I don’t even want to rate them 1 stars. This is a horrible hospital!! Everyone either hates their job or is on DRUGS. The black lady nurse ripped my IV and left me like this, as a black women myself she was so mean to me! The ultrasound lady made jokes about my miscarriage saying. “Maybe god was saying the baby wasn’t going to have a nice life” they don’t take nothing serious! It is a joke! I’ll NEVER go there again!! Worst experience of my life!!

At one time I thought they deserved better reviews minus some Doctors, but the facts speak by themselves… they do not protect the patients and they do not report abuse and neglect to the authorities and in consequence lives are lost , that it is unethical and inexcusable. So beware of this situation whenever your loved ones goes in, be proactive and request explanations, stay alert to what they recommend and the diagnosis and prevention methods. That will be to secure the safety of your loved ones in and out of the hospital, including the reliability of their care takers facilities or private team.

If I can rate a St Agnes 0 stars I would. My wife and I both made appointments for preventative exams and we had told them the purpose for the exams. After we went we got a bill that didn’t match up to what we were seen for. After calling their billing department they had noted that we both tested positive for Covid and were being charged for it. Told them this was not the case and they said it would get fixed. Fast forward to now and we have received a collections notice for the amounts from the first and only visits. My insurance provider told me they would have to resubmit the claim because they didn’t bill it as preventative. After contacting St Agnes we were told “they should have let you know that those exams aren’t considered ‘preventative’”. So their practice and staff made mistakes twice on our accounts, and we are held responsible for their mistake? I expect transparency, humility, and honesty in a medical facility and their staff, but all I am seeing is no willingness to help patients and not taking accountability for mistakes that have been made. I wish I would have read other reviews before even becoming a patient of St Agnes. They should really take a look at themselves before any other people are being taken advantage of. As of now, I will be looking for a new provider in network. Will NEVER recommend.

Was there from 1:30pm -9:30pm, the wait time was the worst part. Staff was all very friendly so that helped. I had to get X-rays & CT scan after an ATV accident. Make sure you eat before you go since they only have snacks in the vending machine. If something costs 1.25 & you put 2$ in machine it doesn’t give you change back. I was too scared to go outside for fresh air because if they call your name & you can’t hear them they will skip you. Plan on being there all day or night. I thought I’d be there 4-5 hours max. I was wrong & had to make arrangements for my kids. They gave me a muscle relaxer that made me drowsy so I wouldn’t of been able to drive home if I would’ve driven myself there. Make sure your phone is completely charged or bring a charger & money for the vending machine. So just keep all those things in mind before you go.

If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. They deserve a ZERO! We are on day 11 with our father in the ICU and on the third colonoscopy prep due to their lack of communication and cancelling the procedure within those 10 days. We have been patient enough with this hospital. This hospital needs to be reported to the medical board and attorney general. We have yet to get any answers or any treatment for my father. They are treating him very inhumanely by putting him through 3 colonoscopy preps and not allowing him to eat or drink, and then cancelling the procedure. He doesn’t have any IV fluids attached to him. All of the doctors treating my father are not communicating to each other. They keep giving him the runaround of getting the next doctors on the next shifts opinion. The health care system at this hospital are the worse I’ve ever encountered in the country. Do better! Seems like you care more for your partnerships then your patients!

Took my pregnant wife in because she was bleeding and they treated us very poorly and without concern. Do not I mean do not come here if you need medical attention! This is the worst hospital with the most incompetent nurses! They did nothing for her for 6 hours. I wouldn't go here again if I was dying. They would let you die in the waiting room. Worst experience I have ever witnessed from a hospital. We would've got better treatment in Mexico. Again do not come here if you're in any emergency because they just say "it's gonna be a long wait".

-Took ambulance to hospital. I knew exactly what was wrong and what tests needed. It took 15 HOURS to get an IV and any pain relief! I was moaning in agony while in the waiting room. I was discharged after 25 hours. I felt I still needed more testing but was done with the facility at this point. -HIPPA violations: Going to the ER waiting room and calling for patients by first and last name. - If I could give 0 stars I would. Ray and Melinda were the only saving grace shedding an positivity on this experience. Melinda asked if other ER visits were like this. Absolutely not. I was visiting from out of town. I have only been to an ER twice in my life and it never took this long to be addressed or cared for. -I was misdiagnosed and given unnecessary medications (I followed up with my specialists to verify). - Delayed results: While there I had tests that they said would take 1-3 days for a result. On day 4 I finally reached out to their Medical Records. They said they would email me my records in 3-5 business days. 6 Days after that I called asking for my information again, they finally emailed me the next day -10 days after I left the facility). How else was I going to know about my test results if I didn't hunt them down? No one was going to follow up with me? - Medical records were misleading. Saying they palpated this, communicated that, the communication occured at "this date and time" but it was not the actual time of our conversations. -I travel the nation and to work in hospitals. This hospital was a true example of what is wrong with our healthcare in this country. This facility needs many LEAN events! I give grace to the understaffed, overworked, and underpaid nurses.

My sister has had to go to ER several times due to complications with cancer over a 6 month timeframe and it is so heart wrenching for her and the family to even say a positive word about her experience waiting to be attended. Every ER visit has taken anywhere from 8 to 15 hours before being attended. how can this level of service be acceptable for any care providers especially a hospital and especially when we have to pay good money to carry insurance. I pray for someone who has the poser to make a difference about this quality of service reads this review and takes steps to make some long over due changes for quality and compassionate service.

My grandmother was brought here for severe pain. The staff was rude we asked to have at least 1 person to go be with her she’s 92. Stephanie the charge nurse kept talking about Covid guidelines, which I understand. But we are vaccinated and we’re prepared to be with my grandmother for support. Nothing but rude staff rude charge nurse Stephanie . They rushed my grandmother out and discharged her because they say we were flooding their phone lines. No they are just incompetent workers who didn’t wanna do their jobs. They released my grandmother no medicines no pain meds nothing. She was still in pain when they discharged her mind you she had blood all over her clothes, they pulled her IV out not removed PULLED the IV out. Her visit was on a weekend, the whole weekend in pain. 2 days after this horrible ER visit she passed. Incompetent medical staff, rude the attending DR as well. If your there just for a paycheck that’s sad, hint hint you’re probably in the wrong profession. People’s loved ones aren’t being cared for properly. This hospital should be ashamed at some of the staff they employ. Veronica Repp you need to get involved a little more on your nurse’s patient care and phone etiquettcy some are not doing their job. Some people should NOT be employed here. St. Agnes you need to do better! Now preparing to lay my grandmother to rest. I hope no one goes through a horrible experience as my grandmother did. If I could give negative stars I would unfortunately I had to mark 1 in order to right this damn review.

I don't know who the big brain in charge of Saint Agnes is but I can almost guarantee you you are paying them too much money. What an absolute nightmare, waste of time. My ultrasound appointment was 9:30a, they ask me to come in 30 minutes early, fine, 9:00 is my ultrasound appointment then. I get here at 9, and there is absolutely no patient parking. Plenty of staff parking, an entire garage actually, and plenty of valet parking, which I assume is paid. I ended up parking near the tgi Fridays and walking across the entire hospital to get to my outpatient appointment that I was then 15 minutes late for. Luckily I am young and healthy, but the majority of the lobby is older, sick patients. I will say the women working at imaging we're fantastic and did let me know valet is free but there are no signs or any way to know about. The majority of the entrances were also blocked off limiting you to only enter through one outpatient door for the entire hospital. All in all it was an absolute chaotic nightmare. Glad there was plenty of open availability parking spot for staff who weren't at the hospital.

If I could give a zero I would. I will never let my father come back to this hospital again. This once used to be a very well respected hospital and I was proud that one of my sons was born here due to the nicu unit. Now it’s the place people come to die and that’s how it is known all over Fresno. Zero communication with direct family members and the elderly are neglected. Steer clear! Do better Saint Agnes.

If I could give this place a negative. My mom was admitted for an abscess near her rear end. She was in her room after her procedure only to be woken up by laughing from the two nurses in her room taking pictures and saying how gross. When caught by my mom they stated it was to show the Dr., Really how unprofessional and rude. My mom cried so much over the way she was treated. Don't take your family to this place.

Worst service ever! They say I tested positive for Covid yet I have no symptoms also tested negative twice prior to my hospital stay with two other Covid tests. They put us in isolation my partner was tested negative and he is not allowed to leave the room at all if he does he can not come back. I’m up here in the maternity ward just had a c-section yesterday and I swear my husband and I are just treated like animals. They barely come check on us, we get cold meals and guests are not allowed to choose their meals or substitute it if they can’t eat it, we’re not allowed to order food from door dash because no one will bring it to us we can’t order food online from the cafeteria and pay with our own money because again no one can bring it to us. It’s just terrible. We pretty much have no rights and just have to sit here and suffer til we can go home. I hate it here! Fresno Community hospital has way better service than this place. This place is hell.

The rug in the hallway is so dirty and gross. It seems the ER nurses are mostly travelers, which isn't always a bad thing, but trying to find supplies, can be difficult. It does show that the local nurses, don't want to work there. The state mandates a 4:1 ratio, in the ER, but you at least get 5 or more patients. No privacy, patients lined up in the hallway. It seemed a lot of the patients were waiting up to 48 hrs to get a bed, when admitted.

Well the rest of the hospital was great and I had great Drs the ER was bad. Lack of communication on what tests needed to be done, mixing me up with other people and performing tests I didn't need I was not Nicole with a blood clotting disorder, I'm Nicole with an appendix about to rupture. After 12hrs of the wrong tests/orders getting asking every nurse/tech if this was the right tests for abdominal pain, I finally received that accurate and correct tests to diagnose me. I eventually was in the ER in a room with 6-7 other ppl I understand there was not beds and that's fine with I knew from family members working at Clovis and Fresno that they were impacted too. We had a great CNA looking after us and pressuring the nurses to give us out meds after 3 hr of waiting like my COVID test, antibiotics and pain relief. Then after 1:30am he left for the night and from 1:30-7am we all received not much care except for blood cultures and vitals. Around 4a I began to feel pain again and began to ask any tech to get a nurse so I could get pain reliever again I never saw a nurse or Dr enter the room from 130-7am. So after another 3hr of asking 10 times at 7am a new RN came on staff and gave us all our required meds and labs. My covid test was lost twice and that was the only thing keeping me from getting my required surgery. It was the most painful experience and upon asking old staff that worked there that this was not the correct care I was supposed to be receiving. I was in the ER from 12pm to 1130am the next day. Go to Clovis or Fresno community I've always gotten good care from there felt listened to and supported. I can only feel for the Nicole having her leg swollen up from a blood clotting disorder and being in an emergency situation

Had to send my ward there and I realize how busy they are, but 6 hours later and losing her she has yet to be seen. She has been having issues with her stomach that need to be checked. She is unable to walk and swelling is an issue. The nurse told me that my ward knew this, but if I pick her up now I'm not sure how to get her to walk in her home and use the bathroom that is impossibly to master.

After experienceing constant pain, fatigue, coughing, and feeling lumps on my chest and neck for a while year, I checked myself in at the ER may 30th. Right away I was taken because they saw how sick I was. My experience was very well. I had many test done, biopsy, echogram, colonoscopy, and much more. I was officially diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma within a week being in there. I spent most of June in the hospital to under go chemotherapy. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I had great conversations with the nurses. I have some Filipino in me and Everytime I told that to the Filipino nurses, they instantly loved me. I may of had only a few bad interactions with a few nurses but that's about it. One of them didn't log in that I took a certain chemo pill and later on in the day that became a big ordeal. Another nurse woke me up at midnight just to tell me I had to wash up and get my sheets charged. This was odd because I usually do this around 10am. Other than that, great staff. One last thing, the meals are actually decent. They feed you pretty well here. After every meal, they gave me a snack in-between.

Worst hospital in Fresno. They leave you in the er for hours without ever doing anything for you if they decide your not a priority. My wife has blood clots and was sent to the er by st.agnes urgent care for an ultrasound, we sat for 4 hours without one test. Only questions that we already answered in the referral we gave them in the beginning. This is just recently too. In the past we have waited 8+ hours for nothing. Waiting in an empty er and never getting called makes you think no one's doing anything. They disregard your symptoms and leave suffering patients waiting hours upon hours til they get frustrated and leave. Then wanna call hours later when they figure out they messed up and look incompetent because there is something seriously wrong with you. Worst care and worst attitude in the industry. Also they force vaccinate people so if you don't wanna be unhumanely vaccinated with a vaccine that kills don't go to st. Agnes.. Clovis community is by far the better choice.

Angel from the visitor pass entrance was so rude and borderline harassing us. I understand doing your job and following rules but she definitely lacked compassion. People are there to visit loved ones who are very sick and we’re all going through a hard time. She didn’t have to be rude.

Had my son at this hospital. The labor and delivery staff were beyond incredible. I had to do two stress tests prior to his birth and they were super thoughtful and supportive. The day of his birth the check in was great, again super thoughtful and supportive. Both night and day shifts both in labor and delivery were amazing. The anesthesiologist who did my epidural was fantastic. The lactation consult was super incredible. Great hospital to have a baby at

This place has gone to sh!+. The once gem in the valley is now the most disgusting, filthy, poorly ran hospital. Poor policies, I'm guessing. Patients and loved ones must wait outside. Dried vomit, blood, and other stuff all over the floor, the bathroom is even worse, urine smell is pretty strong also. Saint Agnes should be embarrassed!!! Shame on you!!!! Don't get me started on the 9 plus hours of waiting to be seen, and 2 different Dr. Giving 3 different answers, losing results, and losing paperwork. Sad Sad Days.

Delivery via c-section anesthesiologist was the best he went over what was gonna happen and unfortunately things went south with my body nothing they could do but be patient with me going under general anesthesia. There is 1 nurse i didn't see her face or her name but I heard her voice being rude and saying "finally" to me going under. If it wasn't for nurse Roth 4th floor maternity for caring about me but that's all I had the worst pains and she was the only 1 who helped or knew anything they were not concerned for me and released me way to early I didn't feel comfortable

My mother was in and out of the hospitals (Community Medical Center) for the past 5 months due to a terminal disease/cancer. This last time she fell ill she asked to be taken here. The amount of compassion, care and transparency from the doctors was outstanding. They kept us informed of every change with my mother. We did NOT get this with Community Medical Centers. My mother unfortunately took a turn for the worse and we had to make the decision to remove her from life support. They were beyond patient and kind to us. We did not feel rushed or that we were a bother. They answered all of our questions and then more. They brought us coffee and snacks while we waited for them to have everything prepped and ready to go. In hindsight the waiting was a blessing. My mother passed on the same calendar date as my little sister (she passed 5 years ago), within 60 seconds of the exact time. This was a sign that it was my mothers time to join my little sister, her youngest daughter with our lord and savior. For all those leaving negative reviews, this is a Hospital. It is not traditionally a "happy place" and wait times are rough. BUT that is due to lack of proper staffing EVERYWHERE since Covid. If you look up all hospitals in the area the ratings are about the same due to similar issues. This is the new healthcare system, learn to adapt or join the medical field and try to fix it. The main reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking situation is horrible. As a handicap person there are not nearly enough handicap spots. This lead to me having to park far and walk. They need a larger parking structure to accommodate staff and visitors.

Came in for a horrible sore throat that I’ve never experienced before so instead of going to an urgent care I came here just in case it was something more serious. Came in at 5:45am and left at almost 3 in the afternoon. It was definitely the longest I’ve ever waited but it was expected. Got talked to three different people but after 10 ish got called in for blood work then another hour after I got called back to get ivs and pain meds. I got everything done pretty quickly after that. The nurses were most helpful with information and let me know they were short staffed and had problems with their system the night before so of course there were a lot of people to be seen and had still been waiting. Howver, after the doctor came to talk to me about my results he expected me to know my own diagnosis which didn’t make any sense but did rule out anything serious and asked if I’d like more pain meds which I agreed to. I came in not being able to swallow (almost completely closed and hard to speak) and left in almost to little to no pain. They prescribed me antibiotics afterwards. I’m glad I got answers . But didn’t anticipate such a long wait time. Although I’m glad I never left. Their jobs are high in demand so it’s important we take time to appreciate the help we can get.

Me and my wife were forced to use this hospital for her pregnancy. We were hesitant from the beginning after seeing the reviews, I can now say I can whole heartedly not recommend this place. My wife's water broke in the waiting room at 1500 and she was told that she had to wait until a bed was available. Which didn't happen until several hours later 1900, she had to sit in wet clothes most of the day in the waiting room UNSAT. We welcomed our son into the world, unfortunately he was admitted to the NICU. Most of the nurses were great while others could defiantly get a refresher on bed side manner. the day that our son was supposed to be released we were told that someone from the NICU would give us a call at 1800, no call happened. My wife ended up calling at 2000 to our delight we were that we son was cleared to come home. The unfortunate part is that we had to put or other boys to bed, so we asked if we could pick him up after school drop off the next day. We are new to the area and have no family in the area. We were told that we would have to pay out of pocket because he was cleared to come home. What would have happened if we had never called. While I understand these nurses are dealing with a lot in the NICU I do not agree with their process. I have heard the healthcare in the Central Valley is lacking as a family that has been blessed to have our family all over the country I can say that this was the WORST experience we have had by far!!!

The staff was very friendly. I would like to thank Dr shah for taking good care of my mother. He called me several times during her stay and kept me informed of her health. My main complaint is that the nurses didn't change her often enough and she got a severe rash..when you give a patient a diuretic they should be changed more frequently. Because she was elderly they didn't want her out of the bed for fear of falling ,so they put an adult diaper on her. Once or twice a day or even three times isn't enough to change a patient on diuretics...ugh..everything else was satisfactory..

This hospital is great! They stayed focused on my wife’s care. I watched as the staff kept interacting with all the patients in the ER. They seemed to make everyone feel like they matter. We have been to other hospitals that need to come here and see how a real hospital works

Staff treat spouses like they are “visitors” instead of including them rightfully in the care team - especially when the patient cannot speak for themselves. When incidents occur, they don’t bother to call the spouse and provide an update or even call even when they all have been instructed to call the spouse and given the information to do so. Nevertheless, admitting will happily call you before the doctors and nurses to make sure they get your insurance information.

Currently sitting in their waiting room, 5.5 hours later and still not a thing done. There are only 8 people in the waiting room and they’re somehow still so incredibly terrible at doing their jobs. 5 people in the past 40 minutes have discharged themselves after nothing more than their vitals were taken twice. Do no waste your time on this place. There here for the money and seem to do anything but their jobs, including the triage nurses that were watching TikTok videos instead of paying attention to the vitals they were “taking”. I asked how I submit a complaint and was ignored and shoved to the side before discharging myself.

I'm usually treated well here but was extremely disappointed tonight. I went in with a head laceration, that they said needed treatment. It was immediately poorly wrapped in gauze by them which rapidly filled with blood and dripped down my face and was making a mess all over me and the lobby as i asked for assistance to properly wrap it. They wrapped it again and said it definitely needs stitches. They were aware i was in severe pain and lost a lot of blood. I was cold with no blanket available and no pain pills given. I felt like i was being tortured for 2 more hours, to receive the medical treatment i needed. Opposite of the purpose of a hospital. So i guess i have to risk my luck with glue and i left. The other patients were way more concerned then any medical professionals seemed and that's just sad.

My partner is currently in the ICU, if it weren't for the team at St Agnes he would have died because Community hospital didn't diagnose his condition correctly at all. I am extremely grateful for St Agnes for the level of care he is receiving. My only concern is with the visiting hours, I mean really, COVID isn't going to be deterred by vising hours , it could enter between 11-7 just as easily as it would if you allowed people in at any other time, if the carrier were Asymptomatic. I'm mean, really, my partner didn't have it when he went in there, but they gave him a COVID test after being there 2 weeks and he sure has it now . But other than that I am appreciative and very grateful.

The worst experience! They didn’t let me go with him but were letting everyone else in. The charge RN or RN supervisor told me she’s been there since 7AM (this was at 8:30pm) like I forced her to pick her career! It’s past 11pm so I suppose she is working a 24 hour shift! I work in a hospital setting so I know 65% of what she said was incorrect.. staying civil right now and will NEVER bring my loved one here!

I just wanna shout out the WHOLE team who helped my family give birth to our daughter. From being signed in to the E.R. to being admitted to getting our first room and all the nurses who helped to our second room. Then our third. My unexpected birth journey was as smooth as possibly could have been thanks to all the doctors and nurses. The meals were hot and delicious every meal. My meds were offered on time. Lactation nurse was awesome. Everyone was willing to help and really showed they cared. A+ hospitality and care. I am forever grateful to the entire team from beginning to end. This being my first c-section birth, it was downright scary to even think about. But everything went so smooth, and all thanks to my St. Agnes medical team. Thank you all from my whole heart. ❤️

Absolute worst experience of my life in that hospital. I’ve had 24 surgeries and have stayed at numerous facilities and this by far was the worst place. From the food, staff leaving trays stacked on my bed, to the poor service from the nursing staff, I had one nurse asked me if I thought she was going to kill me. This was randomly at two in the morning when she walked in. This Hass to be one of the worst facilities to stay at. Do not have surgery there! I recommend community over St Agnes any day

Literally this is the worst hospital I've ever been to!!! Since I move back to Fresno and lost my health insurance. I had to get medical, well I decided to go through St Agnes to get a doctor. Biggest mistake I've ever done in my life. These people have no compassion towards the LGBTQ+ community. When I spoke to their new patient scheduling I specifically ask if they had LGBTQ+ friendly doctors. The response to the girl was so condescending and rude. The only thing she said was that all other doctors are friendly and that I have to deal with whatever they have. So when I chose a doctor, I wasn't aware that St Agnes love to dump medical patients to new doctor students. So when I had the doctor student that was assigned to me I explained my situation and he literally didn't know how to deal with me. The majority of all my visits were him googling prescriptions and him googling stuff that he didn't know how to talk about. In conclusion if you have medical they give you a student and if your LGBTQ+ they discriminate.

Worst hospital ever!! Took me twelve hours to see my spouse. Or to know something about him. They didn’t tell me he was out of surgery, and I called the patient liaison to discuss this issue, and I told her about how bad the reviews were and she denied it. She said their clinicians were good , but their focus was not on customer satisfaction or ethical issues. I was pretty appalled when she said that , I thought who hired you. Do you not realize your job title is patient liaison ?

My son, 30 yo, was taken to the hospital by ambulance for internal bleeding. He was there 6 weeks, had 3 abdominal surgeries, sepsis and lost 70 lbs while there. They sent him home with an open incision (stem to stern) - no stitches or staples, an ostomy bag, a second open stoma, 10 pain pills, no follow up, no rehab, no visiting nurse, no physical therapy. They did manage the sepsis while there, I'll give them that. Oh, and he got Covid midway through the experience. Most of the staff and doctors exhibited care and concern but the conditions of discharge were appalling.

My aunt that's from Fresno was also hospitalize at St. Agnes recently, was there for 2 weeks, she was discharged on Wednesday. She went in complaining of abdominal pain and had low oxygen, she also got wurst being at St. Agnes ended up with a weird horrible cough that turned into bronquitis, was vomiting constantly, was not able to eat anything, lost weight. According to the "doctors" all her test where normal except her appendix but since they didn't find Inflammation it was not necessary to do surgery. She was discharged with oxygen tank, cough, back pain. She has been home 4 days and my cousin called me today saying she's not getting any better she has a lot of cough and Phlegm, she's contently vomiting and can't eat and the little she is able to eat she vomits. We need to find another hospital ASAP How can St. Agnes discharge PTS under this condition??? Is it because the ED is always full with long lines and they need beds??? If something happens to my aunt St. Agnes will be responsible she's over 70 years old. What is going on this Discrimination? AND PLEASE DON'T SEND ME A MESSAGE ASKING ME TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO FURTER DISCUS FOR WHAT? WHY DIDN'T YOUR CASE COORDINATOR REBECCA EVER RETURNED MY CALLS WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR HELP FOR NOT HAVING HOME HEALTH SCHEDULED PROPERLY OR WHEN I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTORS ABOUT MY MOMS HEALTH. BAD HOSPITAL 100%

The staff was incredible and kind. I went in with some very bad heart palpitations and my blood pressure was not normal. Every single person was kind and nice to me! And the Dr. Was amazing. Thank you Saint Agnes

My grandma is currently in the hospital here. They don’t have patience, took 2 hours to bring her a grilled cheese sandwich and the nurses are very rude. Nobody here is professional. When we showed up to the emergency her pulse was at 36bpm and had her waiting 12 hours on top of that while it wasn’t even packed. Slow and unprofessional staff that needs to be reviewed and replaced. I'm doing more work than the nurses, I have to help her up, check on her legs, and help her drink, and eat. These are the WORST nurses in the state I promise you. I thought that community downtown was bad but this place makes them look like a 5-star hospital. You guys are truly horrible at your jobs. Why would you go into nursing not caring or having any compassion for your patients, the janitors have more compassion for people than these nurses. All they do is stand in a circle talk and laugh while their patients require care.

Absolutely the worst care for patients and their loved ones I've ever seen before. To many security guards in the ER and they kick the loved ones out in to the freezing cold including the elderly. Didn't receive any real answers to anything and they are so rude on top of everything. I only recommend this hospital if you don't want to surviv. According to the lawsuits I read about after my visit I really advise you go ANYWHERE ELSE. If you value your life 🙏

After my sister's horrific treatment at Saint Agnes, it was horrible reading the reviews and knowing she was in the care of these people. Sis was brought to St Agnes for emergency labor. She did have one Dr who was compassionate, but no one that works there is on the same page and the nursing staff in the labor ward are absolute sadists. My sister was denied water for three days, and food for five. When I filed a complaint with the hospital she was interrogated and again begged for food and water, which the nursing staff was again directed to provide, which the nursing staff refused to do for hours. After more threats of lawsuits for medical neglect, an "advocate" was sent in upon discharge to advise my sister that if she has issues with stress and trauma from her experience at Saint Agnes that she may be deemed unfit and have her newborn taken from her. Hoping to find an attorney soon and sue the heck out of Saint Agnes, but if you have a choice avoid this place!

My mom was admitted to the ER for a blood clot. They took care of her very well. Then she stayed to have a lung biopsy which she had been avoiding. She wasn't well enough to perform the procedure, but the level of care, compassion, and love given by everyone was outstanding. It made her last days on earth comfortable. I would only say the food could have been better since she had to have soft foods and they kept feeding her mashed turkey, mashed potatoes, and carrots. God Bless everyone at Saint Agnes and I would choose this hospital for myself.
