Delicious spätzle and tomato soup. European cafes seem to put all the waiting and bussing work on one person, and the guy who was waiting on every customer was very kind and worked very hard.

When I arrived there was no one there eating, and I waited a minute for anyone to appear to offer a table. The food was ok, not the most flavourful and not a big portion. Despite the place being empty it took ages to arrive. I would have been interested in a desert but waited about 15 minutes after finishing the meal and the waitress didn't come over so I went up to pay. Tip not included written and underlined on the receipt, she seemed surprised to not get at tip, not really sure what I would be expected to be tipping for.

On a warm autumnal day in October, sitting outside and eating a flammkuchen and a strudel at Mittendrin is highly recommended, when having spend most of the year indoors. The food is tremendous and the service is excellent!

I have frequented this Mittendrin for lunch on several occasions. The staff consistently exhibit friendliness, and the cuisine consistently maintains a high standard, never failing to impress. The menu frequently offers intriguing and diverse options. Its distinctiveness adds a positive and unique dimension to the dining experience. It should be noted, however, that the restaurant's exterior does not accurately reflect the quality within. Moreover, the establishment provides excellent value for the money and is accommodating when it comes to dietary preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, as it surpasses expectations in every aspect.
