This location is awesome! Girls have lively music rockin' inside 🎶🎵 must be why they serve up your coffee quickly! My Cocomo hot was great! Hubby's Golden Eagle hot was kind of bland not as much flavor 🙁 Kids loved the Not-So-Hot Chocolate🥤they drank that thing right up. When we pulled in the drive thru was crazy long so we opted to walk up. But we did see the cars move up rather quickly. Plenty of parking though. We're not from the Fresno area and weren't familiar with the area...not the safest area, so beware. Overall good first Dutch Bros experience. Look forward to trying more flavors, iced next time when it's not 47° out there! 🥶

I absolutely love coffee, black, sugar filled, coffee that really isn't coffee, espresso, everything. Dutch has it all. However the other day I purchased a black cold brew & it wasn't the best. I was disappointed but decided that it's okay, I can drink it with some almond milk & call it a day. If you're a black coffee kinda human, & you are a coffee expert, eh Dutch might not be your place. But if you love that sugar with a splash of coffee, call Dutch your home! The workers are always amazing & go above & beyond! The prices for some things: $6 for a medium blended coffee, rebel, & smoothie. Small smoothies are $5.45. Medium iced tea/lemonade $3.45. I added pictures of a receipt & a few drinks I've purchased. The freezes are extremely sweet. Cold brews with cream & sugar are good if you want something more coffee flavored & not fully sugar. I have yet to try the hot coffee :( coming soon! Yesterday night I went to Dutch bros where usually they are very nice and are helpful but I think the girl that was there was having a bad day that night because she was very rude to me without me being rude to her. I would understand her if I was being rude but I wasn’t at all. I ordered three different drinks. I was clear and specific about how I wanted my drinks made. (I go to Dutch a lot and order the same thing) When I received my drinks they were not made correctly and that was fine I guess the guy who took our order put it in wrong and it’s understandable. I told the barrista that I had asked for my drinks for a certain way and for no Ice. She said it was light ice but it was not what I asked for so I asked if she can remake them and she said no because I needed to pay extra because they didn’t charge me for cold pour, and she said it in a very rude manner to me. I told her it was ok for her to charge me and remake my drinks the way I originally had though they were gonna make them for me and that I had no problem paying the extra charge but she didn’t have to be rude. I am very un happy with thee service because she was really rude to me for simply asking them to fix my drinks. She proceeded to say that she would fix my drinks for the extra charge which I told her would be fine. I just wanted my drinks how I had told the person taking my order. She proceeded to tell me not to be rude to her when she clearly was the one being rude to me. I drive from far to get beverages from Dutch bros to receive rude and unprofessional service. Is simply unacceptable in my opinion. It saddens me because I love coming to Dutch bros and it’s one of the closer locations to me in Caruthers california.

Drive-through line could be pretty hectic. I got the picture perfect and the drink was very good at this location .

The service was the worst 😫 ever. It's usually awesome to great, today, horried, the 2 CSR ignored us as we drove up, continued with there intense convo, as the cars moved up 1 CSR eventually walked over, didn't greet, no smile, no eye contact, her exact words with a annoyed tone, the name for this order? It's sad, the McKinley location in Fresno has such an uninviting reputation, it lived up to it today. I'll continue to drive several more miles to other locations that have friendly professional service. The cold brew was not made right, I've order it several times and has not tasted this awful.

Due to the community college nearby and the 41 highway, expect a TON of waiting time. Be prepared to wait between 15 to 35 minutes on busy hours. They are friendly and have people taking orders to speed up the process but you still need to wait for the cars ahead of you. Plan ahead and enjoy their drinks. Be sure to download their app.

These hourly employees be begging for tips and one girl got upset cause i told her no on the tip after she asked for a tip and still got my order wrong 😂 Geez! I actually work Doordash and drive across town at times for $5 with zero tips or hourly pay like chill out ya

Love the drinks, but sometimes the young ladies have some attitude with their customers or their friends. They pretty much act like a team but then don't at times.

This rating is based on the ridiculous amount of time I spent waiting outside this location in 45°F weather, only to receive a drink that was obviously made incorrectly and tasted like disappointment to me. I sent my order back with a different employee who eventually re-served it to me correctly, albeit begrudgingly. This experience was during peak times at this location when they get VERY busy, so I can understand a long wait. What I can't accept is a terrible drink served to me by an employee with a bad attitude and absolutely NO respect for her customers or her craft.

Im very disappointed and upset about a recent visit here on the Dutch Bros location on Mckinley ave. This is my first time ever getting Dutch Bros and I had a bad customer service experience. I visited last weekend and the drive thru lines are usually long during weekends so there was two order takers working that day outside in the drive thru lines I believe there was a gentleman and a women that attended me and my boyfriend, So we barely get in the line and the women greets us but in a unhappy manner. She asks what would we like to order today so as a new customer I didn’t have time to decide what I wanted because she came up to us to early I told her I needed more time and she rolls her eyes and says “do know how long it will take ” ? and I think she said something because of the traffic and I understand her part of getting annoyed because I needed more time and she wanted to get her job done fast but she could of have had a polite response. So then I felt pressured and had anxiety of ordering whatever I saw on the menu because of her. Then I said can I just get a Tea but what kind of teas do you have ? and she said “we have a alot of teas “ and that was her only answer. As a new customer you need more information about your products and good customer service. I felt very awkward and pressured so I ordered whatever first thing I saw on the Menu. These workers scare people away and I wont be coming back anymore sadly.

I like Dutch bros.. today was my third time getting the same drink there. I guess it just depends on what day you go and who is working there. So the first day I went, they gave me my drink not how I asked for it and it was made sloppy and once again not the way I requested it to be made. The 2nd day, my drink was made great and perfect. The third day which was today.. the girl at the window was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes at me then she tells me they charge extra for chocolate drizzle all of a sudden when I wasn't told that yesterday or the day before. Not that big of a deal but it's just very unprofessional and unorganized to all of a sudden bring that up and say they did a price change like 2 weeks ago. But yet they are charging me extra only today because I wasn't charged extra yesterday or the day before.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros. My favorite go to quick Coffee stop place to hit on my way to work or when I'm out for the day. The complete staff/employees at every location that I have visited in my town are wonderful and very friendly. Never afraid to strike up an easy conversation if you must wait on your drink for a short second or two. You guys are the best and keep on doing what you all do!! Be back soon! 👍

Very long lines even at 2AM because people want to order the whole menu and back up the drive thru. Overall though, these workers are amazing and are for sure overworked. Why are people so horrible to service workers?

It's a good grocery store but it doesn't have everything I want for specialty dinners. It's basically American and Mexican food I have a hard time finding any Asian or Mediterranean ingredients

this dutch is my favorite because it's close to my house and the people here are always kind. It's always a hit or miss though situation with them when it comes down to drinks sometimes they make it perfect and sometimes they forget to put the (main) syrup that comes with the drink or extra topping. Unfortunately last couple times i've been there it's been a miss unless i order a simple iced mocha. I will continue to go to this one, just wish they would train the baristas better on how to make the other drinks. i always tip but when it's made wrong feels like it's a waste of money. Anyways besides that the people there are always kind and always give extra treats to my doggy🫶🏼

I would go back just because of the fine service I received, not to mention that peach pomegranate lemonade blended was the best drink I ever had from Dutch Bros . Almost always a line and almost always moving quick. The employees are friendly and work quickly. I always tip em a couple bucks, standing in the heat to work for minimum wage is not something anyone wants to do. Which brings me to my next point directed to the managers of this location: let your employees use the cold box in the drive through line! There's no reason the minimum outside temperature should be 100° to utilize that box! 90-95° should be sufficient to cool off in this summer heat! Aside from that, I always enjoy the coffee and drinks they sell here. Far better than Starbucks! So if you haven't tried it already give it a shot!

They only serve coffee for those who dont know. But I do recommend their coffee over other name brands. Also I love their lavender infused drink its not too sweet but lavender can be over powering. Just FYI.

Dutch Bros is a hit or miss when it comes to their service. I usually have about 30 minutes of extra time to swing by to grab some coffee before work. But the staff will usually eat up all this time when they decide to talk about unnecessary topics while people wait for their coffee. This is unacceptable as some people have places to be and run the risk of being late. I can say that this issue causes me to choose DB as a last resort when choosing a place to do business with. Please work on this issue as I am sure I'm not the only one who can relate.

This Dutch location is one of my families favorite locations always very friendly and they even remember our names and favors orders, very fast lines and always remember they offer dairy and sugar free options.

I got two dutch sodas for a nice refreshing change. Just a bit disappointed around the amount of ice to soda ratio. I definitely feel like I was cheated out of product. 🤷‍♀️ Tatsed good just a waste of 8.50.

I had never been to a Dutch Bros before. I'm not really a coffee person. I asked for a "golden eagle" chai tea, with the caramel substituted out for chocolate syrup. I think the girl at the window could tell I didn't really know what I was asking for and riffed because she proceed to make me one of the best drinks I have ever had in my life across all possible drink categories. As far as we could tell, she used half-and-half and added hazelnut. It was amazing and I was grateful and I drank the entire thing.

OMG. OPEN 24 HRS. Do I really need to say more only to state open one in the South Bay. Gilroy would be awesome. Lots of traffic going places! Drinks are always great tasting. Prefer over starbucks! Iced Vanilla Chai always hits the spot!

Had the new Pumpkin Brulee´ Freeze today. OMG best i've ever had. Ended up getting 2 for price of 1 (they made 2 by mistake), so i paid it forward and gave it to a friend. Try the new Pumpkin Brulee´ Freeze you won't be disappointed.

Dutch Bros is iconic. The drinks here are amazing, and can be customized any way to your liking. The only downside is that there is always a line. I've gone at nearly any time of the day and night. I would say that Dutch Bros is like the In N Out of Coffee.

I got a blended 911, with 3 scoops soft top and it was “HEAVEN with 6 shots of espresso” AS USUAL. Dutch is my favorite coffee place in Fresno ❤️

Ordering felt rushed and she didn’t get the size of one of my drinks correct. She also didn’t scan the right app when I told her which one it was. At the window I asked to get a refund and redo the order for the 150 bonus points going on but the girl ignored me. Good drinks, terrible service. Ruined my whole day. Receipt says Delilah.

I usually like dutch bros, but this location threw me off. I was waiting for my drink at the window and the girl working sprayed whip cream on her bare hands covered it in cinnamon and ate it (like sucked it off her hand) and then DIDNT wash her hand just wiped with a towel. Then using that towel cleaned my drink and with her dirty saliva hands gave me my drink. Willl not be visiting this location again.

Walking up to this duch Bros location, I noticed a rancid oder. Closer I got to the service windo the oder hit me in the face, made me want to gag. The oder smelled like fermented garbage. Wile standing at the windo. I notice the inside floor was sopping wet. The oder could have been from dirty fermented mop water to was the floor. Even after making my coffie drink thats all I could smell was the rancided oder. I wish I would have talked to the manager about this
