    Actually is one of the fastest no power outlets so you cna really use your computer. I think is because the area of the location, pumpkinsspice. Latte cold brew I give it a 7 out of 10 bit bitter but is coffee I mean..

    Courteous and fast. Love the up beat cheery attitudes especially since many orders are concoctions individuals choose but then there is me and maybe 60 percent who choose basic drinks...sorry started to daydream about ar yummy frap from there I forgot My point oh well

    This is going to be a long one. Today my wife went through the drive to grab a coffee. The person handing the coffee out the window didn't wait for her to actually put her hand on the coffee and dropped it. The lid came off as she was trying to stop it from falling and the coffee spilled all over her arms. She was actually trying to hand her card to the clerk and instead he just passed the coffee out the window. When he just stood there holding the coffee she reached out with her other hand to grab it and he just let go before she had it. So as she's sitting there holding this cup by the lip with hot coffee all over her arms he just stared at her and did nothing to help. Instead of taking the cup from her he asked if she would like him to remake the coffee for her. Could you imagine ordering from a restaurant, then having the waiter spill the plate all over you. Then question if you wanted the remaining half of your meal remade? BTW, that's the default setting for when you horrifically screw up someone's order. At this point the coffee should have been free with a hundred apologies. They still took her card and charged her. The real kicker is coming now. Instead of remaking the coffee, they just topped off the same cup with water. As she lifted the cup from the cup holder in the car the lid came off and the coffee spilled once again all over her. This time on her lap and all over the seat of the car. She called me to tell me what had happened and I told her to go back and speak with the manager about it. The manager refused to speak to her away from the counter. And just started with a blank face the whole time she was talking. The final resolution was the manager refunded the original coffee that spilled twice due to incompetence. And made a fresh coffee to send her on her way. I'll now be spending my own time cleaning the white seats that are in my car that are now coffee stained. I hope corporate sees this. And I'll likely send an email about this issue. But I'll refer to Leibeck Vs. McDonalds for anyone who is unfamiliar. This location is a joke. And goes far beyond the common "not getting the order correct" situation that we frequently see at Starbucks. To think that there's people who believe these workers should be paid above minimum wage. These workers specifically don't deserve minimum wage, let alone above. Earn your money and do the basics of your job. Or quit and make way for someone who will. And remember your job is customer service. You just happen to sell coffee. I would avoid this location at all cost. At this point I will look for an other than Starbucks for my coffee. Thanks for costing me 10 times the coffee price in time and materials to clean up your mess that you clearly don't really care about. If corporate contacts me we may just accept a resolution. If not, we have the whole incident on a dash cam and maybe we just talk to an attorney and use Leibeck as president. I'll update this review with the real resolution when it happens.

    Probably my worst Starbucks experience it was wrong. The product was wrong. Then I called in the 800 number and they told me there was nothing they could do that. I needed to go back into the store which I did and they told me there was no supervisor there that I had to come back Not gonna happen

    If you're in a rush do not go there in the morning in the morning do not go there when you see a lot of people they will take a very long time. Also you can't really ask for water because it will have an attitude and will not have it ready for you they will take very long. I keep telling them that they need to hire more people at this particular location location but they don't. A lot of the women employees here are not professional and they have very bad attitudes. One time I ordered a drink and it was super late so I told them if I could get a refund or if they could fix it and they were all with a bad attitude. They also messed up the drinks all the time. The guys that work here have a better attitude and I'm sorry if it sounds bad I'm just being honest. The men at this particular location are very nice and kind and they know the customers and show that they care. I've had a few of the female workers have a very bad attitude with me with me so I just order I go in and I leave.

    This place is great for just coffee on the go and to sit and chat. The music is a bit loud if you’re trying to study but it’s one of the only Starbucks that is open late and we don’t mind esp after COVID /: The lobby here closes at 10:55pm the staff are friendly, and the lady worker let my friends and I know that they clean up early but we were welcome to stay. She was really nice to let us know to be careful because she mopped too. They were fast with their service as well with their drinks here. The down side is that if you’re coming to study at this location, make sure to charge your laptops because they don’t have any outlets. The struggle is real as a student. I also want to mention that it’s great to know that they have a security guard at the location also because lots of sketchy stuff happens in that area. So it does make it feel safer.

    THEY WERE SO NICE!!! We had issues with the app and they were able to resolve it SO QUICKLY! We only waited a couple of minutes and the drinks were already out! I highly recommend coming here!

    Absolutely hands down the worst service in any Starbucks! Went in at 5 am I said good morning was greeted back with a stare, then politely apologized for having a large order and received "ugh" because my order was written on a piece of paper the last one was written in a different color so it was not added to the order which on my end made no sense, why not just ask if the last one was to be added?! I did have to return due to my husband's ice tea not being correctly made when I brought to their attention I was told sorry about that as she walked away. (Like when someone is trying to run away and say bye...lol) When inreturned there was a young lady who is deaf and they took no care in trying to see what was wrong as she tried to ask for help she got so frustrated she went to get her husband. I informed the young girl at the register that maybe to hand her a pen so she could tell you for whatever us wrong is not being handled she looked at me and said "yeah ok" Just Absolutely horrible in customer service and yes I have done large orders before here with no issues.

    worst starbucks experience, i got cielin in the drive thru just now and she gave the absolute worst attitude. i asked if i could get the stars points for the app and she just kept saying what over and over and then finally said in an incredibly rude tone “well yea if u show me the app” i decided not to get the stars because of her attitude then when i said i was going to use apple pay she just said in another rude attitude “then show me your phone”. if you don’t enjoy your job then why do u still show up?? worst experience and i definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

    Love the location it's down the street to were it work the staff knew your name I felt great seeing the smiling faces. But since the remodeling it cold, no one knows your know your name and not alot of smiling faces. I stop going there. Bad choice on starbuck to remodeling.

    Everything else is alright except they DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A PEPPERMINT MOCHA FRAP. I got it a couple times and there's no peppermint in the drink. Why would you even call it a peppermint mocha frap if there's no peppermint in it? Also I always get the creme-based one when I SPECIFY I want the one with caffeine. I know the difference between one with caffeine and one without. Next time if I want a peppermint mocha, I would just make the extra drive to other Starbucks.

    It’s Starbucks, 9/10 times your drink is going to be fine so your general experience lies with your barista. (Enter one star) the girl working the drive thru, Marley.. was so rude and condescending when I asked about a new drink I hadn’t tried before, couldn’t be bothered to answer my question even though I was literally the only car in the drive thru not like I was holding up a line or anything like that. Had I had the time I would have just spoken to a supervisor on the spot and I try to avoid that at all costs.. but I try to be the customer I’d like to have and this girls attitude was just completely uncalled for. And my food was cold when I asked for it warmed up.

    Not sure what has happened at this location, but customer service went down the drain… Second to Last Visit: I asked “sorry to bother, but can I please have my drinking shaken together?” The barista immediately snapped “well you should have asked for it on the app!” It’s literally not an option on the app... Then he said “yeah, wait.” I then watched him grab three new tickets and make all drinks. He was just waiting for me to get upset and leave. I ended up asking another barista and she immediately did it. Last Visit: I was the only one in the cafe waiting by the pickup station. The barista was making drink after drink for the drive-through. She didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t ask for my name, just ignored me. Another employee found a cup set off to the side and finished making it. It was my cup… Wondering what will happen on my next trip…

    So me and my date come to Starbucks on a dark and rainy evening . We decided to get hot cocoa and a chai tea. We both take out first sips and our drinks taste like hot water !!! We are very disappointed now. So much for using our Starbucks points 🙄😤😠

    I came by around 5:30 today and ordered a java chip frappe with 2 pumps of peppermint. I don’t know if the girl taking my order misheard me and rang up hazelnut because it was the same price or she misheard me, but it was made incorrectly. I came back to get it remade, I asked nicely because I know how it is working in the service industry dealing with karens, but the guy with short black hair, glasses and mask on at the window was completely rude going back and forth with me telling me I never said peppermint. I’ve been getting the same order for years and have never ordered anything with hazelnut in it so It doesn’t make sense why I would ever say hazelnut like cmon?? I also have a dashcam with the video of me clearly ordering peppermint (which i can email) so please be 100% right before you “try” to give me attitude and correct me. I understand if you’re trying to defend your coworker for their mistakes but don’t gaslight someone, especially me, into making them think they ordered something when they didn’t.

    Went to this Starbucks to use restroom and buy a couple drinks. Great place but could use more bathroom attention as there was no tp and it was kinda messy. Customer service was good tho.

    I had asked for my coffee hot and the kid said oh well sorry, I paid 7 dollars for a cup of cold coffee. He was very rude and my sandwich was also not up to par. I didn't have time to have him remake so I just left it at that but it wasn't ok cause I had asked for a hot cup

    I ordered my regular drink they gave me a full cup of creamer with vanilla flavoring and ice and then they just got ahead and dumped cold coffee inside a cup and called it a Iced breve I asked him to make a frappe extra thick and all they did was just add extra ice no extra flavoring no nothing so basically I was drinking a cup of blended ice with coffee flavoring very bad place to go don't like to take recognition for their mess up and like to talk about how the customer messed up the order versus how they took the order and didn't listen when they took the order too busy not enough people need to be looked over and the manager was sitting in the lobby watching all this and didn't do anything

    I have come here twice this week and both times the worker taking my order was rude for no reason. The first time the girl charged me twice for a grande pumpkin spice latte and rushed me to move forward in the drive thru but I told her I only wanted one latte and she checked that she put one and changed it when she realized she charged me twice. Today the order taker just sounded like she didn’t want to be there and I just hope they find better people to take orders; it doesn’t seem professional, I understand people have bad days tho. I’ll probably just avoid this site.

    i walked in earlier in the afternoon to pick up a drink and had a terrible experience with a worker named leo. He was very rude and unprofessional when i said my drink didn’t taste right and if i could please have it remade and he had a very big attitude when i was being polite. He seemed irritated that i wanted my drink remade and it made me feel like such an inconvenience to have my drink taste good when he handed it back to me rudely. What an awful experience just for a coffee.

    This store is very nice to people everytime i come. Just too worried about that. Rather than making sure the drinks are correct. I ordered a dark roast with "a splash of vanilla sweet cream" which usually gets you 1/2. And instead I got "Lt vanilla sweet cream 1/4" and it was very black. Other than that the store is very nice and overall very great costumer service. Just needs to spend more time making drink/taking orders.
