Experienced very incompetent and unfriendly employee. Complaints about damaged new goods are laughed at and judged with stupid comments. It is also explained to the customer that the damaged goods will simply be put back on sale. When the new goods were handed out, damaged boxes were returned and dropped onto the loading ramp. The agreements between colleagues seem to cause difficulties and the frustration is then taken out on the customer. The employee reacted to comments in such a subliminal way that you can only wish she didn't have to look for a new job soon! A real shame..

I look here every now and then because I've always found something here for the bathroom, the garden and the apartment. In my opinion the prices are quite reasonable. If there are still offers of seasonal goods at the change of season, it will be particularly cheap. The quality is fine. I haven't noticed anything negative so far.

Although you can get a lot of things at reasonable prices in this facility, advice is often not available. You look for the salespeople in the store too often, that still needs to be worked on. When you finally find the product, the employee at the checkout is friendly, but it's not like it was a few years ago, which is a shame

We have been providing very competent advice and excellent service for years. If items are not in stock, they will be withdrawn from other stores. Online orders are delivered to the store for pickup. JYSK is happy to have such a branch manager.

Zero stars would be better. I don't speak for all employees (just saying that). I was served/"advised" by an older lady and what I experienced there was unbeatable in terms of disrespect. The offer to “advise” me came from her. So I accepted your offer and described exactly what I was looking for. Back then it was said that "the customer is king", but the lady gave me the feeling that I was a servant. The first thing you quickly noticed in the conversation was that she seemed to be putting me in a drawer because she spoke to me as if I were a "poor idiot" who didn't earn anything anyway. I assume that she doesn't understand her job, because the "consultation meeting" turned into a conversation in which I was overwhelmed with know-it-all accusations. I wanted to escape the conversation several times and kindly said that it was ok and that I would find out more information somewhere else. However, she did not accept this and continued to discuss it with me. At the end of the conversation she tells me that I can adjust to the fact that it costs €300-500, which is what I imagine. However, she says it in such an undertone that she made it clear to me that from her point of view I probably couldn't afford it anyway (small fun fact: wrong idea). I find it remarkable how in this day and age, when online trading is so strong, there are staff who will do everything to scare their customers. The bottom line is: I will no longer set foot in this branch.

Very unfriendly staff. The saleswoman forgot something with the item I bought, I can now drive another 30km. When I called there to find out how we were handling this now, she seemed stupid and laughed at me on the phone with the sentence "oops, we must have forgotten that, then you'll just have to come back here". Not recommendable.
