Been passing by this place for over 5 years and I've always give through the drive-thru... Until today in 2021 🤣 Wow! I was taking away on how beyond relaxed it looked. The environment and the furniture are there to make you feel relaxed 😎 Anyway, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. If it's your first time, feel free to ask what they recommend! Be sure to mention if you want a tea, coffee, every style drink or whatever else you wanna experiment with. You can literally tell them to mix a variety of syrups and they'll put it together 🤭🥤 Enjoy your visit. I know I always do. ⚠️ Be sure to download their app!

Nice big lobby to hang out on, as well as small patio. The music was awesome today! I love the fun vibe at DB.

The staff here is super nice and the order is very consistent. My friends visited this location for the first time and they were really happy with the drinks!

I truly loved the vibe in this location, you wanna have a relaxed interview, this is the place to conduct it. Employees are SUPER nice. 10/10 fast work pace, you'll get your drink a.s.a.p

Very pleasant people. This is the second time at this location. The drinks are different in preparation than at other location. Not fan. Too liquid and ice not blended plus flavor off.

It's a great coffee shop to visit for those who love coffee. You'd think these employees (mostly college students) would not make coffee that great. Think the opposite, they have very friendly staff and as for sanitation standards, it's clean inside the buissness. Big props to Dutch Bros on Shaw. Be prepared for a long line if your ordering through the drive thru, your better off going inside, much quicker too!

Huge fan of Dutch Bros coffee , a few years ago I was on a road trip from Portland to Fresno and I probably stopped at four or five shops to keep me going... wishing Fresno would start to carry the ice cream they had in Grant's Pass Oregon, that little shop was awesome. Until then I'll just keep drinking the best coffee around.

Daughter is addicted to the place, they have good drinks, but I think they need to cut back on the sugar.

The manager was so rude did not want to take my Dutch stamp cards she said they are not valid anymore, WHAT?! They have no expiration date, a Great manager would have tooken all of them for 1 free drink and said this was the only time but to make a customer happy and want to come back especially in this holiday season, what’s one drink on this big corporate company… these cards show how long I have supported them, these cards were put away in an old wallet and found them recently so the manager can turn me away like this so disappointing! Makes me want to go back to Starbucks from now on!! I’m a manager myself and know the concepts of a great management! Why would I write an email, is there going to be a difference or a change? Are you going to accept my stamped Dutch Bros cards now?? If not, then it’s pointless, and if so you contact me to make this right.

Coming from the Bay, Dutch Bros is always a must when visiting Fresno! I try to get something different each time I come, this time it was the snickerdoodle iced coffee. Normally this comes as a freeze thing, and honestly it probably would have been better that way. On the bright side, I’d definitely fills the void that a certain fall flavored drink can leave after it’s seasonal appearance is over…

1st timer here.. Mattie was an amazing help in choosing my cold cofee today.. The cold brew she recommended was just the caffeine kick I needed to get though my midday crash..

It has always been my to go for the green tea with strawberry and watermelon. Always great customer service. Lines can get pretty long too depending on the time and day you go.

I've only been to Dutch Bros a few times because I always see how long the lines are but this one is quick and friendly.

Great drinks. One less star because sometime the drinks are inconsistent and lines can be longer than usual. But still a great place for tea and rebel.

I've only been through the drive-thru but they do offer in-dining. The drive through wait times vary, early morning 6-7am shorter wait times late mornings the line is a bit longer but still moves along fairly quickly. The staff is always nice and friendly and the drinks are very consistent with the taste and flavor.

Great coffee, helpful friendly staff and a nice little lounge. We will definitely be going back soon!

I recently have become obsessed with Dutch! The staff is always so nice- any location. My go to drink is a blended rebel, Dino Egg. Friggin' BOMB!!!

Just got drinks again, not really any snacks/pastries (muffin tops) so the food rating reflects the relevance of it being N/A. I still love and enjoy DB but it's not the same as before. Trying the White Chocolate Lavender Brevé for the first time besides family's regular drink orders, different but pretty good. Dutch is always busy at PM shift/at night after dark, some times the locations are not. Thank you for the fairly quick service with card pay and walking employees. The ones at the window of drive-thru sometimes seem more distracted or business as usual, compared to the outside team members

I came to this location at around 6am and the messed my drink up twice. First they gave me a small when I ordered a large and then the drink they gave me wasn't even what I ordered. There is also a promotion for the holiday season which is a free bonus gift which was never received. I have never had a problem with this location until today.

Disappointed in this place! I order the caramelizer every time I go, and every time it tastes completely different! Sometimes it's good and others it's bad. I'll stick with Starbucks and get the Carmel frap instead. They are consistent with there recipes and flavors!

First time buyer stop cause family has had there drinks before, but today Nov 6,22 First they had long line, they had 2 people taking orders!!! Got order correct, but when picked up order it was wrong after driving off, and they over charged me. So guess what I pulled up to the girl that took my order!! And had to go back into that long line to come to them again explaining my order and over charging me, she did go in to get the order corrected, and a refund, but they should of had me pull over and park to the side while they fixed my order and gave me my refund!!! It did get corrected but that Long line Andy going through it twice took my day to get other things done and late!!! Wasn't satisfied with the service at that point!!!!

Very friendly customer service and helpful when it came to ordering drinks. Very clean inside and comfortable atmosphere. Just need to really emphasize how friendly everyone was. I would definitely come back and our drinks were really good!

I went to Dutch Bros twice during my trip. 2 different locations. The first visit I got a golden eagle frozen coffee. I had my 3yo with me and they offered me chocolate milk for him. My son loves white milk and they accommodated him. My second trip I got a caramelizer cold brew using the app. I'm not a mocha fan so that was a mistake but it was good for what it was.

This is my go to location due to it being 24hrs and the service. However, yesterday service was not it at all. We went at 7pm and to my surprise there was not really a line (perhaps bc of the Super Bowl) an. The girl who took our order with the iPad was very miserable and looked like we were bothering her by even being there. We ordered our drinks and had to repeat to her multiple times what we asked for because it seemed like she was high or just careless. My bf and me shrugged it off and continued our order. I asked for blue razz float on top and and she literally says with an attitude “with what”?? Like okay how rude. I still didn’t say anything. We pull up to the window and we’re not greeted at all not even a hello just a stare and silence. We were handed our drinks and we noticed one of our drinks was incorrect. We respectfully let the barista at the window know that one of our drinks did not look like what we ordered which was 1 rebel 1 lemonade and one coffee. She just stared at us like we were stupid and didn’t do anything about it. My boyfriend even asked to double check if one of the drinks was a coffee to which she replied with “yes that is a coffee” with attitude still not understanding we had the wrong drink. She looked like she just wanted us to leave even though it was the wrong drink! Even trying to hand it back she wouldn’t take it until we said “it’s supposed to be the lemonade this is a coffee” and my boyfriend reached as much as he could out the window of his car to give it back. She finally noticed and then said “oh that’s not yours” grabbed it and switched it out. No apology was given, no thank you, no have a nice night. She just stood there. Before we drove off I counted the cars in line and it was ours the one before us and 1 car behind us only. Not busy at all. I’m not sure if it’s because the superbowl was on or employees were tired but I just think the way we were treated was unfair but I didn’t want to say anything bc I usually shrug things off. My boyfriend also noticed that the coffee he received literally only tasted like chocolate milk no taste of coffee whatsoever over. Over all such a sad experience!

I moved to Fresno about 3 years ago and after driving by Dutch Bros many times, I finally tried it and it was so good. We order the Annihalitor and Caramelizer, they were delicious. Right amount of milk, coffee, and sweetness. The cashier was so friendly too. Im definitely coming back and try their rebel drinks!

This is my favorite one! I tried the cookie dough freeze today for the first time and it's delicious 😋! The staff is always so cheerful 😊 here!
