I visited Concentra for a pre employment physical, drug screen, lab, immunization, and mask fit test. It took 5 hrs! It took 2 hours alone to get registered. I had to wait an extremely long time between each section of the visit. One staff member brought me to an area and was going to start a task that was already completed, I explained it to her but the task wasn't initialled on my chart so she said she had to find the person who completed it or I had to redo it. At one point they lost me and called my cellphone because they thought I'd went home. However, I was sitting in an exam room waiting. The center was over run with patients. The staff all looked very stressed and unorganized.

I was here for 3 separate service over 2 days. I was at the facility on average of 2.5 hours each time. The first day I was told their system was down and I could wait if I want or leave. They tried to tell me leaving was the better option. As I made my arrangements to stay or go with my employer after 2 hours I was called back and another worker said the system wasn’t down never had been 30 minutes of procedure 2 hours The second day now had more services to do but before we could another hour wait.

A good place when you are injured. The staff is always smiling and welcoming you in. Will take a extra step for you. If need. Physical therapy staff will offer you snacks and water also. Physical therapy is awesome. Need more people like them If it was possible, I would give them a 10+.

Better make an appointment and its not advisable to just walk in or you will have a long line awaits you. only 1 registration number per day, make sure to try do all services in 1 day or else you will ask your employer to generate 1 more registration number. They will not let you have a physical exam in the afternoon specially if they have a lot of people to cover that day so better be early.

There were so many people in the waiting room and the wait time was so long. I was told because I was just getting a blood draw that it would be pretty fast because I wasn’t actually seeing a provider. Everyone who was there before me & even a few people who got there after me were seen before me. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple blood draw when I was told there was only ONE person in front of me. However, the staff were all nice.

My experience was nice staff they were all very professional and respectful a definite plus.As I was sitting there waiting for my turn to come people came in and out some happy some not. They were very demanding of the staff but they stood there ground and remained calm and professional. I guess what I am trying to say is if you treat people with respect you will receive respect. Like anything else a little patience goes a long way so have a seat look at your phone trust the process.

Not pleased with physician who seen me. Was very prejudice, critical & rude to me. Didn't respect 500.oo $ in testing at Eye Care Medical I supplied. My 1st negative comment to you in 40 yrs. Forcing masks after past 3 yrs caused my glasses to fog, messing my eye test up. 🙃 All other staffing was Awesome !

I only went here because I had a work related injury and this is the establishment my company uses, unfortunately. I arrived around 7:30 am and I left just a little bit before 12 noon. I waited almost 5 hours here while in pain and discomfort. I probably would’ve been seen quicker in the ER. I’ve been to 3 urgent cares in the Clovis/Fresno area, never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. I waited almost 4 hours to be seen here, unacceptable. I understand it’s busy, but so is every other urgent care and they manage to see patients within 20 minutes or less. Employees are also unprofessional. One of the medical students was laughing at my injury and stated it was because he had “dark humor”. I just felt like these people don’t take their job seriously and are not professional. Overall terrible experience, never waited 5 hours at an “urgent” care. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s worth driving to a further location just get seen in a timely manner.

Honestly this is the best Concentra I have been to and I go to them all over the country for pre-employment requirements. People that show up and think things are going to be fast or have no wait have unreasonable expectations. I waited 20 minutes (much less than the 90min they quoted) after filling out paper work and was taken back quickly to complete what needed to be done. The MAs were also super nice and genuinely seemed to like their jobs.

The staff here were very fast and efficient. It was pouring rain and my car had broken down and I had to take a Lyft to my appointment. After they let me wait inside until my Lyft arrived. Even offered me water and pretzels, so sweet!

The staff was so nice and professional! And, they had snacks :). And they show home improvement videos in the lobby! If I had to complain I would not. I do recommend chairs that are not cloth in the lobby though. Just for sanitation purposes

Did a 7am walk in for a pre-employment physical, left at 8:30am. All of the staff were friendly and thorough except for the doctor that was impatient, rude, and dismissive for the few minutes I saw her. Lacked people skills, ignored my answers to questions, and made the whole visit uncomfortable. Front desk staff were prompt and thorough, also very busy. Physical therapy and nurse staff were friendly & knowledgeable, and employees seem to try to make space accommodating for clients.

I went in for a drug test for work. I made sure to drink a lot of water prior. Well their systems were having issues and the wait time was long due to the system kinks. I had to pee so bad and was uncomfortable waiting while they called support to fix the issues. That’s the only reason for the loss of a star. The staff was really nice. The check in was easy. The actual process of the drug screen was quick. The facility was clean.

I had a 9am appointment and did not get seen until 11am. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for check out because my information was not on the computer. I needed to be at work. I also had physical therapy at 8am. So, my entire visit was 4 hours, just for a recheck and physical therapy. The staff was great, but length of time was not.

I liked to start off by saying this location has been the most pleasant one I have visited throughout the other locations within the city. Today was no different! Very pleasant staff, waiting room was not overcrowded, felt very comfortable and clean while you wait to be called upon. They also even provided television to watch while you wait seated inside the lobby. My tech Anniyah Glaze was very much friendly and a pleasure to encounter proceeding through the entire process. She made it feel very non-invasive and was so polite and personable. She is great! Keep up the terrific work here Anniyah, Concentra should be very happy to have someone like yourself be apart of their team. No complaints here, very efficient and painless procedure whenever I visit this location. I cannot say the same for some other(s) locations that I have been to in the past.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Myself and my HR got a little confused about the time and thought it was an appointment. The front girls helped me figure everything out and were super nice about it all. Then I got called back and the lady who helped me with my drug screening for employment was fantastic! Kind, funny, made the whole experience 10 times better! I have now told all my staff to go to the location on 1st street because of how amazing they are!

The staff is friendly overall. Stayed for 4+hours total just to get done quick as others come and go so easily. I'm more disappointed when I'm in the patient room hearing lots of chatting of outside talk while waiting very long about an hour. The workers may be skilled of what they do but it feels like the passion to help the people in need is fading. If you have at least 3-5 hours of free time to get what is needed to be done then this place is for you.

I needed a specific type of physical, and I stopped by the East location off of Jensen ave, and they sent me away. I decided to try the N First st location, and the staff was so kind and professional. The staff took the time to review my paperwork, and got me in for the physical same day. I did have to wait a couple of hours, but I expected to wait considering it is a walk-in facility. My paperwork stated that I needed an MD to complete the physical and not a PA or NP, and the staff set me up with Dr. Parvez. Dr. Parvez was great! He had a positive attitude, he was professional, and he was friendly. This was my first time using a walk-in facility, and I was impressed. I would absolutely return and recommend.

Staff were unpleasant and slow. I arrived about 5 minutes before opening time, but still before staff opened the building. 7:00am on the dot staff enters the building, then takes another 10-15 minutes getting everything in place. With only 2 people in front of me, I still had to wait for over 50 minutes just to be seen for a drug screening. I ended up being late for my job because the staff was so slow. Not that it’s the fault of the staff, but the hours of operation do not line up well if you have a full time job.

Had a scheduled appointment at 0900 for pre-employment physical and drug testing. Didn't get called back until 1030. Aside from an hour and a half wait, everyone was very polite and professional. Once I was in the back, things went rather quickly. Just peeved I had to wait that long when I had a scheduled appointment time

Was sent here for a work physical, drug screen and lab draw. This place is so poorly run. They are severely understaffed and it is amazing that the few employees there still work there. I initially went on a Friday at 10:30 am and was told they are no longer taking walk-ins for work physicals, so I asked to make an appointment for the following week and of course they don’t have anything available. So the girl at the desk tells me to come early on Monday. I get there at 7:40 am and am told there are 11 walk-ins in front of me. I waited for 5 hours to get this all completed (after 2.5 hours I kept telling myself “it can’t be that much longer!”) and at the end they gave me two pieces of paper that said I was cleared for work with my name spelled wrong. They shouldn’t advertise as taking walk-ins if they have no staff, what a complete mess of an urgent care. I will NEVER go back here or refer anyone here. The front desk staff deals with absolutely rude and disrespectful people, they need a raise and two more people hired to help. Get it together Concentra!

The staff here was very friendly. BUT! Expect to spend an entire day here. I came yesterday to do a walk in physical and TB for my employer and they were no longer taking walk-ins due to short staff due to COVID. I returned today and arrived at 7am (by which time there was already a line of people outside). I was FINALLY called in at about 1pm (so I had at this point been waiting 6 hours!). I ended up finally leaving here at 2pm.

Typical dive workman’s comp and drug test center. Nobody cares and they’re even slower than a real doctors office. Over an hour to get a TB test for two annual exams now. Next year I’m paying out of pocket for Wellness Mart for the TB portion. I used them a few years ago and it was painless and professionally ran.

I didn’t have a great experience on my initial visit. The wait time was extremely long. Although I was a walk in I understand the need to see patients with appointments first. My wait was 4 1/2 hours long before I was even put in a room. I was in pain and let the front desk know, still no rush. I was the absolute last patient to be seen right before 5 pm. All I heard was chatter about everyone being in a hurry to go home. The doctor was very courteous. But I did feel the rush to get me out. I was given papers and told I was done and could leave out the front with no explanation of my injury. I’m hopeful that my follow up doesn’t go the same way.

Overall experience was good. Staff was nice and helpful. When I was scheduled to come in at 1pm the physician were going on lunch, so I had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. After that the process took 15 minutes to do a drug test, physical, and TB test. With tb test the placement could have been better. Both physician at this clinic and clinic in Ontario CA looked at my arm confused of why she poked me so low on arm. It left a bruise.

Extremely unorganized process for employee health screens. I had a 1pm appointment and wasn’t called up to complete check in paper work until 1:45 upon which I was informed I’d need an n95 mask. This should’ve been communicated ahead of time either during when I scheduled my appointment or when I initially checked in at 1 for my appointment, so I wouldn’t have to go around searching stores for an n95

Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to Mera and another nurse there that was able to help me get my physical the same day. Came in around 8:15am for a pre employment screening for my job. The front desk said at first I couldn’t do the physical exam and have to come back the next day as a walk in. Then front desk said come back at 10 am if I would like so we can do the Physical exam as there would be one available that time. I asked if i would be able to do everything by noon as I have another appointment (last time it took over 4 hrs for everything) She couldn’t guarantee so never mind. Fast forward to 9am, i was still waiting at the lobby, so i asked her since I’m still waiting can we do the physical exam with everything I’m still waiting to do. She said we couldn’t because paper work has already been given to the other staff. 9:35 am comes and they finally call me in. The staff assigned to me was able to add the physical as well as the urine drug test that was supposed to be part of today’s screen as well. Everything was done and the physical thankfully. It is now 12:06pm and I am still waiting to check out. Prepare to wait here especially as a walk in. I work in the medical field so I know how it is to be short staffed. However I also think there should be a better organization as the wait times are just way too long.

At first glance as you enter this facility, you see a room full of patients. My first thought is how long is this going to take.. Only to be reminded that you never judge a book by its cover… The staff are compassionate in providing the best patient-centered care. The staff ensures a positive work environment. The management staff are proactive in getting each patient the care they deserve. I appreciate the great team work and communication. I highly recommend Concentra and staff!!! Thank you for all you do!!! Mee Burton

I came in the afternoon on a Thursday and it was like 4:15 and one the receptions told me to come back the next day since there was only one doctor. Then she wrote something on my paper to let the other receptions know that I can be first in line before the other patients. The next day I come around 8 am and I didn’t get called back until 10:30. What’s crazy is for those who came after me were able to be seen before me. The physical was fine but something needs to me done about patients waiting for a long time.

I went in for a nerve test and Dr. Bullock was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, explained every step he was going to do as he was doing them, made sure I was comfortable, and was very kind. His bedside manners were a 10/10!!!

The nurses are very nice and polite. My physical therapist, I guess was new so he wasn’t as personable as I would have liked and he wasn’t as friendly as I would have liked. I know it’s his job to put the information in but you’re not supposed to ignore your patient while you’re doing that.
