Marzahn Hellersdorf is often still associated with gray prefabricated buildings. But the Wuhletal hiking trail, along the Kienberg and the Marzahner Gardens, is an unexpectedly beautiful piece of nature in the middle of Berlin! While you're there, it's also worth taking the cable car and visiting the Gardens of the World.

It is quiet and relatively empty even on weekends. There is something to discover here and there. Unfortunately, some places have been somewhat forgotten, but they have the greatest potential (e.g. wooden hiking trail by the lake)

A great area for walkers, cyclists, joggers and walkers. Everyone can discover something along the Wuhle with its enchanting flora and fauna. There are enough benches available for short breaks. Try it out. It is worth it ..

For me, the Wuhletal hiking trail is the TVO for cyclists. Very well developed. From Ahrensfelde you can cycle comfortably through the countryside to the mouth of the Wuhlem. Beautiful views are offered in every season. This is no longer an insider tip.

If you didn't see the prefabricated buildings in the distance, you wouldn't feel like you were in a big city. A really nice place to relax. Very nicely designed. A nice place to take a long walk. Highly recommended, definitely take the cable car to Gardens of the World.

Actually it's pretty good 👍, the only thing that bothers you are the cyclists 🚴‍♂️ who rarely show consideration and drive you over the edge if you don't move aside quickly enough.

I went to the area under the gondola that has been cleaned up and is used for walking riding etc. It was pissin' it down, but me and my bike had a nice little break from marzahn. It's good to know, that you're no more than a few minutes away from civilisation if/when the weather turns a bit nasty.

You can easily hike here, from Ahrensfelde to Köpenick. The only downside is the closed bridge at the Rot Weiß Hellersdorf stadium. You can no longer take shortcuts when you've run out of breath.

Walking there in the evening at sunset, wonderful. It's a nice place to switch off and wind down after a tiring day and still watch animals. We were lucky, when we went for a walk there were two beavers frolicking in the water near the bridge, a raccoon was running from one of these small islands to the other and on the other side there were a few wild geese chattering on branches and a few deer. A lovely idyllic atmosphere until a few young people unfortunately disrupted the whole lovely atmosphere with their loud music.

Schöner Wanderweg, an Wochenenden ein wenig voll. Manchmal kann man u.A. Kraniche finden. Gute Luft und grüne Umgebung, perfekt zum joggen oder Fahrrad fahren. (Translated by Google) A wonderfully long green strip along the Wuhle - up to the mouth of the Spree. Also great for relaxed cycling across the city. With many benches and nice places for a picnic. (Original) Wunderbar langer Grünstreifen entlang der Wuhle - bis zur Mündung in die Spree. Herrlich auch zum entspannten Radeln quer durch die Stadt. Mit vielen Bänken und netten Plätzen für ein Picknick.
