I bought a pair of OFF-WHITE Nike Air Max 90’s in the desert ore colorway from their online store. After I bought it, I read the reviews for this store and I was very worried. I don’t know why thjs store gets such a bad reputation. The customer service person, named Maria, was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. There were no extra charges or anything else I did not originally pay for. The shoes shipped to the west coast of the United States in less than a week, and everything was smooth along the way. Five stars.

This is the best curated selection in all of Berlin. Come here to find all the rare and hard to find stuff you wouldn’t find from the more mainstream stores. The store associates are extremely attentive, and even though I went to their other recommendations, I came back a second time! The associate Taylan was amazing, and I recommend you ask for him when you come to the store. 6 out of 5!

Managed to purchase OW AF1s only to get cancelled a few days later for "stock issues". A discount code certainly makes up for this.... UPDATE: It has been over a week and have not refunded my money. Quick to charge as they took my money the day after but 9 days later I haven't got my money back. According to their automated email response, they won't respond for anther 4 days so it'll be 2 weeks they've kept my money.

Very nice retail store with elevated basics and streetwear. All in all there is a wide mix of different designer pieces. On top of that the salesmen in the Store are very friendly and helpful. To add on the location is also great (next to supreme etc.)

I was looking for a pair of Dr Martens Bex Toe Cap and came across a pair at this store. I placed my order but received no order confirmation so I contacted customer service who informed me of an issue with dispatch from the warehouse. Several days passed and I eventually contacted the store through their instagram page and explained my desire to have the boots as soon as possible. Martyna called me to discuss my order and sorted everything out for me. She kept me informed and sent a video confirming she had packaged them and followed up with the tracking information. Four days later the docs had winged their way from beautiful Berlin to the unusually sunny Scottish Borders! Fantastic service and a credit to the company!! Thank you so much Martyna! They will be debuted at Harry Styles next Friday! 😎😊😆

The staff is so nice. One of them went through a lot to get me wifi to call a friend because I had no Internet connection on my phone. It was a really kind gesture and I really appreciate her. Very nice staff

Terrible customer service, orders get cancelled after waiting for more than an hour on the Soto website to work. They clearly do not mind wasting customers time. I would highly suggest to NOT purchase anything from this store. With their current horrendous customer service alongside the current economic downfall I would not be surprised if they will go out of business soon. Do not wager it, you will lose your money with these guys.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Paying the return shipment for an online purchase is one thing, having to ship it to Sweden in another. Should be promoted on their site...not cool and certainly last time I will order anything. The store was great when the old owner were running ....

Der Retouren-Prozess ist absolut katastrophal. Über zwei Wochen nach der Zustellung der Rücksendung an den Store habe ich immer noch keine Rückgabebestätigung oder Rückzahlung erhalten. Retouren sollte man bestenfalls persönlich abgeben oder im Zweifel den Paypal-Käuferschutz einschalten.

Die Rückgabe im Store ist absolut Unglaubwürdig und betrügerisch!!! Ich habe den Artikel im Store zurückgegeben, die Mitarbeiterin konnte kein deutsch und sagte der Artikel muss eingesendet werden. Als Beweis gibt es keinen Rückgabebeleg sondern man soll “ein Foto vom Artikel” machen. Bis heute keine Erstattung erhalten. Wenn ich keine Erstattung für Bestellung 3966747 erhalte werde ich dies a die Verbraucherzentrale übermittteln. Über die Rückgabebedingungen ganz zu schweigen.

A must stop when im in Berlin. Aside of what you will expect like Y-3 and A Cold Wall apparels, They always have surprising design items from brands i never heard of. The staff is also passionate and friendly, always a good time.

My experience with a reclamation in the store: I had a discoloration issue with an item which I bought in the store. The staff handled the issue perfectly on the phone and in person. All together: great experience! For me: highly recommended men's fashion store in Berlin!

I do NOT agree with the bad reviews AT ALL! Soto Store rocks! I found exclusive Air Max 1’s here ordered and after ordering read the bad reviews so I got scared. Used the chat to get confirmation in regards to delivery and returns. Patrisya helped me who was EXTREMELY kind and polite. She made and kept her promise! I can recommend everyone that has doubts to order to use the chat function and settle your nerves! 10/10 would definitely recommend Soto and 10/10 would definitely order from them again!

I was wary about buying from this place online because of so many negative reviews! But I decided to email them expressing my concerns because of there bad reviews. I was responded to with a nice friendly person who give me confidence that there business is legit and I would receive my item and if not PayPal would cover me with a refund. So I took a leap of faith. They are in Berlin Germany and iam in Ireland. It was such a great deal I got on a Nike jumper. Cheaper then anywhere else so they have great prices. I was provided with tracking and was able to track my item the whole journey from Berlin to Ireland. It arrived two weeks later and iam extremely satisfied with this shop, there customer service, and they quality and price of there stock. I would HIGHLY recommend and to anyone seeing the negative feedback worrying, let this review ease your mind I assure you these guys are the real deal and I will most definitely be buying again from this place. 👍 10 out of 10

Wegen der vielen schlechten Rezensionen war ich zunächst misstrauisch, habe aber trotzdem 2 Artikel für einen recht günstigen Preis bestellt. Leider hat es etwas gedauert, bis das Paket verschickt wurde und es kam nach 10 Tagen an (3 Tage nach Versandbestätigung). Der Kundenservice hat über Chat aber sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Bestellung ist einwandfrei und vollständig angekommen.

My order was cancelled on 10th Jan 2024 . I was told that they will return money in 2 days, now it is 25th January and I STILL do not have my money back. Release Day from BW Cream...I was desperately looking online for size 6. No luck. I called the store. The girl was the nicest angel on earth and checked for my size. Nothing there. 30 Minutes later she CALLED ME BACK to inform me, that the small sizes will be available on their website in around 10 Minutes...! CAN YOU IMAGINE!? Oh my heart! Best customer service ever! <3

Never order through this store. It’s impossible to get a refund. Each time they say the same thing that they sent a request for a refund, but in the end there is no point. It’s been 14 days, I never got a refund. Order #4065894
