I
have
been
to
Five
Guys
a
number
of
times
but
the
experience
this
evening
was
sub-par.
We
ordered
two
burgers
and
a
regular
fries.
The
burger
chef
forgot
to
add
Japapenos
to
my
burger
and
also
the
fries
were
very
small
portion.
I
have
ordered
this
size
before
and
it's
normally
enough
for
two
to
share.
Maybe
it
is
a
message
from
management
for
cost
cutting
which
would
lead
me
to
believe
that
they
are
now
ripping
off
customers
since
their
prices
remain
the
same,
but
the
portions
less.
As
for
the
burger,
I
returned
and
mentioned
the
quantity
of
fries,
the
manager
acknowledged
and
changed
my
order
but
it
took
around
10mins
and
my
partner
had
already
finished
her
burger
and
we
both
had
to
eat
separately
as
a
result
of
a
mistake
by
the
staff.
Eventually
I
received
my
order
back
with
a
more
adequate
portion
of
fries
and
the
right
ingredients
in
my
burger.
The
production
line
didn't
seem
to
have
it
together
here
and
don't
take
care
and
attention
on
customers
orders.
With
Five
Guys
being
a
bit
pricier
than
competitors,
you
expect
a
better
quality
&
experience.
This
was
overall
an
unpleasant
experience
and
has
put
me
off
Five
Guys.
