This place overbooked so badly that they are sending women down the way to see a different nurse practitioner. Took my sister to her 9 a.m. appointment its nearly 12 p.m. and she still hasn't been called back. They don't hold a restroom key for the hall bathroom. They're negligent. Lost my sister's lab results twice now. Those are confidential documents as they Can't locate them! They have poor some policies in place as well. Warning to mothers: No children over 6 months and under 13 years old. What!? Because some excuse about a sick child getting a pregnant woman ill several years ago when they allowed children. 1 sick child after years of no sick children incidents. Well all adults as well as children, and pregnant or not women can be ill or carrying an a illness with no apparent signs or symptoms. Asymptomatic. So blocking a select group, who are usually cared for by their mothers if they aren't in school, only inconveniences their patients and causes women who need care & have difficulty finding other places to get care to be in a bad situation. Forced to choose to either get care and get childcare or don't get care because you don't have childcare. Since they mostly see families in hardship, they should know that childcare usually isn't cheap. Now I live in another city in another county. I'm babysitting outside the office. They don't provide a restroom key and they are not punctual with their appointments. This place has poor practices, expects you to be punctual, but they are far from punctual, and they don't book responsibly. An office should not ever have to send their patients to another office to be seen because they were irresponsible when they scheduled their patients. Poor business management. Poor time management. Poor staff management. Negligent.

They just dropped my fiancee as a patient when she's 31 weeks pregnant. They schedule you an appointment then always, and I mean always make you wait three or more hours before getting seen after your appointment time. I'm 100% positive they triple and if at the least double book appointments, allow walk-ins to be seen before people with an appointment, and constantly lie about how long until you will be seen probably do you stay longer just so they can make money off of you from your insurance company which is unfair to patients with appointments. If a walk-in is such an emergency to be seen they should send them to the hospital next door. With long wait times and then dropping them as a patient because they have to reschedule because of how long they want to take to see a patient because they have to go get kids or can't afford to constantly pay a babysitter for 4 or 5 hours every time they have an appointment is completely unfair treatment and is now going to result in a grievance complaint and possibly a lawsuit for mental anguish. My fiancee didn't need shaken up that badly over now not having an obgyn at 31 weeks pregnant and that distress resulted in is being in an emergency room until a little over midnight and when she is stressed I'm sure it doesn't do good with the baby and this will result in me finding an attorney for a grievance/malpractice suit against them. I'm honestly shocked they think it's ethical to drop someone as a patient because they can't stay for their appointment after already being there for almost two hours and have to reschedule when that patient is 31 weeks pregnant. Any obgyn knows stress on a pregnant person is not fine and they caused a lot of unnecessary stress over simply having to reschedule.

Been here once a while back and don't plan on ever coming back. The staff is rude!! The front lady to begin with is rude, she was very serious the whole time when I came in asking for appointment. She seemed mad about having to work & that I was asking questions. The other girls seem the same for the most part, they are all serious they none even smile or greet patients happily, they look bitter. The old white lady with glasses was the one who saw me and I did not like her. Not only was she serious the whole time, she grabbed my tights and slid my bottom down the bed to do my pap, she could have asked and I would have adjusted to how she needed but instead she pulled me down! she seemed mad with her botox looking face (her face looks like it's gonna break if she smiles or talks), not once did she smile or anything which makes the experience even worse for any lady going here to be seen by her. That attitude makes patients feel uncomfortable and we leave without asking the questions we wish we could have asked during the visit, the Mexican doctor was the only who seemed friendly, she at least said "hi" when I walked in to leave my urine. The vibe at this place is weird. The lobby is sloppy with the major amount of adults and the 10+ kids that each adult seems to bring in, gets so crowded people can't even sit. It's loud and messy!

Dropped me as a patient 30 weeks pregnant so because of that I wasn't able to get a new doctor. I wanted to switch doctors before that and when I asked to switch they made me my an appointment only to cancel it charge me and drop me as a patient. You will literally wait 2-3 hours for a 5 min appt

Worst obgyn office I ever experienced. They keep rescheduling my appts without me knowing and always pressuring me to come in my appt even when I told them I couldn't make it. Long wait hours as well. I would go somewhere else not here. I highly don't recommend this office.
