The apartments are very much over priced. Out of desperation me and my girlfriend reluctently paid for this terribly built apartment for 2 months. We kept the apartment clean and we ventilated the apartmemt as much as we could. Unfortunately mold developed only weeks after we moved in. When we told the landlord he verbally abused my girlfriend, saying it was her fault for being dirty. My girlfriend was shouted at by the landlord untill she broke into tears. We then got the mold proffessionally cleaned as we desperately needed the deposit back. The landlord still didnt give the deposit back after we left. As I am an Architect I know the real reason for the mold was the badly constructed apartment with no oven abstractor fan. We now have to go to court. This landlord was cold, mean and takes advantage of people who need accommodation. If anyone doubts the legitimacy of this review, you can email me and i will send on the proof.

We had a very unpleasant experience. The apartment is misrepresented in the photographs. It is much older than the photos. Almost all of the appliances were unusable. We had no hot water or heating for over 2 weeks. Not once did they apologize. When we would call to ask if it was getting resolved, they were very rude and unprofessional. It was so unpleasant to stay here that we wanted to cancel our stay prematurely. They did not offer a compensation for the hot water or heating issue, only until I asked them several times. I ended up paying a large fee to prematurely cancel my stay, but it was worth it as there are so many better and cheaper options in Berlin. I'm not one to write negative reviews for businesses as I know the difficulties of running one, but this was ridiculous.

The two of us in an Elisabeth Studio Plus felt very comfortable the entire time and spent 24 nights here. A modern apartment in a wonderful location, the caretaker was also very helpful and helped us with check-in. In the kitchen you found everything you needed. Overall everything was very good, we will definitely come back. The only suggestion for improvement: the WiFi was really poor and often didn't work reliably.

far beyond awfulness! 1- The room keys are common. the key also opens the outside door. that means everyone can enter your room! 2-The fridge has smell of dead animal. 3-The room has mildew smell. 4-Whenever you take a shower, the room becomes a lake! 5-There is no drawers in the kitchen that forks, spool etc are hanging somewhere else! 6-No dishwasher either. you have to clean your stuff daily. 7-They misrepresented the place that the photos belong to 20 years ago i guess. my estimation is they picked all stuff from rubbishes and used them as furnitures. 8- dont expect cleanliness. you have to pay for it. 9- i booked 30 days but stayed 3 days due to dirtiness. ps. you have to send mails to get cleaning stuff etc. when you want to do cleaning! i will complain about this place in the authorities. i took photos of every details of the room. they are cheaters!

Had very unpleasant experience. No safety, no cleanliness. I was afraid of having infections. The place is completely misrepresented. Stay away from this place, otherwise, you could be sick.

Very unpleasant experience. Until you move into the apartment, it is left open which apartment you will get (floor, furnishings,...). Then waited in front of a locked door for over 30 minutes without any information and received an apartment far outside the framework agreed in the rental agreement - attic, significantly smaller living space, internet and other equipment not as agreed... After contacting them, they were anything but understanding or helpful. Only after threatening legal action were they suddenly ready to talk. Overall, not recommended in any way.

I was a guest at SUITE & APART for the second time and was very satisfied again. This time I even had a newly renovated apartment, which was really nice. The cleaning team for the interim cleaning is extremely thorough & friendly! I'll be happy to come back the next time I'm in Berlin, because everything fits here :)

I had a wonderful stay the resident. The accommodation is located in the heart of Berlin and impresses with its interior decoration. I really have to thank the host for making my trip to Berlin so awesome. He gave me hints and advises where to find the best hidden places in Berlin. Thank you!!

I spent my summer here with another friend and we have no complaints. the location is perfect, only a 30’ walking distance to the museum island and it is a very nice and youthful neighbourhood. Ivonne helped us with any questions or problems we had, and made living together very easy. To sum up, very happy andgrateful 😁

Stayed here for almost 3 months and almost everything has been great! Apartment is very well equipped and the location is very convenient (accessible to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Trams, Supermarket that opens till 11pm, Apotheke). All mails and delivery packages are also received successfully despite my initial concerns on the mailing system. The Suite & Apart team has been very responsive and helpful in our stay. They answered all queries promptly and they replaced any faulty items almost immediately after we feedback to them (faulty iron, chopping board, water kettle, etc). Good job on the super fast and quick actions! Some improvements to share and the reason for the missing 5th star is the TV and the radio. It would have been nice if the TV was a smart TV and if the Radio was blue-tooth compatible. That would have made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend the place! :)

We stayed in living studio (55 sqmt) in January for one month. The living hotel is located in quiet area in walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and design shops The spacious room was bright and clean with all required facilities for living. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Although there is no reception, it was easy to reach them out. Cleaning was done on time, staff sent a reminder a day before. Sometimes, Wifi was flapping, but it was resolved very quickly. This is good place to stay in Berlin.

I lived in the property for a month and have a mixed experience. The accommodation itself is very well equipped, everything you need is there. The bed is very comfortable and the location is super central. There are shops and cafes around it. Unfortunately, there was major renovation work going on in the house during this period, which had not been reported to us before. The internet doesn't work that well either. Unfortunately, this was a problem when working remotely from there.
