Absolutely brilliant experience. I put off going to the dr for a month because I knew I needed an X-ray, with no one to watch my sons while it was being done. A whole host of personal issues put the visit off but I’m so glad I decided to come here! Not only did a super nice nurse watch my children for a few (which she did NOT have to do at all) the x ray tech, the registration nurses…everyone handled the business with grace and understanding and I really felt seen. I’m a cellist at Fresno State and this is my last semester before I earn my MA. My hands are incredibly important to me and my diagnosis today was confirmation that I can in fact play for the next 40 years after my sprain heals. I just need to take it easy (as easy as possible with two toddlers lol) you don’t know how much I dread going to the dr, and today was really amazing. Thank you to everyone for your help and your kindness.

Was advised by my insurance carrier to go to this place after the fiasco with AFC. I went to the website, completed the information and according to their website, I would get a call for an appointment to go in. That was at around 12 noon. 5pm, I still had not received a call, so I called them. You call a local number but it rang to a call center in Bakersfield. I received a link, filled it out again and was told I had an appointment at 7pm. By this time my palm is so swollen I cannot slip my bracelets on. I arrived to be told that my info was incomplete, so I did it again... and then the attendant wanted to charge me $35 copay even though I told her it should be $15. Another attendant told her it should be $15 so they decided I would get billed. This is my first experience with urgent care facilities and God willing, my last. The saving grace was the PA who checked me and the xray tech who were very gracious and helpful.

Accelerated Urgent Care provided the most caring, empathetic care possible. Every professional knew their job and treated my bro-in-law with dignity. He is in the throes of End Stage Renal Disease. Wound care was given and Xrays to make sure no bone involvement. It was an amazing experience to see such thorough care.Accelerate Urgent Care is the best urgent Care in Fresno.

Very professional and I didn't wait long. Doctor was punctual. I had to have x-rays and the technician was compassionate. Receptionist was exceptional. Pleasant and friendly not to mention helpful and patient with the patient that forgot my glasses. If I ever have any further medical problems I'm going back there. THANK YOU

I've come a couple of times with my grandson when we weren't able to get into his regular pediatrician & I REALLY didn't regret, like I thought I might. They were very quick but very thorough. They addressed every concern we had. I liked it so much I recommended it to my mom when she wasn't feeling well and she also really liked it. The wait time was short every time we've gone. The front desk ladies are very respectful and professional. The back office was very caring, very patient. I would recommend this place to anyone! The entire office is very clean. The ladies come out to sanitize the lobby quite often. The restrooms are also very well kept.

In many ways being a patient is easy, we risk very little, yet enjoy the care and selflessness of the medical staff taking care of us. We love to complain about long wait times, which is frustrating when we are not feeling our best. But the bitter truth we patients must face, that in the grand scheme of things, that the time it takes for the front staff to make sure we don’t get an expensive bill, shows how much they genuinely care. But there are times When a patient truly risk something and that is in the discovery of an urgent care they have never been to. The world is often unkind to receptionist, nurses and doctors. The medical staff need friends. Last night I experienced something truly amazing an extraordinary experience from a singularly, very unexpected urgent care. To say that both the experience and staff have a challenge my preconceptions about urgent cares is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my distain for horrible staff, but I realize only now do I truly understand what great health care is. You can go to some other urgent care and live, or you can go to Accelerated urgent care and thrive. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now working at Accelerated, who is, in this patients opinion, nothing less than the finest in Fresno. I will be returning to Accelerated urgent care in case I get sick again, hungry for more.

I went for the first time and I was blown away at how nice everyone was. Especially the receptionist with short black hair and glasses. She was so informative and caring and made me feel so at ease. The entire staff was nice the nurse who took my sons vitals was sweet and the doctor was funny. I would definitely return.

If you’re looking for a good urgent care this one is definitely the one to go to! I made an appointment online the night before I went in the next morning and the ladies there were super nice! I was literally in and out within 30 minutes and it was super clean! If I ever need to go to urgent care again I’ll definitely be coming back here again! Highly recommend.

I took my 1 year old to be seen about his cough. Wait time was about 2 hrs, which was a reasonable wait time. It was Busy & Full. But they were working efficiently & consistent flow… once they got us to the back it was very quick & we were out. My son finally got medication that helped his cough immensely with just the first dosage… I highly recommend. The PA was great with my son. The staff was very kind & helpful as well… they let me wait in my car and called us when needed.. lobby is small, so having this option was great!!!

I had an excellent experience at Accelerated Urgent Care. The check in process went very well. The waiting room clean and comfortable. Masks available as needed. My interaction with the care provider was exceptional. She was professional, listened to me carefully, and her plan of care was perfect. The X-ray tech and assistant were great. Highly recommend Accelerated Urgent Care.

Best in Fresno, no fooling. I feel confident in being accurate with this review since it’s my 3rd time treated at this urgent care. Busted some ribs snowboarding, caught pneumonia, and another illness. They’re great at treating everything I swear. Quick check in process using a fairly simple app. I was in/out in about an hour all around. They have X-ray on site plus other quality testing. I felt confident that I was being treated and taken care of well. All the staff are nice. The office and bathrooms are very clean and modern. If you don’t NEED or want to go to the hospital and your primary can’t take care of you definitely recommend 10 outta 10 this Urgent Care.

This was one of the only urgent care’s still open with availability on a Sunday evening when I suspected my daughter might have pink eye instead of allergies. Made a 7pm appointment two hours ahead of time, walked in and registered right away. The facility looks newer and kept clean. Everyone was friendly and wait time was very minimal with an appointment. The young female doctor was knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely come here again and recommend if you are needing after hours care.

I was very apprehensive to go to an urgent care facility, as my past experience has taught me that it is similar to the ER. Wait times are long, staff is exhausted and unhappy, and the office is a breeding ground for germs. I was able to experience the telehealth through Accelerated and was surprised at their quick response. When our symptoms didn't go away with antibiotics, we decided to do a walk-in visit. I had prepared my daughter for this to be a long day. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and friendly the staff was. Once our paperwork was complete, it was mere minutes before we were called back. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was easy to understand. I would gladly go back to this office any time the need arises.

This was so convenient and life saving to be able to speak with a doctor via zoom call. I registered online and was responded to within the same day as well as, was able to pick up medication the same day. Felt too good to be true. Staff was welcoming and polite. Thank you so much I feel better already. And would highly recommended Accelerated Urgent Care

When I went in it was late at night it was really packed, but they moved very fast (for being as packed as it was) and had my son in and out of x-ray quickly. They were very nice and my son got the care he needed, we were in and out in less than an hour which was great giving the circumstances we were there for including x-ray and Dr visit.

Took my husband to the Herndon and Blackstone Accelerated Urgent Care. They were amazing a packed waiting room and they filtered through the patients so efficiently it took less time than we anticipated. They were all sweet and caring and took care of him and got us on our way with prescriptions sent to 24 hour pharmacy. Wonderful people and very clean facility. Thank you!

The staff and everyone that provided care for me today were exceptional! The front desk girls were professional and welcoming, the medical assistant was professional and caring, the X-ray tech once again professional, caring and welcoming. Happy to be doing her job. The physician assistant showed a warm and gentle spirit. Such an uplifting office! Congrats! You are doing something right!

I had an appointment and compared to others who walked in I was seen pretty fast. Staff was nice. I just wished they sent my prescription sooner there was a miscommunication or something and it delayed me getting my prescription, had to call a few times to get them to send it after an hour I was able to get my meds. It would have been nice to get a doctor's note for work too because I really wasn't feeling good to go in and they only gave me a note that I went to see them. I should have talked to the doctor before I left for the note cause front desk was the one that gave me the note. Otherwise, it wasn't bad overall.

I was able to make an appointment which helped me feel that I wouldn’t have a long wait when I arrived. When I arrived everything went very smoothly. The staff was kind and efficient. The doctor, Kristen was excellent. She listened to my symptoms and diagnosed me correctly. I was very happy with the experience from start to finish.

I’ve been here several times for myself and my children and have received excellent care every time. The place is clean, staff is kind and attentive, and we are always seen in a timely manner. Even when having to wait a bit, we are given a realistic and accurate timeline of what the wait time will be. There is no other Urgent Care I will go to now!

Love this urgent care! Every time I take my kids, they are fast and efficient and also caring! Their check in process and checkout process is amazing and I never feel rushed or worried. The staff is amazing front and back end and even all the providers are patient! My son had to get a procedure done and he was scared and nervous and the provider and MA made us feel safe and took care of us!

The staff was so helpful. My daughter threw up in the lobby & right away they helped me clean it up. They weren’t rude and didn’t seem bothered by it. Everything was pretty fast. Everyone was very professional & so nice. The office was clean. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Staff is patient, front desk is polite and efficient. The doctors are clear with great bed side manner. They explain diagnosis very well. The doctors also answer any questions without you feeling rushed. The rooms could be cleaner after other patients leave, but other that we only come to this Urgent Care.

I have been to many Urgent Carey’s, but I have never received complete help. I am pleasantly surprised. They called me in very quickly and within two hours they did everything they could. The doctor and nurses were very caring and ready to help. They did everything possible to find out the cause of the pain in my arm. Thank you all for the smart approach.

I walked in and was greeted right away. The receptionist was kind, asked for what she needed, explained they had a digital check-in process, and even told me how many people were in front of me! She was wonderful at setting my expectations, and made me feel seen. The nurse was friendly and efficient in taking my vitals, and she affirmed verbally what my vitals were, which kept me calm. Then she explained the rooms were filled, but that she would call me in as soon as possible. The doctor was quick to listen, knowledgeable in the test I needed, and the follow up was considerate. The office quickly followed through with my prescription, and I felt cared for. What a team effort Well Done!

Have been here several times and have been happy with the personnel and the results. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that this time they wouldn’t let me go back with my son. Because he is over 18, even though he requested it. I am a medical professional and my son has adhd so I just wanted to sit there to help him remember the details of the MD instructions, but was not allowed.

Courteous, proficient staff. Fast service. Had an easy time of the whole visit. Thank you, Accelerated Urgent Care. 🙏 Update 11/30/23 with new visit with my elderly mother. Last visit was for myself four months back. Excellent service start to finish, including chest x-rays done here in site. It is so much better than taking her to the hospital emergency room! What takes 2 hours here always takes at LEAST eight hours at hospital. 🙏

Their urgent care facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was okay, did not really go the extra mile to be warm and welcoming. The doctor I spoke with , I believe her name was Kristen, made the difference for me. She was bright and personable and listened to me. I wish she could be my primary care! Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment and only waited a few minutes in the lobby before we were sent back to the patient waiting room. Medical assistants are great with kids! Doctor came quickly, spent the appropriate amount of time. Overall, great doctors and staff. Very clean and organized urgent care. We were there 30 minutes start to finish. Appointment was a Sunday at 10:30 am. Was able to book online earlier that morning. Recommend this urgent care

All the staff from check in to the back office, X-ray tech and NP were very nice and professional. We were seen in a timely manner even though it was busy on arrival every patient was being helped in a timely manner. It was such a nice experience. Highly recommend coming here.

Overall great experience the wait was kind of long but they still got us in faster than they said all staff was very kind very helpful the practitioner was very nice and kind office is very clean and I also love that they allow us to wait in our vehicles and call our phones to come in so we don't have to wait in there overall I totally recommend accelerated urgent Care I took my daughter there I would take myself and most certainly would take anybody else in my family. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience overall. The staff was great. The physician was wonderful. My only complaint is room 5 is like being in an ice chest. I wish I had thought to ask to be shown on my foot or to see the x-ray of my actual injury. Other than that it was a fabulous experience, considering my situation.

Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Staff was very nice and helpful, office was clean, wait time was minimal and the physicians were caring. X-rays were done promptly and I was given a copy without any hassle.

My experience was terrible. My main complaint is I was there because my ear infection worsened within 24 hours since I last spoke to a doctor. I have a hearing disability but don’t use sign language; therefore, I have to bring my husband with me to make informed decisions. My disability needs trump over Covid restrictions. Covid sucks, I get it, but I still have my rights. So on top of not being able to hear, I have a clogged infected ear. Finally after asking twice and explaining I really can’t hear, they finally allow my husband in the room with me. Only to be told by the doctor the ear drops I was prescribed were correct, and I was almost sent away with nothing but a laugh because I “didn’t give the ear drops a chance”. I had to plead with him and explain the pain has travelled down to my jaw and my neck in just 24 hours and I believed ear drops were not going to help me anymore. The doctor finally relented and said, “Fine. I will prescribe you with oral antibiotics.” 3 hours of waiting for a 2 minute chat and he decided he knew better than me by just looking in my ears, but without feeling my lymph nodes or anything. I am so glad I did not give up because I am doing much better now. 2* because ultimately I ended up getting my needs met, but not without having my rights stepped on and being laughed at.

The staff was nice and very helpful with my daughter. Her heart rate was high due to sickness so they were very concerned. The doctor even called that evening to check on her. I was very impressed!
