Great staff! You have to book an appointment if you don’t want to wait for so long . Appointments get seen first before walkins . So you can’t get mad at the staff because theyre taking to long it’s not there fault :) they’re just doing there part doing ur vitals and helping you out in the front when checking in .

I used to go to the Gettysburg clinic on Fresno Street. Since they closed I've been to this facility one time. Myself and my friend both had appointments and were seen in a timely manner. I like the person that we see. She is a nurse practitioner and very good at listening to our needs

Let's just say this place takes for Ever to get you in .You can be waiting for hours till you get seen but you can't beat the visit price of $40

This has got to be the worst medical facility I have ever been to. Omg!!! The front desk staff have no idea what they are doing. They can't give you an appointment for months down the road. You have to wait hours to be seen. I had labs taken and waited 3 weeks for results. STILL no call. Went into the office and they said I have to wait to see the doctor to get my results. They did not even have the results. I asked them if there is a problem I would just be sitting here dying? They all looked dumbfounded smh. The worst facility ever Hands down!!!

I love my son’s pediatrician. However, staff can be nice, but they never answer the phone. After hours refused to leave a message and it was urgent. Gave me a phone number for urgent care, phone number didn’t work. Always so booked I have to do a walk in. Kids coughing and sneezing all over. Seats aren’t wiped down as we come and go in the front. Update: They recently have their phone “discounted”. Been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks for a recheck with my son’s pediatrician. If I didn’t live across town, I would just show up and complain. They have no clue why phones aren’t working, but they’re still seeing my son.

We have been going here for years and they were pretty fast and efficient but now they are unprofessional and unorganized they lie I tried to get my husband in to the walk in and they told me last week walkins for adults are Monday called today and they said they dont take walkins. I'm totally done with them

Worst dr and staff ever. When I say run away I mean it run. I wouldn’t even have enough room to explain how terrible this dr and staff is! This place needs to be shut down asap

If you want to get sick come here. Kid about 12 running around with his mask around his neck. Clinician just walking by not caring. Kid just sneezing all over the tiny waiting room. Gross. Even before Covid this is just careless.

This has be the worst staff ever. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I can not believe a company would hire these people as staff members, yet alone keep them. You are the face of the company. What you do, say, and how you present yourself is how you protray the company that you work for. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place has the worst front desk staff. They are very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. We have been going here for 7 years only because we love Janelle. The wait is long with or without an appointment. Sadly, we will be leaving.

Janelle Fong is super nice and sweet! But the staff are complete oblivious too what they’re doing. I requested my immunization records over 2 weeks ago and was told “they’ll be ready in 4 days so we’ll call you when they’re ready” 2 weeks later never got a call, so went down there today too get my refund of $40 and the lady says “well we can’t give you a refund because that’s a lot of paper we used” NO I WANT MY REFUND FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECIEVED! Stupid people. And yes i got my refund 😌

Excellent clinic have been going here for years really good people. 👍
