Broke my foot. Services were relatively fast. In & out within 2 hours. However, I’m not sure if the hospital is trying to save money or what. But they couldn’t even order my crutches. It’s incredibly painful to walk, yet they have me walking on it. With a boot. Now I have to bother someone to look for crutches for me. What a joke. I’m not asking for a wheelchair. Just crutches so I can get around without being in pain. Oh & what did they give for the pain? Ibuprofen. Healthcare they give is a joke. Just got the employees apologizing for everything the hospital won’t provide.

Understaffed, overflowing ER of questionable cleanliness. Having grown up on Iowa farms I am appalled, there is not a veterinarian in the Midwest who would treat livestock the way people are treated here. I have no idea how long it takes to form a 3/4 inch dust bunny stalactite over a patient's bed, but if I were to guess I'd say the ER has not been thoroughly cleaned this decade.

They don’t value the patient. What they value is quantity of people over a quality of care no wonder why they don’t allow visitor in the ER with the patients because we will call them on there bs seems odd and fishy too me they put people in hallway’s there’s better hospitals out there this one ain’t one of them

I went to the hospital today for labor and delivery and my nurse who was taking care of me was amazing. I initially had no plans on going to fresno community in case I was in labor or any plans to have my baby their. But my nurse was super nice to me and my husband she took amazing care of me. Unfortunately my baby being stubborn and doesn't wanna come out so I was sent home. But her name is Griselda she's hands down an amazing nurse and you can tell she really enjoys her jobs and cares about her patients it's not just a paycheck to her. She really truly cares. Made me rethink about having my baby their.

On Sunday July 16, 2023, our family showed up to see my brother in-law who was in the ICU. Hospital staff had no compassion for us and were very rude. We were given no direction on we’re to get water or let in from the heat. The state has lifted all restrictions from Covid-19 but not this hospital the worst ever.

We were extremely impressed with the Critical Care and Cath Department at Fresno Community Medical Center. My husband had an angiogram this morning and the care he received from the nursing staff was exceptional. RN, Howie, as well as RN, Chrismon were professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Any trepidations about getting this procedure were quickly cast aside by such a great group of talented individuals. I would also like to commend Savong as she was the professional who greeted us and helped my husband get settled in. The parking was so easy, it was free for all patients and their attending family. The complex is beautifully laid out, I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience today!

Went on on Sunday the 14th, for pain all over my body. Plus not being able to hold down water. They did blood work, covid & flu tests. Gave me nausea pills. They did nothing to make me feel better. I asked for more tests. They said only if my doctor request a test could they do that my headaches have not gone away, my ear is still clogged and unable to hear from it the service at community is subpar and that is being generous

the nurses deadass think everything is funny when it comes to something serious. Why did you guys go to a college if you’re going to completely forget to contact a patients family about their kids or parents if they’re very sick. And you guys are sick to make ppl wait. Why do you work there if you guys are just gonna throw ppl out when someone wants answers about there love ones. 😭

Fresno community hospital for last 13 years keep up my violent “ADA” ( American disability acts) issues! Today I’m supposed appointment with infusion department at CRMC 2pm by my DR. Alam did referred to Infusion department and CRMC said “ must bring my own interpreter “ very violent my ADA rights” I fed up with DDHSC ADA state specialty’s department that not cooperating with my rights. DHHSC deaf president named Michelle and Vice President named Harvey, I noticed that all county’s state of California services not cooperating with ADA. What’s the hell going on with Washington DC???

This review is way over due - every hospital has its challenges and this hospital is no exception with busy emergency rooms. Their physicians (UCSF) are brilliant doctors and I am very grateful for their expertise. I had a bad accident and broke my ankle a few years ago and another time when I had to go to ER. Their team members and staff seem to care about my experience. Grateful.

I am the patient from your family of doctors and nurses that have been with me in my life since my Fresno Community Hospital admitted my brain damage as the doctors said. And now I just went to my hometown hospital that check me today and I told the doctor about it and they just asked my medical credentials from your Community Hospital that healed me priceless and very true now after the new Neurologist examination.

Not only us registration HORRIBLY RUDE THEYRE LAZY! MY husband has a horrible deep 4-in lesion across his elbow to arm hitting a main artery area doctor forgot to add pain medication and said I'll add them. When we call registration refuses to help in any type of way and has us do their job to call CVS Pharmacy to make sure they even have it! The supervisor from CVS Pharmacy said they're are disgusted with this hospital and the way they're handling patients they are the ones who are supposed to be calling and getting this information this is not our job as patients. The doctors wonderful and we appreciate your hard work but registration really needs some training! You guys disgust me my 7 year old has a better manner than you guys

The doctor was very efficient and kind I got immediate care because of my condition at the time. I don't know how long the wait was in waiting room,I went by ambulance and received excellent care from Dr. Jessie Werner who made me feel cared for and was the best, I couldn't have gotten a better doctor.

We were Kings Canyon when my husband had an eye injury (wear goggles chopping wood). We made our way to the hospital and despite it being extremely busy he was triaged and taken care of I. A very kind and efficient t manner. The nurses were attentive and provided good education.

Even though it was a long wait, the nurses and Dr's were very polite. Dr Burk was very thorough and explain everything to me. The only thing I didn't like was the blood pressure cuff, finger o2, and the temperature taker machine was never once wiped with an alcohol swab when going from patient to patient. Other than that everything was good. Thank you to all the RN'S and LVN'S for your courtesy.

My kidneys were failing, I was very close to death, they didn't know why, but they found out and I'm alive with my kidneys back at full power now because of these people, some things were frustrating, but overall I thank them for saving my life.

I had amazing nurse’s and staff here during my stay Anna an ultrasound tech made me feel like I was at a spa day! The emergency room nurse who took her time to explain procedures to me and really listened I had an awesome travel nurse who was upbeat and put me in a good mood my transport to upstairs surgery was a blast with a girl who I didn’t catch her name but wish I would have because She made me feel like a kid again my nurse Daniel took time to care for me and also made me feel comfortable even when I was staying in the hallway I had a wonderful team of surgeons who explained my procedure to me in a way that I could understand Jazmine understood when I was upset and helped me feel better, Andrea pushed for me to get a room the night before surgery and Shanzia her supervisor made it possible Italia put a smile on my face every time she passed by and was attentive and asked if I needed anything there were so many great staff that went above and beyond to make me feel better tomorrow is my surgery and I’m sure that it is going to go great I’m in great hands!

Horrific experience! Need to be shut down as a health care provider. Patients packed in hallways and environment is total chaos? Doctors must come from third world countries. Total lack of of empathy, credibility and concern for quality health care.

I've been a visitor in the trauma unit for the last week. I've found the nursing staff excellent! My one question- why aren't there any hospital signs on the freeway?? I have missed the turn everyday. Please put some signs up!!

0/10. took my baby sister here because she was sick and i’ll never come back! I understand things can’t happen instantly but the staff had no regard for urgency when my sister passed out, we waited over 12+ hours to get results back , they didn’t give her any fluids through her IV after telling us she was severely dehydrated. We did not feel welcomed at all. Hopefully this changes but none of my family will ever visit Fresno Community Hospital for anything ever again.

Went in with chest pains and narrowing vision. Wasn't seen by a doctor for over two hours. By then the shooting pains had stopped on their own. I could have died in that stupid cubicle and no one would have known for two hours. The phlebotomist failed to hit a vein on my hand, wrist and forearm. The majority of my left arm is now a huge bruis.

Not sure how this hospital is representative of heath and most of all care. My dad has been at this hospital for several weeks. The care is so deplorable I do not know how this hospital is still legally functioning. If you walk the halls briefly you will hear people yelling that they need help with no one ever coming to assist. People yelling they are in pain. And now that my father has been there he is beginning to suffer at the negligence of the hospital as well. Even down to the food. Don’t expect to get all the items needed to even eat a meal, don’t expect your nurse to check on you if you need help and do not expect the hospital not to lose your family member! BEWARE! This Is the opposite of care.
