My wife got her lower wisdom tooth removed and after two days she started to develop a pain on the upper side side. I told her to go and check with the clinic again. On her visit, the doctor said to go check with ENT and it’s not the teeth problem. She then went to Vivantes and they were confused on why a dentist is sending her to an ENT. Two ent and a dentist checked my wife and gave her an appointment to another doctor for the next morning. The Vivantes doctors and the other dentist said the doctor who removed the wisdom should’ve known this. So in-short, if you don’t know something, say you don’t know. We are not expecting you to be know it all.

Satisfied patient for many years, now the whole family goes. I can really only recommend it without reservation. Great teeth cleaning.

TLDR: Best experience ever with a dentist - welcoming, caring, calm yet explains in details and provides the most suitable treatment (read-on to know more). All crews are very cooperating, supportive and welcoming as well - I definitely highly recommend. Long version: I had a 11mm pocket in my upper jaw-bone - it was extremely painful. 1. My first dentist was a very young one who was continuously going to his father for instruction in another room during the cleaning/treatment. in 3rd appointment, he said, my roots are too curvy/bent for root canal - He needs to take my tooth off. I went to another doctor. 2. This doctor not only said I have to take my tooth off, but also showed me a catalog of tooth implants costing 1700 Euro and more. But I had to take the tooth off from another doctor. 3. That another doctor didn't see me because I didn't have an Uberweisung from the last doctor and the last doctor went on vacation that time. 4. Then I came to Casa Dentalis. Dr. Richter examined did a root canal. thats it! finally after 1 months of pain - I am relieved! So, I highly recommend, also the front desk is smily, all crews are very cooperating.

I had a prophylactic treatment with Ms. Bock today and I have to honestly say that it was the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. She was very careful and had a very nice and cheerful manner that immediately gave you complete trust. This makes a visit to the dentist really fun.

I had a half crown fall out on December 23rd, 2022. On Christmas Eve I went to the emergency consultation. It worked despite that Everything went smoothly for the upcoming holidays. Dr. Stefan Herbst put the half crown back in for me with great effort. He took the time to do it, which was certainly necessary even though I've never been to this practice before. I had problems with this crown before because it is only a half crown, but there was no other way to solve it. The crown is still very tight even after more than a year, I don't have any problems with it. Many thanks to Dr. Autumn !!

I am very happy that I found Mr. Eser as a dentist. He is very patient, friendly and sensitive. He helped reduce my fear of going to the dentist and explained everything to me in detail during appointments. I have to admit that I'm not that easy and I cry a lot when I have to go to the dentist. But Mr. Eser always calmed and comforted me. He always asked every now and then if everything was OK and if I was in pain. He made me feel like he truly cared about me and put my well-being first. I went there with a lot of pain because of my wisdom tooth. The doctor, was just perfect. I can not speak German and he even phoned my ex dentist to ask my x rays. He cleaned the area within 5 mins and applied medication. My pain has gone. I can not appreciate more. I will have my wisdom tooth surgery there next moth! So far so good! I don't know my doctor's name but I can't be thankful enough.

I am so happy I have found the best Dentist I ever had. He is so patient and I felt no pain at all, just perfekt! And on top, he found time for me because I always work, they are open on Sunday as well.

Really nice Praxis. English widely spoken. Dr. Schultz is really competent and they have Aircon. They do not push expensive treatments if you make clear what you are looking for and what you can afford. Really patient so all good if you have a dental phobia, let them know. It was a pleasant place, professional staff, loved the fact that the Dentist did an x-ray while doing her procedure twice! It was a corrective procedure after going to an awful Dentist. And the place is open on Sundays! which is weird and great in a Berlin that businesses are shut on sundays
