After my ordeal, they took it upon themselves to become the arbiters of my moral standing, deciding whether I was a "good boy" worthy of my own money. The theatricality of it all left me wondering if I had stumbled into a bizarre comedy show. And now, for the pièce de résistance, the hotel's nightly symphony – the incessant tram cacophony that serenades guests throughout the night. It's as if they've hired trams as their resident musicians, ensuring that slumber becomes a distant memory. In conclusion, Rosenthaler Residence is a masterclass in the art of absurdity. This place is **dreamy**!! One of the best rental apartments we’ve stayed at on tour, of hundreds. Modern, clean, fantastic city view, spacious, huge windows, its perfection. We will def stay here again when we return to Berlin!

I loved this place so much! It was perfect. Staff where super accommodating, the flat was pristine, super spacious, it felt like having my own home in Berlin. I will definitely be staying here again and can't recommend it enough. We had a smart TV, sound system, tablet and the comfiest bed ever. We had all the comforts of home and in beautiful part of Berlin. It is so close to amazing cafes, restaurants and vintage clothing shops and boutiques. Love it!!!

We booked for 4 people and the unit was barely large enough to hold 2 Queen sized beds in a column with a little bit of room leftover and the beds to navigate the kitchenette and the tiny, practically unusable dining table around the room. Not too tight, no complaints. The one bathroom in the unit was clean and spacious. Location in very nice and makes it super easy to navigate the city. The unit we got, however, is right above the noisy/lively street which has constant buzz from youngsters, trams and traffic. When temperatures cross 75F/24C the room gets hot enough that you will need to open the windows and run the two fans they give you, pretty much 24x7. The nose makes it impossible to keep the windows open so speeding through the night gets a little challenging as there is no air conditioning.

We booked for 4 people and stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can ask them for Anything. The location was good and easy to find.

Liked · Great location for the U bahn (can see entrance from room) and tram service. A huge choice of restaurants within walking distance. Staff very helpful and room service was excellent at keeping the apartment clean and refreshing the towels.

Very very noisy location, rooms have absolutely no ventilation and air conditioning. So either guests get fried in hot summer or open the window to welcome all the loud noise from the busy street. We were provided with a fan that we managed to keep on top of a chair but nevertheless 2 sleepless nights spent. The apartment we were in was a bit cramped for a family of 4.

Absolutely perfect. The apartment was so well thought out - it was SO spacious, comfortable, lots of natural light - and everything was modern and up-to-date. I could not recommend it more highly (and I am very tough to please!), I will definitely be staying here on all my future trips to Berlin! The location was also fantastic - super close to brilliant restaurants and of course all the sights and accessible from both airports. They also let us check out at 3pm at no extra cost which I really value a lot. The ONLY complaint I have was that the Wifi didn't work reliably so we were unable to watch a movie.

Amazing place rooms have a space full kitchen with a minifridge/snackbar bathroom, which is big with a good shower and enough space for peoples toiletries given towels, slippers sowing kit coffe and tea cleaning service from 9-4 if you dont leave the do not disturb sign up but its free during short trips binder explaing pricing and essential places nearby nice view located by the middle of a 3 way intercept so waiting and walking required the actual apartment is located near a restarant or a bar the entrance is just stuff backwards a bit
