Dr. Fong is an excellent pediatrician. She is very kind and nurturing. Only problem is her staff are rude. They mistreat patients who are unaware of their late policy which is posted very high on the back window where no one can see. If you try to justify that you weren't aware of the office policy, the staff will gain up on you like you are lying. Please hire kind staff to represent your office. We need more kind people in this world.

I have to go in to displease for almost 8 years I went to get refills on my prescription and was handed a letter of termination I asked what is this all About. The person I was seeing is a practitioner nurse she was very good and Caring. So her answer to my question asking what’s this all about Was Things occur it’s best that way So I put in a grievance letter to the state. I recommend that nobody go there because someday they might be terminated.

Extremely rude secretary at the front desk! Why are ya all called a walk in urgent care if you don’t take walk ins ? Hope you get nicer staff. She was just awful!

Called in to check my appointment only to tell me that they can’t schedule me for that day. They rescheduled me. The day of my appointment I came only to be told that my doctor is not in. They told me to come back the next day before 10:00 AM because they can’t be bothered to set an appointment. The next day I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Dr. Fong told me that I can’t get the shot I need from them and so she sent me to CVS. CVS said they don’t give those kinds of shots unless it’s for flu. Horribly directed by both doctor and customer service. Waste of gas and time

I just got hung up on by a very rude receptionist who didn't have very easy answers to basic questions. She lacked knowledge, so instead of getting clarity, she just claimed that I raised my voice at her (which is something I don't do), and hung up on me. Her pen of choice is probably a crayon. Really wanted to get some care provided by these people, but their receptionist has turned me off to the entire experience and I would recommend promoting her to customer immediately.

Do not say “Urgent” while dont take walk in patients. We are urgent and need the treatment so we go there. So mean. My daughter got fever over 101, sorethroat and cough. We went there and hope they can help, but they said they wont take walk in until 2pm or 3pm. I was so upset. My daughter really look tired, but they denied to take walk in.

If I could give negative stars I would. There ONLINE AND DOOR SIGN says open until 9p. I went a little before 5p and they were closed. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wasted time and fuel to get there only to be forced to go to Valley Children's hospital for my son to get meducal help. GO ELSE WHERE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR FUEL!!!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Janelle Fong for many years. They are 14 and 15 now. She is attentive and sweet. And I love her. I went through a few pediatricians before I found her. Yes it's not the fanciest office and the wait can't be mind numbing but when offices that take medi-cal are slammed, that's what happens. I used to see the adult practitioners for myself but ended up going somewhere else because I didn't feel they were meeting my needs.

This review is only for the pediatrician Janelle Fong not the walk in clinic. Dr. Fong really needs her own private office and should not to be associated with the walk in clinic. She’s great! My older kids that are now adults use to see her mom Dr. Lim. The idea of the walk in clinic plus the pediatrician office is bad.

Very Caring And Nice Medical Assistant As Well As The Doctor There ☺️. First Time Here And I absolutely love the staff , i had to wait a little while but i was seen and got everything i needed .

Very nice people. I’ve been sitting here waiting get called back and people give the staff a hard time something that can be resolved . All they do is go by drs rules just like any other clinics do and people still expect for them to get there way. We have to be thankful for our healthcare workers.

I have been to this Urgent Care three times before with no problems, minus the long wait. I have never had a problem with my insurance until today. I waited almost 2 hours to be called up for my insurance, then told that they are no longer accepting my insurance

The place was open today, but the nurses couldn't help me since all their doctors are out. Why are they misleading people? Why are all their doctors out? All I need is a negative tuberculosis test.

Took my kids here a few times with no problem just a long wait. The pediatrician is very nice and a good doctor but the receptionists are very rude, they told my daughter that her Covid test came back negative and the next morning when they called for the co payment and for my daughter to pick up her paperwork they told her that her Covid test was positive and swear that the receptionist never told her it was negative and swear that my daughter misunderstood what she said when in reality the receptionist misunderstood what she was reading on the paper.

My wife, younger son and I have all been treated here for the last couple of years. I admit that we were all treated by the same Nurse Practicinor (Winger,E), who is GREAT. Since this is an "urgent care" setting, I didn't expect it to be like my regular doctor. But each time we're visited, the staff is fine, the setting is professional and the medical care is very good

Honestly, it make look dirty and ghetto and yes nurse can seem rude BUT this is the fastest urgent care I have been too. The two lady doctors I have seen are really nice. This is NOT even my primary care doctor and I get seen here 90 % of time quicker on a walkin.
