Very rude staff. While some customers (two boys) were cursing another customer for no reason, the staff simply watched the incident without doing anything. I hope they will be fired soon. Do not visit it.

I was there on Saturday lunchtime, briefly. Then on Monday April 4th, 2022, I bought something for one price. At home I noticed the different price on the bill and on April 5th, 22nd I went back to Ana Street and went in briefly to ask...Unfortunately the Sefin is currently in Ulm, the manager can't help...Unfortunately I'll only give you a ⭐. Staff shout at the entrance and no hello, and the smell of cigarettes👎👎👎👎👎👎.

Bought children's shoes for 150 euros in Munich. After 1 day a lacing tore. Exchanged in Augsburg, 2 days later the sole on the front of the shoe comes off, you trip and the front of the shoe is damaged. Inquired in customer service via chat, should drive there again (50km). In the store we assume that the sole comes off because you tripped. You are told in a completely unfriendly manner that you can get a different shoe (model) or a voucher, and since you have to protect yourself from customers like us, each shoe is only exchanged once. Since there wasn't a single shoe in this size in the store and the voucher couldn't be redeemed online, we had to take other things with us.

Super freundliches Personal, wurde direkt begrüßt. Ich hab gefunden was ich gesucht habe. Die junge Dame mit Kopftuch war sehr freundlich und konnte mir direkt helfen. Weiter zu empfehlen 👌👌👌

I was there because of my Air Force that I bought there and wanted to know why a shoe bends strangely. The staff working there is not our problem, the staff is very unfriendly, no understanding at all and the staff has no idea about shoes. Would never go shopping there again.

Miserable... Zero motivation to approach customers. It's better to chat with colleagues around the store. It's a shame, I would have liked to buy 2 pairs of shoes. But definitely not in this store!
