Visited for Easter so the hotel is pretty busy which has a knock on affect to shared areas. Reception service is first class as is the service generally. The cleaning team are excellent and fit in around you rather than you around them. Room service was disappointing as food wasn't hot by the time it got to me. Breakfast is excellent and well organised. The pool was just too busy and they should do adults only at 1900 in my view. The gym is fairly good. Overall a first class hotel.
