Rude owner who was a lady. Tried to ask a question and she rudely barked "no" and walked away. Dont go there, not worth the money.

Couldn’t shop because I’m not Hmong gave me a fake number to call to set up appointment number didn’t work. Asked she said no jewelry for you.

I bought bracelets for my mom on Mother’s Day and the owner made sure we are happy with our purchase. She was very helpful and Patient with me.

0 stars!!! I went over there to buy some 24k. How are these people still in business? They will not even allow you to purchase anything! On top of that, they are RUDE.

Never open when posted on sign. They don't answer their business phone, either. What kind of real business doesn't at least have an answering machine/ service?

The lady was very nice and friendly. She speaks a little hmong so that was extra helpful. Been there a couple times this year.

Went to this place to see if I can can a gift for my mom. Went in the lady wouldn’t open the door inside. She ask me and my friend what we need and I told her we are here to shop. She say we need an appt. But there was no signs that say appt needed. She pretty much just lost my business with her. Lady was old and rude. It’s the holiday she should have expect people coming in without appt to purchase gifts.

Horrible customer service. 0 stars were not available to be selected. Went shopping for a bracelet for my parents and the owner treated me like I was a peasant. Don't go shopping here at all. I went to an American jewelry store instead. I was going to support Asian mom and pop stores, but this is not the one.

To the lady who own this jewelry shop. Very rude to my 80 year old deaf grandma who was looking to buy a necklace. You should be ashamed of yourself how you treat your customers. Of course I'm going to walk out and not buy anything as soon as we walked in she already had such a bad attitude and my poor grandma wanted to get something but I will not buy from someone who rushed us the whole time and was yelling, telling us what do you want!? Very disgusting how you treat people especially elders. O stars

She was friendly but I stopped shopping there in 2018, after she sold me poorly repaired chain for full prize. At the moment of purchase, I was dazzled with excitement and didn’t notice it until a couple of days later.

If you're there to buy then they will take care of you. If you look like a bum trying to get service then good luck! The owner treated me like a grandson and i will be back to buy more
