices on there jewelry too. Best believe I will come back and recommend friends and family.

Best Prices In town no doubt. Bought my ring for half of what the Jewelry store downtown was charging me. Really fast on repairs too. He fixed my chain and bracelet the same day I took them in.

Got two rings resized here. One is great; its 14k gold and I needed the band made thicker because it was worn pretty thin. This one has held up well so far, but you can see the seam where more metal was added. If I was rating based off of only this ring, I'd give 4/5 stars. The other is platinum and needed to be sized up one size. When I got it back, the band seemed like it was cut and stretched, which in hindsight doesn't make sense; why would the band need to be cut to be stretched?? Immediately, the band bent from accidentally smacking something with the ring on & the ring was an oval shape that squeezed my finger if it was swollen at all. I tried to bend it back, and the ring broke. I suspect they took some metal from the ring & would never consider going back here.

All I have to say is wow. Now I know why this place has amazing reviews. I broke my gold necklace and it got fixed and cleaned. My necklace looks brand new. I only paid $15. I’ll definitely be back for any other jewelry repair.

I took a memory pendant I had bought else where, he placed the picture on it for me. Let me tell you he could not have done a better job I’m 100% satisfied and would totally recommend anyone needing to get jewelry work done or buy any gold. Oscar and his daughter a great team. They were able to make a 40ish year old ring look new again. I had worn through the band and needed that fixed, it was cheap, fast, and they polished it up beauty. I’m so happy!

Took my chain in to get repaired, they did a terrible job. Chain began breaking where they “did the repairs” if they were unable to fix it I would’ve preferred they just said that instead of attempting botched repairs, smh.
