Uns haben der vegetarische Burger und der Hotdog sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Brot war etwas zu weich, aber insgesamt war es schon ein gutes Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist aufgrund der Menge der Menschen und der Enge des Restaurants nicht so gut. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass an diesem Tag ein Konzert stattgefunden hat. Die Preise bewegen sich im mittleren Segment und sind somit in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, dass man keine langen Wartezeiten hat.

Hyped average burger location.. the taste is nice, but the athmosphere is less sophisticated than an average maci.. especially when you watch bad moored people literally throwing together some mess that should be an expensive high end burger.. no wonder the location was the only location without a line of people..

Das Five Guys ist wieder mal mega lecker gewesen. Direkt und frisch zubereiten. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Und Hut ab an das Team das es so gut zusammen arbeitet. - Weiter so - Sehr zu empfehlen...

Five Guys is expensive when compared to other burger chains, but I couldn’t pass up the chance to try it on opening weekend before an Eisbären game. Had the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a refillable soda. It’s loud, busy, and easy to blend in with the crowd. Perfect for me as I was on my own. Considering this was their first big test, I thought they did really well.

Fries were half raw. This was once good but the quality has declined immensely. Besides the horrible food the packaging is also unnecessary for people who are eating there. Everything is packages for no reason.

Authentic burger! 🍔 The franchise overall is great, this store maintains the respect of the famous burger joint. Every time I go to five guys I always get the bacon cheeseburger, this time was not different, good as always! But this day I tried two different things from the menu, the Cajun fries 🍟(a bit spicy but delicious) and the the Vanilla + Peanut Butter Milkshake 🥤. PLEASE, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! YOU WON'T REGRET. the staff spoke English and they accept credit cards ;)

For its high reputation very disappointed. Burger was wack but still costed 10 euro. Like tf come on it was worth like 2. The staff was ruff and stressed just overall not so great. U can get two better burger basically everywhere else.

No cap: probably 3.5 stars. Overpriced, and stan the American vibe. The only reason to go there is for free refills. Dont get free refills bc then youll have to pee really badly, trust me. The food is really good though for a fast food restaurant.

The price is too high. A cheeseburger menu will cost around 18€. It was a bit dirty(at the time I was there). They don’t have just in time delivery, but rather they are shouting your number while you are sitting! (Having the old-style 7-segments works much better I suppose!) Nevertheless, the burger quality is nice and tasty. I loved the french fries. At the end, as much cola as you like, plus free sauce and nuts.

The biggest drawback for this place is the value you get for the price. The bun is very low quality, burger patty is small compared to the other chains. They give you more fries though with a lot of salt. So much salt that it's impossible to eat all the fries. Expensive for what it is. Avoid.

Cheeseburger with bacon and Reese’s milkshake were amazing

I ordered a Veggie Sandwich with cheese (which is a burger 🍔) that was good but I felt like I didn't eat enough. Hopefully I had fries alongside and they were really good, even though Five Guys fries are expensive everywhere. The highlight of my meal was the drink, I had a special Sakura Sprite that was delicious, great soda. 🥤

Nothings special like standard just five guys fast food. It can get really crowded after a match or event in the places nearby.

The Five Guys experience is pretty much the same everywhere, and this is no different. You'll get a good burger with a range of toppings, decent fries etc. It's pricy for what's essentially a glorified fast food joint - but it's also much better than the fundamentally tasteless fare you get at the two big burger chains.

Gestern an einem Freitag Abend waren meine Frau und ich hier essen. Es war seh viel los. Wir hatten Burger, Pommes und ich einen Milchshake. Die Burger waren gut, toll ist, dass man seine Toppings frei wählen kann und man kann zusehen, wenn sie frisch zubereitet werden. Die Pommes waren auch gut. Die Verpackung im Becher war aber ungeschickt, weil so viel daneben geht. Zu meckern gibts nur, dass der Ketchupzapfer leider leer war. Herausragend war das Erdnussshake! So was wünsche ich mir öfter!!! Wir machen hier in Berlin nur kurz drei Tage Urlaub. Ich würde mich über so einen Laden zuhause in Fürth sehr freuen.

I have been to Five Guys a number of times but the experience this evening was sub-par. We ordered two burgers and a regular fries. The burger chef forgot to add Japapenos to my burger and also the fries were very small portion. I have ordered this size before and it's normally enough for two to share. Maybe it is a message from management for cost cutting which would lead me to believe that they are now ripping off customers since their prices remain the same, but the portions less. As for the burger, I returned and mentioned the quantity of fries, the manager acknowledged and changed my order but it took around 10mins and my partner had already finished her burger and we both had to eat separately as a result of a mistake by the staff. Eventually I received my order back with a more adequate portion of fries and the right ingredients in my burger. The production line didn't seem to have it together here and don't take care and attention on customers orders. With Five Guys being a bit pricier than competitors, you expect a better quality & experience. This was overall an unpleasant experience and has put me off Five Guys.

The staff was friendly and polite. The staff smiled and made helpful recommendations. My order was made as I asked for it. The fries are flavorful. They have loads of free peanuts, you just grab a container, and fill it up however many times you want. The have 2 coca-cola freestyle machine so you can mix your fountain drink to your own liking

Waren an einem Sonntag Abend nach einer Kinovorstellung dort essen. Leider waren die Pommes durch die Abgabe/Lagerung in der Papiertüte nicht kross, sondern labbrig und auch kaum gewürzt. Die Burger fanden wir geschmacklich leider auch eher fad im Vergleich zu Burgermeister. Der Service war sehr freundlich und im Großen und Ganzen machte die Filiale einen sauberen Eindruck.

My favorite Five Guys branch in Berlin. The location is great, the crowd is decent, and it was never mad crowded whenever I've been there. All this translates to fast and enjoyable fast food experience. It's better than Mc and King, but it's at least 2x more expensive. For the same price, you can have a good burger and a nice evening at a nearby burger restaurant. But that's not fast food. So, it comes down to choice 😅

Schönes Schnellrestaurant im amerikanischen Flair direkt gegenüber der Mercedes-Benz-Arena! Essen ist vergleichsweise teurer, 9€ pro Burger+ 8€ für das Hotdog. Portionen könnten größer sein.

The veggie burger is just a sandwich with vegetables and no patty. Disappointing for 2023. Fries are good, milkshake is ok

I love milkshake here. It is amazing and takes me to my childhood. They use real ingredients like banana, milk and strawberry or oreo. The extra top ups are free but the price is kind a expensive. However worths it.

Fries are good, but they didn’t have a single german speaking chef/server which shouldn’t be the case. Also they were very rude and dogs are not allowed, they instantly kicked us out in a very rude manner. wouldn’t recommend again.

Das Essen war dort super lecker, besonders Pommes und wir haben unsere Bestellung in 5 Minuten erhalten, das ist erstaunlich und der Typ auf Kasse war wirklich nett und er erklärte wirklich gut, dass sein Name war, ich denke, Osama oder so, aber anstatt dass alle Mitarbeiter super cool freundlich waren. Das war meine erste Erfahrung und es geht großartig, ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr

Great location , just little further from East side gallery. Great staff, very friendly trough our entire stay there. I just love that you can refill your drink as much as you want. Food was great and delicious. Definitely coming back here.

Very inconsistent. The fries and the milshake are always top quality and very nice portion, but the burger which was amazing the first time wasn’t worth the price this time. The meat was not seasoned enough I would say, and the burger was not warm enough. The cheese wasn’t even melted

Nice ambience. Pretty standard shake. I had salted caramel shake with cream. Tasts fine, i would say it is but overpriced. Well maintained and free toilet also available.

Let's be honest, the burgers here are better than all trendy hippie Berlin burgers, despite the high price. It is worth it though because service is always friendly and top notch. The music is a bit too loud, but acceptable.

Had to correct the order 3 times before the staff wrote it correctly, then had to wait for 15 minutes for two burgers despite there being barely anyone in front of us, and as a final nail in the coffin the two burgers had the wrong toppings and the fries had sugar on them instead of salt. No idea how that even works. The workers are probably new, not exactly their fault, but whoever has to teach them what to do is not very successful

Just had my first time (and probably last time) visit at the five guys. Really mediocre and not really justified for the pricing… fries are soggy and anything but fresh. Burger patties are fine but the buns are soggy again … best if is actually the vast variety of selection for the soda 😅

It's a very good fast food burger - and it's pretty big. I only got a small portion of crunchy and yummy fries and it was still pretty massive. The only problem I see with this place is that you pay dearly for the privilege to eat here - at 14 euros for a cheeseburger and small fries, you can easily find a proper restaurant to sit it in. Oh, and they have Coca Cola Freestyle machines, if that's your thing.

Great Burger, very nice crew and a clean place. Only down side is the amount of packaging/rubbish when you decide to eat in house... Especially with everyone trying to be as "green" as possible nowadays, I feel like back in the 90s. 😔 It just ruins a perfect rating that this burger experience should really get. And because it's 2022 - three stars is only fair. Work on that please. 🙏🏼❤️

We come here mainly for the great milkshakes. Nice outside seating. Burger is ok, expensive though. Free drinks refills free (cool free style Coca Cola machine)

Service was great, food was made fresh but also quickly done. Order was correct and loaded with a ton of fries!! There are free refills on drinks and free peanuts! The place was well kept and clean. Plenty of seating and the burgers were amazing!!!

Food oki but relative the price not living up to expectations despite AAA location, good cut fries. Dirty despite almost no guests. Staff at the counter could barely speak german or english. Just feels like poor execution of something that could be great.

I prefer a big Mac.
