They
have
a
great
selection
of
hiking/camping
backpacks
but
what's
best
is
the
expert
advice
you
receive.
Finding
the
right
backpack
was
confusing
at
other
shops
since
the
staff
didn't
have
sufficient
expertise
especially
given
my
lack
of
experience.
For
context,
I'd
gone
on
a
21km
'easy'
hike
with
a
men's
backpack
so
every
women's
backpack
felt
better
after
that...
But
at
one
shop,
the
staff
was
not
able
to
justify
an
'incorrect'
setting,
and
at
another,
with
9kgs
of
weights
on,
the
staff
made
adjustments
that
could
have
hurt
my
spine.
I
wouldn't
have
known
if
it
weren't
for
my
best
friend
(who's
pretty
well
versed).
At
the
Aussetiger,
Haio
(hope
I
got
the
name
right)
advised
me
perfectly
and
helped
me
adjust
every
backpack
I
tried
on
to
my
body,
patiently
adding
all
the
weights
I
asked
for
each
time.
As
well,
he
mentioned
useful
tips
that
were
good
to
know
in
relation
to
my
plans
with
the
backpack.
Once
when
he
was
gone
and
I
tried
on
a
backpack
with
the
settings
wrong,
another
staff
member
stopped
me
to
adjust
it...
I
can't
imagine
finding
better
service
than
this.
I
just
completed
a
12km
'expert'
hike
with
my
new
backpack
carrying
8.5kg
and
it
felt
feather
light
compared
to
the
previous
-
after
the
first
couple
of
kilometers,
I'd
found
my
perfect
settings
and
haven't
had
to
tug
or
shift
anything
for
the
rest
of
the
journey.
There
were
moments
I
even
forgot
I
had
it
on.
Very
grateful
that
I
found
what
fit
me
there
-
only
possible
when
in
good
hands.
A
big
thank
you
to
this
shop
and
its
staff.
