Momax I've been a quiet regular customer of the momax store in Teltow, I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. But yesterday I had an experience that left me speechless. I returned an article un opened, to exchange for another, the young girl who dealt with us had a very bad attitude, spoke with us in a horrible manner refused to exchange the article, practically accused us of being liars, l asked her to get her supervisor who was equally as bad and only when I pleaded with the supervisor to get the general store manager did she reluctantly exchange the article. I'm not a person who usually complaints but I am not going to tolerate such bad behavior. Momax you need to work a lot more on your customer relations at the cash desk, at the Teltow store.

Very bad service with kitchen planning. First they offer low quality consumer electronics claiming that having anything else will prolong delivery due to supply chain issues, but after purchasing AEG as an alternative it was not a problem at all. The problem is Mömax itself because they fail to deliver all necessary parts of the kitchen after 9 months of ordering it. Their assembly partners failed to assemble it and damaged parts of it which required a replacement. After that was ordered it came broken and needs to be replaced again. Every time you have to wait 1-2 months for the next appointment. So soon it will be year since order was placed and the story still goes on. Please avoid at all costs. It might be cheaper than specialized studious by you will pay more in time and nerves. Even one star is too generous for the service they provided.

The staff is very friendly especially Niko. The store looks well organised and shoping there is recommended.
