Crazy about the COF lemonade but, everyone should be warned that getting a meal takes about 40-45 minutes. The drive through lines are super long and, even if you order on the app before you leave home, the clock doesn't start for curbside pickup until you are sitting in a numbered parking spot. Tonight there were ZERO open parking spots. In speaking with the manager, he mentioned that the app is controlled by corporate and it doesn't limit the number of people who can order. So, if there's 50 numbered parking spots and you happen to be #51, you have to drive around the parking lot, waiting for one of the 50 spots to open. The food is good, but the ordering options are terrible! I truly hate to not support a Christian business, but I can't sit in a parking spot for 3/4 of an hour.

Sincerely enjoyed my time at this fine establishment. I bought a spicy deluxe and was not disappointed at all. My friend got something but I forgor what it was but she definitely thought it was bussin bussin. It was great and they even had pristinely clean bathrooms that I used. And the lemonade. Oh the lemonade. How it healed my parched throat and brought life back to my eyes.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a I have been to across this country. The fries were cold and all we got were broken pieces. The cookies were burnt. The drinks were incorrect. Sandwiches were cold and chicken burnt. I have never been disappointed in Chick-fil-a until this time.

First off, we wanted to try Chick-fil-A again after our last so so experience. I ordered our burgers and milk shakes. We specifically were looking for a fast food place for a milkshake. The peach milkshake looked really good. Then I was told the milkshake machine was down. I asked if it would be up soon. The manager said it was broken. So I ordered fountain drinks. 😟 We sat down at the only empty table even though it was dirty. When our order came, we asked if the table could be cleaned. The young lady came back immediately. 5 stars for service. 2 stars for the buns on the burgers that fell apart in our fingers. Half of the buns were crumbs and thrown away. Is that because they were old, frozen and thawed, or ??? The chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and extra sauce were very tasty. We could have used a fork to eat the burgers sans bun.

Finally tried em, disappointed lol just did not hit the spot. Pro: Mac n cheese was bomb. I would come here and recommend just for the Mac. Cheesy Mac lovers, gotta try. Con: Fries were underseasoned and not crispy. Husband ordered a regular chicken patty, got a spicy one and had to return. $18 for 2 chicken sandwiches, a fry, and Mac n cheese.

I live in Madera and we ordered to take home to eat after waiting in drive through we ordered 4 spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches with small fries and and a cob salad we get home and one of our sandwiches was missing! Which was very disappointing because one of our children didn’t get their meal and I just wanted to get to cooking and baking for our Thanksgiving meal but yet we were charged for it!

I like chick fil a, doesn't everybody. But to walk into this establishment on a busy day and know that you will not have a seat for your family when there is plenty of room for tables. The management at this store has decided to take tables away from their loyal customers to use for storage. This restaurant dining area was built for the customers to dine in comfortably, waiting 10 minutes to sit after your food is ready is ridiculous. My family will be back when the store gets it figured at, in the meantime my review will stay as is.

Spicy chicken sandwich was very good! I enjoyed getting one of each sauce to try! I think there was seven of them. I don't care for the Buffalo and their ranch, but all others were great! French fries were fun.

I waited in the drive-thru to get a peppermint milk shake. Thought I would order a grilled chicken sandwich since I was there. Out of peppermint shake till next year and sandwich wasn't worth the money it cost. This is not the first time this has happened. I think I'm done.

Friday October 28, 2022 at 7:00AM, I ordered Breakfast the Vehicle Infront of me paid for my meal God Bless, I was informed to park in the front parking space available, when my food was brought to me no sauce or napkins I asked the young man the name of the young lady at the window because I would like to leave feedback and a review because she had done a outstanding service, but his reply was rude, disrespectful, he distance himself from me and assumed the worst, (Caucasian male 5'8 early 20s). When I called to complain I was transferred to 3 different Employees, I would not be surprised if he was one of the 3 the call was transferred to.

This used to be a good location, but the introduction of curbside and tableside app orders have overwhelmed the staff FAR beyond their capacity. 45 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches is not fast food. Their profit-driven covid-era business model has ruined the customer experience.

I love chick-fil-a ❤️. I am sorry to say that we stumbled on the slowest of the chain in Fresno. Now, I have been to many chick-fil-a here in California as well as other states. Yes, the lines are expected to be long, but usually, they have a pretty efficient way of handling their work in a timely manner. This particular location didn't get the memo. A person standing next to me waited 20 minutes for shakes!!! No food, just shakes. Another person I overheard complained that tgey waited an hour for their food, and apparently, they made the and gave it to someone else. That is two wrong orders. I waited 45 minutes for my usual order that back home, I only have to wait 10 minutes tops for!!! 😩

Lines are usually long inside. They had 1 person (1 cashier) taking the orders. The Cashier was overwhelmed. While I was there, she poured the wrong drinks for 4 people. That is not productive. Restaurant was cold inside. People who delivered food just took it to the table. No courtesy. It was disappointing.

Great food! But the staff could be friendlier. Also when we order on the mobile app and put what table we’re at, they should leave the food at the table we put in the app or check the kids area. Often times I’m in there watching my kids (and I’m not going to leave my purse on the table) so members walk off with our order. The app doesn’t update us where our food is or that the member couldn’t find it so I have to haul my kids to go find it and the staff is rude about it.

I visited this location recently during breakfast. This was my first time having their breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the sausage/ egg/ cheese biscuit sandwich. It was delicious, and their biscuits are definitely better (and more fresh) than any quick service restaurant. The staff was also very friendly and considerate of the guests. I saw them walking around, engaging with the guests, and offering kids balloons or ice cream just as a thoughtful gesture. I am definitely impressed with the whole experience.

Seriously the best service in town, by a long shot. Always kind and friendly. My favorite chicken strips and always hot. The original chicken sandwich is perfectly simple and my daughter says their waffles fries are the best she has had. My sister loves their lemonade and agrees that their service is, by far, the best around. Maybe people should take notes on how to treat their customers from the management team at Chick-fil-A.

Amazing experience, food was amazing as always, ordered a spicy southwest salad and a Chick Fil A sandwich but the best part was the service, I cannot even began to tell you what I liked about it but Ramon and Josh were amazing at their jobs, they made sure our orders were set and ready to go, I would definitely recommend coming here and giving it a chance because the service is impressive, thank you Chick Fil A Blackstone team. Appreciate all the hard work 👍

Chick-fil-A has amazing meals to choose from & enjoy for me it's their spicy chicken sandwich it's crunchy, juicy & just all around delicious. A must go to for fast food, pickup order or dine in.

Chicken is juicy and flavorful no ketchup or mayo needed. I'll come by again, drive thru is crazy but ordering inside is faster In my opinion.

Extremely long wait for food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip. No fries or drink. The straps were fairly small. 1 hour and $13 later, I left there still hungry. Absolutely no need to return

They always take care of me here! It is excellent quality for fast food. 👌 The classic chick-fil-a sandwich tastes so good I don't even think I deserve to eat it. The frosted lemonade is good too👍!

Don't know what happened to this place. The chicken used to be good. Now it taste like it's been fried in old oil. Speed of service was very slow. Waited 20 minutes for our order. We were going to dine in, but decided to eat in our car just to get away from this place. There were so many employees behind the counter that they were running into each other. I believe that they can do better with some guidance.

Went for breakfast through the drive thru. Got home and realized that I got the wrong order. Called and they wrote down my name so I could get a replacement order. Haven't received it yet but it's only been 3 business days. I appreciate that they are taking care of it. The food we received was tasty.

I love the food! But once I go to the restroom, it all comes out because the restrooms are never cleaned…. I will have to go across to In n Out to use their restrooms since I have never had an issue with their restrooms before like these guys… Moo

Wow. I went there to get a quick bite, the lady at the counter told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. What the hell? Worst experience ever. Would definitely not recommend. Place has really gone downhill. If they can't get food out fast, close the lobby. Poor poor poor service and lady had a bad attitude. If no stars were a choice, I would give that.

Chick-fil-A is my go-to for grilled chicken nuggets, crosscut fries and diet lemonade. I have never had a problem with any orders or quality of product. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

been here innumerable times. it’s my favorite fast food location in fresno. i would advise taking the drive-thru over curbside. it doesn’t bother me but the food will often be cold by the time it gets to you because there are tons of curbside orders and only a few workers.

Love there menu. Only bad side It took 35 mins for our order. We were the 4th ones in line. Worth the wait though. In case you stop by, have in mind there is always a lengthy wait. Our meals were hot, tasty and properly packaged.

40 minute wait @ 2pm on a Thursday ordering inside. Food was not fresh. The location is terrible for lines. A new location would make an enjoyable experience.
